Wonderful place! Just 5 points out of 5! The house is only 6 apartments, very quiet and peaceful, there is no elevator, but only three floors, always free parking. Huge balcony along the entire apartment and terrace with furniture. A large grill adds variety to cooking) Great beds with comfortable mattresses, nice linens. A lot of all kinds of dishes! There is also everything you need for the beach, including an umbrella and chairs. There is a heater in case of cold, and two air conditioners in different rooms. Pablo is a very gracious and helpful host! When we checked in, there was a problem with the dishwasher not working. However, he quickly changed it, thank you so much! Your place was very cozy and welcoming! We'd love to come back again!

We stayed at Nacho’s place for a month as we wanted to explore the area south of Alicante all the way down to La Manga and everything in between. The house is very convenient to the airport and located in a friendly neighborhood with lots of restaurants and amenities close by. Beautiful beaches are within a 20-25 min walk but just 5 min drive. There is a beautiful nature park close by called Clot de Galvany ideal for peaceful walks and picnics. The house is very comfortable with all mod cons including lots of space, comfortable beds and reliable fast wifi/internet. There is a small private front garden with comfortable seating and a useful rear yard with bbq. The hosts were always responsive to queries and keen to ensure we were comfortable and enjoying our stay. We have no hesitation in highly recommending Nachos place.

A very nice apartment clean and cozy. The key pick-up and drop-off is smooth. It was a very nice stay. We didn't miss anything. Plenty of towels available and nothing was missing in the apartment. Very much at peace for me. Will definitely be renting this apartment again

Beautiful apartment and we have really enjoyed our stay. The only downside was the downstairs bathroom drains smelled a bit so we didn’t use it and kept the door closed, but it does not take anything away from our stay. We had a beautiful time and have loved every second of it. Highly recommend

10/10 would stay again, our hosts sorted us taxis whenever we needed due to the language barrier with taxi companies, provided recommendations whenever we asked. Couldn’t of asked for better hosts Will be staying again 100%

VAT for a few days but I love a quiet area and very good people in the surroundings . The owners are very good people and punctual at the entrance and exit of the house. I hope to repeat the year is coming .

Maria Teresa responded within minutes of any query we had , and the apartment was spotless. Roof Garden was amazing . Swimming pool around the corner and short walk to the bars and restaurants on the Carabassi strip Would highly recommend this apartment and thanks for having us.
