Beautiful home, exactly as described and shown in pictures. Favorite part was having a promised area to park. House was very clean and organized. Host is very responsive and easy to get in touched with. Would highly recommend.

If you are going to NBA game, this is the best place not to missed, save you $40 parking fees, nice kitchen set up, modern room design, easy check in (just follow the videos), gym and swimming pool, we enjoyed a nice stay.

It is exactly as it is shown: clean, modern studio in a prime location in Old Town Pasadena. The car-elevator system in the garage can be scary to work with at first but once you get the hang of it, it becomes really easy.

Mar’s place was great. The place matched the description and photos and Mar gave excellent instructions for check-in and WiFi. Extremely responsive host!

Very grateful for this lovely home which always serves my family gathering over the holidays. We fly in from all sorts of places as well as live in Pasadena in this home, makes everyone feel comfortable, and the large dining table is perfect for family game time and dinners. This house is an amazing location and the views are spectacular. The house was so comfortable for our family of 5 and my sister in law. We enjoyed the porch and had plenty of room in the living room for family time. The kitchen is a gourmet huge kitchen with nice appliances. The master shower was a spa! 😂 steam shower with three heads. Beautiful views from the master bed when you wake up. Very close to the action and some great restaurants. We would stay here again on our next trip. Loved working with James, he was so responsive and helpful when we had questions. Great Host!

This house is an old-California gem, thoughtfully remodeled and updated. The Mission furnishings are gorgeous! The location is also fantastic for walking to assorted restaurants and the unique vintage and punk treasures of Melrose Ave. And it is literally a block from the Melrose Trading Place, so you definitely want to stay over a Sunday. Chris is extremely communicative and helpful.

Perfect Family Getaway! We had a fantastic stay at this clean and cozy house in a peaceful neighborhood. The location was great and easily accessible to everything we needed. It was very kid-friendly, making it perfect for our family. Highly recommend!

Veronica’s house was great for our family. It’s a funky layout with each bedroom located on separate floors but it worked fine for us. We would absolutely come back.

Thank you Michael for hosting such a wonderful place! It has been an amazing few days and I will certainly come back to this place whenever I visit LA. The home is very unique, sitting on the terrace patio in the morning sun with the sound of nature was so calming. Neighbors are very friendly which was a nice plus. The house was in pristine condition, very very clean and so cozy I felt at home the second I entered. Ordering food was super easy, place is easy to find. If you need a place where you want to relax on the couch or meditate with a wonderful view this is the place to stay! Again will certainly come back, thanks so much Michael for being such a kind and responsive host, appreciate it! 😊

This is the nicest Airbnb I have every stayed in! Clean, spacious, well-designed and well-furnished, with lovely touches, like the front porch, two desks, lots of light. Just lovely. It was perfect for my husband, our adult daughter and me for three nights over the Thanksgiving holiday. Warren was extremely responsive to all my queries. He kindly provided an extra parking space and blow-up mattress for our son, who preferred to stay with us on Thanksgiving, rather than drive an hour back to his house on the west side of LA. There's not much in the immediate neighborhood, but it is pretty and the house is a short walk to a Von's supermarket and Rosebud, a good coffee shop, both on Colorado Blvd. And it was a short (10 mins) drive to Old Town Pasadena. I recommend Warren's place highly and would stay there again.

Phillip's place is close to a lot of good restaurants. And we felt safe in the place. However, it is a little noisy at night because the place is close to the road.

I stayed here for a week and found the location so convenient. There's a grocery store and pharmacy nearby. The space itself was as pictured. The hosts were also great—super responsive and clear communication. I would stay here again when visiting the area!

Great stay - impeccably clean, convenient setup, walkable to Americana and restaurants (Regent coffee is amazing!), and I couldn't resist using the facilities - the deck and the gym. The host is very responsive and accommodating. Highly recommended!
