Beautiful cabin in nature. It has everything you need and is in a very quiet area. Tonje and his partner were very kind. 100% recommended!

Absolutely amazing! We have stayed in Elisabeth's and Arthur's cozy cottage for two weeks and celebrated Christmas and New Year's Eve there. From the begin on, communication with Elisabeth and Arthur was great and easy. They were always helpful with advices regarding the house and the region. We have travelled with 5 persons and the accommodation had offered us enough space for relaxing and cooking together. The kitchen has everything you need for a long stay, the living room had a great sofa and a comfortable chair to relax and enjoy the surrounding nature. Our hosts even provided a small, well decorated Christmas Tree for us, thank you again! An absolute highlight was the view of the lighted ski slope by night. In general, there are plenty of different outdoor activities you can enjoy. Again, thank you so much for all that we were able to stay in your cottage. We would love to come back one day and we will recommend to our friends and family, if they want to stay in Norway! :)

Wonderful stay! Cabin was perfect & even better than the pictures with a beautiful view. Very warm and cosy & easy to find. The hosts were very responsive and even helped us to book skiing lessons and other activity’s along with restaurant suggestions. Would 100% book this again. :)

Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful home with us. Spectacular panorama from the windows, wonderful hot tub overlooking the winter valley, luxurious and warm interior design. In addition, we asked for a Christmas tree and sled, our wishes were made more than we expected, the house was beautifully decorated so we felt the wonderful atmosphere of the holidays, we will never forget it. The only downside was that we had to clean the kitchen more thoroughly and the sauna could use a refresh. The location of the house is sensational, in a quiet area, not far from the city center where there are shops, as well as on the ski slope. In summary, it was our best winter vacation, and the home is worth a visit 🫶🏻

This simple, yet amazing cabin was perfect for our stay. It’s only a short drive away from shops, restaurants and beautiful hikes, which the jacuzzi bath is the perfect remedy. We were very happy we chose this cabin.

Per is a very kind and welcoming host. He waited for us at the check-in and showed us his wonderful cabin on the hill, with beautiful view and peaceful surroundings. He also helped us carry our luggage and gave us great information before our stay, that helped us organize it better. Later during our stay, he gave us further hints and advice, so we could get the most of our Sogndal experience. Everything in the cabin was as shown in the photos, it's an amazing place. Jacuzzi with a view on the lake, mountains and evening sky with meteor showers is an unforgettable experience. Thank you for the stay, Per!

We enjoyed the cabin near Hemsedal. Very comfortable and well appointed with great views of the lake and mountains. The cabin was very clean and had all the facilities needed. Comfortable beds and furniture, a beautiful wood fireplace and a hot tub with incredible views. About 15-20 minutes away from a grocery shop and 25 mins away from the town. Great hiking nearby and in the surrounding area as well as lots of other sports such as skiing, climbing and biking. You can walk to the lake to get some fresh air and enjoy the scenery right from the cabin, relax in the lounge area in front of the fire, cook in the kitchen which had all the facilities needed, watch movies in the TV snug or sit out and watch the stars or cook outside. The cabin felt like home from home but without being cluttered. The hosts were great help and very responsive. We would definitely recommend staying here and will hopefully be back.

We had a lovely time in the cabin. The area is stunning and peaceful. The cabine is beautifully decorated and has everything you need to disconnect and recharge.

We stayed at Edit Irene's place for a week to celebrate Christmas and go on a summit trip and the stay was amazing. The cabin is spacious, well equipped, and is perfectly located for mountain hikes with several great peaks nearby. Recommended!

Kjartan's place was absolutely amazing. 😀 The cottage was small, comfortable, cozy and clean, with a nice decor that allowed space for many people. The location was extremely peaceful and beautiful, with mountain and river view. There was a large patio where you could make a fire and barbecue, which we did several evenings. A stream flowed through the garden, and the sound was incredibly soothing. Even though there was no running water, it made the experience even more authentic, and we could easily retrieve water from the creek in the garden. The place is located in one of the most beautiful surroundings, around the Sognefjord and between both Jotunheimen and Jostedalsbreen. There is plenty of waterfalls, glaciers, stave churches and beautiful hiking trails everywhere. Kjartan was an excellent host. Positive and committed, he gave us lots of tips, checked how we were doing and responded quickly to our questions. I can highly recommend Kjertan's cottage and will really miss this beautiful gem. 💙

We loved the night spent in the chalet. The view was beautiful, the cottage well equipped with everything you needed to enjoy. The torrent next door makes it super peaceful. We'll be happy to go back!

Magical nature, great cabin and everything you needed for a fantastic trip

We spent a week in the cabin and felt very comfortable. The cabin is very cozy and comfortably furnished. The kitchen is very well equipped and you can cook nicely. You can go to the sauna and relax in the jacuzzi. The view from the living room is very nice and we could even see aurora lights. We were very pleased with the booking and would come back. A few extra towels for the sauna would have been nice.

We very much wish we had spent more than one night in this beautiful fishing cottage. It was incredibly peaceful and right at the water’s edge. It was very conveniently located and there was a self-service grocery store just a minute down the road.

Extremely beautiful location!

We had a very nice stay with beautiful views over the fjord! The cottage is nicely furnished and equipped with everything. You will find the cottage easiest if you drive from Luster to Skjolden. There is a parking space in the grass along the road. Then with a flight of stairs to the cottage.

We loved our stay in this cute and rustic cabin! It was cozy and lovely. There are lots of outdoor activities to do nearby in the winter and the area was beautiful with the snow! The toilets, showers, laundry, and dish-washing areas were all super clean and convenient. We would definitely recommend staying here!

An amazing hytte with great views and access to many activities in the area. Have already recommended to others and would look to stay again in the future!

A dreamy place for children. Sven was very flexible and easily accessible. There are plenty of rooms and plenty of wet rooms. And a small sauna. The living dining room has a fantastic view! The children can let off steam right out into the snow and let off steam there. There is something for children of all ages to play in the house (whole shelf full of games). We all felt very comfortable there!

Spacious cabin with anything you need. The children's cover is just outside the door. Be able to let the kids out in the move and put on in peace and quiet. We were lucky with the weather and the stay was absolutely fantastic. The host responds quickly and tidyly to any questions. Please be prepared that there is a TV appliance with chromecast.
