Beds and breakfast in inviting old vicarage!

The accommodation has a nice atmosphere and is very comfortable, beautiful, unique and spacious as well as well organized and practical. Five spacious rooms with up to 11 beds, fully equipped kitchen, and bathroom with washing machine, shoe dryer, electric drying rack. Nicely located by the river and St Olavsleden/pilgrim trail, 30 min drive to several mountain towns in Åre municipality. With nearby electric light tracks/cross country ski tracks and fishing waters. Rented the entire home and as a bed/breakfast (there is another listing with 5 seats).

Herbre with fireplace and wood fired sauna by the lake.

Herbret and the sauna is a recreational experience! Herbret is 80 meters from Åresjön, 10 meters from the lake stands the sauna, 200 meters is the ski slope Vm8. Bus station 200 m to take you to the village core. Otherwise, you can walk about 1.3 km, about a 20 minute walk. Ski rental SkiStar about 500m. However, sheets are NOT included. Good to know, the train rails are close, noise of trains a few times per day. During your stay, the sauna can be rented out to groups of the host Fia, she will communicate that with the guest.

In a detached guesthouse of approx. 60sqm, on our farm, you can enjoy panoramic views of Åreskutan and Kallsjön. The flat has its own entrance, divided over two floors with entrance hall, shower room, exit to pool deck on the groundfloor. The upstairs studio has a kitchen with all mod cons, dining area, sleeping area with king size bed and extra single bed and a sitting area with sofas and wood burner. It's a light and airy space in very quiet, peaceful surroundings with nature on your doorstep.
