Pet-friendly holiday rentals in Arenac County

Although Airbnb connects this review to 'Caseville's Cozy Cottage,' Tiffany alerted us to an unforeseen problem that developed at that unit (i.e., the one we originally reserved) before we arrived, and ultimately placed us in another of her properties located within the same neighborhood and only a few houses down the street, 'Sunrise Coves 3.' The area is beautiful, with lots of trees around the property, and with access to the bay nearby, just across the street. The location is a short distance from the quaint little town of Caseville, and two state parks are only minutes away. The house (again, 'Sunrise Coves 3,' to be clear) was comfortable, spacious, and nicely maintained. Tiffany was wonderful, reaching out proactively to help us avoid a potential problem at the unit we originally reserved, and cheerfully working with us to find a mutually satisfactory alternative, which we thoroughly enjoyed.

We stayed Thanksgiving week - the cabin was heated, plenty of blankets. There was difficulty with WiFi; however, Lisa provided a contact number and we were able to connect, even though it was late at night. Thank you, Lisa!

My family and I loved staying at Tracy’s place! It was very peaceful and we loved seeing the deer every morning and evening. The beach was a short walk and she had chairs and sand toys! Kitchen had everything you could need and everything was very easy to find! We will definitely book her home again when we return to Caseville!

Beautiful lake side home. No air conditioning which makes it hot upstairs. The kitchen was well equipped and clean. Would stay there again once the lake level rises to its original levels.

Charming home, comfortable and cozy, our family appreciated having plenty of beds to sleep in and enough bathrooms for everyone. Since it was winter we didn't get to enjoy the waterfront, but we thought it looked beautiful and inviting. We would stay again!

Came here with family for Witches Walk in Caseville for 2 nights. We loved the house the minute we got there. Inside was spotless and every room modern and updated. We appreciated the well equipped kitchen extra linens pillows and towels. The beds were all very comfortable. Although we didn’t need them, there was a washer and dryer available. We enjoyed the quiet neighborhood and being on the canal. Ashley responded quickly to any questions quickly all instructions were clear easy to understand. She was the perfect hostess.We would definitely come back!

Todd was a very nice and responsive host . Any questions or concerns he was there to respond. He also had great recommendations on where to go and what to do.

Great birthday weekend very peaceful. It was very nice curling up by the fire and watching TV at night. Great little place, but with the the snowy weekend wish there was a snow shovel and the bed was way soft. Definitely would stay again though!

Patrick was an excellent host! Very responsive and very accommodating. The location is great and we enjoyed our time there!

tiffany rocks, super kind, checked on me, house was spotless, good for smaller dogs. comfy and cozy, plenty of sleeping space for 5. tiffany responded almost immediately every time. make sure to bring water to drink, none in fridge. great location to enjoy some peace in the woods and a day at the beach just across the street. if absolutely necessary you can walk from town. little distance but better then the alternative. have fun, thanks tiffany, see you soon.

Me and the kids had a great time at the lake and the cabin was cozy.

our arrival time was delayed due to work and road conditions and Kimberly & Jeff were so friendly and even met us at the cabin to give us a walk through. her cabin was so cozy and comfortable. the fireplace was so WARM we became masters of keeping the flame alive. we saw so many little creatures and deers. This by far one of my fave stays. The only downfall I would say is there is no sink (which she noted) but she does supply a water jug to wash your hands or dishes. overall they were amazing to us and their cabin was great!! Thank you Kimberly and Jeff.

My wife and I an amazing stay at this cozy cabin in Caseville! The hot tub was the perfect touch for relaxation, and the cabin itself was charming and comfortable. Our host went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed and made our getaway truly special. Great communication from the start and they were even able to recommend a nice restaurant for dinner. Highly recommend for anyone looking to escape and unwind. Will definitely be back!

My girlfriend and I loved staying here!! An impressive home built by the owners, our favorite was the indoor hot tub. Upon our arrival we were beyond pleased to be greeted by goats and bunnies staying in the barn directly across from the house, Kimberly was so kind and welcomed us upon arrival. The whole trip felt so cozy and there were many great eats in the Bay City area only 30 minutes away.

We loved our stay at this beautiful home. Julie was helpful when internet was not working. Our dog was able to stay with us and we felt like we were at home. I would stay here again and recommend it to anyone staying in the area.

We enjoyed our stay!! We celebrated my sister getting married with a couple of our friends, and it was a super sweet time - having a stocked to Kitchen helped us be able to make home cooked meals from eggs & bacon in the morning to baking cookies at night! Having a hot tub was a great amenity! If it were warmer, we would’ve definitely used the fire pit! Lol The only issue we ran into is that we didn’t realize that all of the coffee shops/ice cream shop/restaurants would be closed in the winter… oops!! We did end up finding a restaurant 20miles away which had good “farm to table” food. Overall, Andrea was super kind & answered all our questions!
