Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Arendal Municipality

The contact was very pleasant and the location of the house and the house itself were really very great. We felt very comfortable there as a family and had a very nice vacation. In the surroundings with the sea, the lakes and the forests there were many opportunities to do activities in nature.

Amazing house with good location to everything! Right by the water with boat access. This house is an eldorado for children, with everything you can imagine playing inside and outside. It additionally we got to fit rabbits 😊 Large nice outdoor space with summer living room so you can enjoy late summer evenings. We'd love to come back😊

Perfect location, perfect host!

Very nice and service minded people to rent from. Great info and tips for nice places we could travel to. The house was clean and it is located in quiet surroundings. Walking distances to most things. Freshly made beds and towels for everyone 👌Recommended :)

Very cozy house with plenty of space and short distance to the city center. We are very well nested with everything.

Barbro was very nice. Responded quickly and met us at check-in so we got good information about the house. Very homey, lovely porch, great kitchen and nice location. Three generations had a good time.

Nice house in quiet surroundings within short driving distance to Grimstad city center. Very good space for a small family of three, with four bedrooms + a TV lounge on the second floor with sofa bed. Great with extra bathroom. Lovely outdoor areas and large garden with opportunities for activities. Short distance to hiking trails and golf course. We would love to come again :)

Very nice place! We had some nice days in apartment Skarvann. Nice, clean and large apartment, nice host, child friendly area and nice pool! We would gladly came back!

I am completely thrilled and still a little wistful to have to leave the accommodation again. Wenche is an incredibly friendly host. I felt very welcome in a moment. The place is a dream and I hope to visit it more often in the future. There really is nothing to complain about, an all-round perfect experience! ☺️

great stay, idyllically located, outstanding hospitality, nice garden with organic vegetable cultivation, outdoor shower and fine access to the river

It is a practical cottage with a nice atmosphere. We felt right at home there. It was very nice that we could play in the garden and the sandpit, swing and slide provided a lot of fun with our daughter. From the cottage, you can take beautiful walks to the fortress and the harbor.

The property which is located in a quiet residential area was perfect for my two night stay. Helene was very helpful with check in as the ferry didn't arrive until 0100 with clear instructions. The property was clean, comfortable and given the time of year warm . The kitchen was well equipped. Only negative was the parking as it was shown as having "driveway parking" however this did not detract from the very comfortable stay.

Peaceful, idyllic views and the perfect host. The small annex is best suited for 1-2 people and gives the pleasant feeling of a small home away from home. The place has everything you need for several days stay, and I have enjoyed several visits☺️ Tom is the perfect host, nice, helpful and respond quickly. I'll be back☺️

Trudy’s house was even more beautiful than the pictures, with everything you need to enjoy a family holiday. Our host was so friendly and full of ideas and history, we enjoyed spending time with them. The site is magical. We hope to go back!

The cabin is absolutely top notch, we were 2 adults with youngsters! Modern, large, bright cottage , great terrace with sun from morning to evening. Lovely sea view. Nice both in the sun and rain. Quiet cabin area in an incredibly good location. We thoroughly enjoyed the rowboat. Lots of nice swimming areas nearby.

Cecilie's place was so lovely. She warned us it was difficult to find, and it was, even with her proactive instructions. It was so worth it once we got there. It is incredibly private and peaceful. I would warn anyone who may be disabled, injured, or not up to a hike, that there is a bit of a walk up to the house and the rock is quite slick in the rain. It was so worth it for the views though. Cecilie was communicative the whole time and left clear instructions. I would definitely stay again!

Nina and Morten are very friendly and excellent hosts with fantastic accommodation. They prepared the cabin (clean & tidy) and welcomed us during the self-check-in with a few treats and drinks. We felt very welcome right away. The cabin is well-equipped (towels, extra blankets, fully equipped kitchen). The area is somewhat secluded on an "island" (two bridges) and quiet, close to nature. We observed deer/stags in the distance or encountered them on the driveway. Once, a fawn was even 3m away from the window in the garden, grazing :-). We also rented a boat from Nina&Morten. The communication with them was exemplary. Morten kindly showed us the boat on-site and gave us a briefing. They also provided a life jacket for our child! You can navigate safely through the fjords, fishing and swimming or even go shopping by boat ;). If we had any questions, both hosts were always reachable and consistently offered help. We had a great time in Norway. Thanks for allowing us to use the cabin:-)!

Great stay in beautiful surroundings! The only thing I put 4 stars on was for check-in since there is no parking space at the house itself, but other than this, there is a full score at all points. Well maintained, clean and nice bathroom, toilet and kitchen, and not least a great location right by the sea. Nice and helpful host also pulls up. Highly recommend. Would love to have spent more time there another time!

Very great space. Idyllic and charming place. Jørn wanted the best for us. It could be somewhat cleaner inside, but all in all, very well satisfied.

We immediately felt at home in Anes large, clean and tastefully decorated summer house with a nice new bathroom and a very practical kitchen that contains everything you need (and much more than that!). Check-in via the lockbox was easy and communication with Ane very pleasant. Ane responded quickly to our inquiries. The detailed information about the holiday home, access, garbage disposal, internet, beaches, sights, hiking areas, dining at Fevik, in Arendal and Grimstad, etc. was also good! And there was also the view from the living room window and terrace facing Store and Lille Torungen lighthouse room, towards islets, the sea gap and old trees. We were so lucky and only had one rainy day during our six day stay and thus enjoyed the large, sunny terrace and flat (without access!) that can be found almost around the whole house. We would love to stay here another week and would love to come back in a year! In short: a great place to relax and enjoy life! Thanks for us! Anja & Trygve
