Beachfront holiday rental in Arbatax

The house is beautifully private and quiet. Several ways to change seats because of wind, rain, or sun. Very nice house beach. About 5 minutes by car. You can also walk to water. About 5 min. However, only rocks there. Very small place with two small supermarkets (no fresh fish) where there is almost everything and at normal prices. To a supermarket Conad, Crai or EuroSpin min. 30 min. Driving time (I thought that was a shame). To get somewhere else, always take the pass on the mountain. It's fast, but it's always an act. In the slightly larger town of Tertenia, there is a fish shop. There's nothing going on in the evening where you could go. Since we were there in mid-September, many restaurants are no longer open. In the house itself, only the seat cushions should be renewed. They already suffer when they are outside all year round. Otherwise, we felt very comfortable and enjoyed the tranquility. Great house.

We had a wonderful and relaxing week in Santa Maria Navarrese. Loredana's apartment is located in a very quiet neighborhood just about a 5-minute walk from the beach. Everything is within walking distance. The apartment is very tastefully furnished, very cozy and sparkling clean. Everything is brand new. The summer heat at noon can perfectly escape through the A/C in all rooms. From cozy beds to a fully equipped kitchen, everything is perfect. But on an Airbnb rental the most important thing at the end!!........ that's of course The hostess :-). Loredana!! She is an amazing host...!! We had caused damage in the kitchen.. how confidently and warmly she responded was already exceptional ... Grazie Loredana

The stay at Serenella's was great. The apartment is located directly on the sea and you can enjoy an incredible sunrise. The communication was very warm and Serenella was very accommodating. The place is highly recommended.

The place is very nice and nice. Very well equipped and perfect in every space including parking for the car. Very bright with a beautiful terrace that unfortunately, given the rain we were able to use little! Highly recommended

This place was just great for our weekly stay in Santa Maria Navarese, kids really loved this small spot upstairs from living room. Minimalistic and unified design makes the apartment kind of unique. This shelf in the living room was really great for working and have coffee or beer on the terrace with see view was always nice. Of course there are some cones, but not major ones. Bathroom seems to be fairy older than the appartment - my rating 3/5. Internet speed is ok for work just in the morning (20/10Mbps). In the evenings it was so slow, that I rather used 5G (Windtre operator) with good speed.

We spent a week at Antonio's place. The house has a very nice atmosphere and we enjoyed our stay there. The house is well equipped with everything. There's one A/C in the whole unit (in living/dining room) but it was enough for us to cool down the whole house. The house is very centrally located, so there will be some people traffic around, especially in the evening hours, but it didn't affect us at all. Nice front porch with plenty of space and there's also a little back porch with outside shower and a laundry room with an additional toilet. There is no private parking but it's easy to park anywhere on the streets. We never had a problem. In Santa Maria Navaresse everything is walking distance. It's a tiny village but very peaceful and beautiful. Antonio and his family welcomed us with joy, even though we arrived pretty late into the evening. We also got to taste his home made liquor. I can only wholeheartedly recommend this place.

Well-equipped, pretty and cool house thanks to the stone walls and Venetian shutters, not to mention air conditioning if needed. The environment is very quiet and nice, the terrace is great, the view is amazing and the pool too! Be careful, the location can be difficult to find, especially when arriving at night.

Marco's apartment/house is very nicely located on the upper slope, is equipped with a wraparound terrace and has a great view. It was all very clean as well as well and newly furnished. The area around the pool is also very nice, which we liked to use. We also found it very nice that the beach was within walking distance. This allows you to go to the beach again in the evening, which offers a very nice atmosphere and atmosphere. Overall, Marco's place is a nice base for a successful family vacation! However, you should know that the accommodation is the upper floor of a two-story house, of which the lower is also inhabited. The entrances are separate, but you are not alone in the accommodation. We were not aware of this fact from the description and we probably wouldn't have rented it then. But it was still a nice week and we can definitely recommend the place.

Lovley house that lived up to all of our expectations. Good location close to the Beach and also some stunning hikes along the coast. Extra plus for the host being so supportive and informative.

Our family of five had a fantastic stay at this holiday villa in Sardinia. The apartment was well-equipped with all the essentials, including a washing machine, fridge freezer, air conditioning, and a variety of utensils, which made our stay very comfortable and convenient. The villa was incredibly quiet and relaxing, providing the perfect getaway atmosphere. One of the highlights was its proximity to the beach and the Shardan café/restaurant, making it easy to enjoy the beautiful coastline and local cuisine. Additionally, Domenica was always just a text message away, ready to offer any help or advice we needed, which was a great comfort. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a peaceful and well-appointed holiday spot in Sardinia.

We felt very comfortable from the beginning. We were able to get into the house a little earlier, were received very nicely and everything was explained to us well in English, there was also a number on where you could get in touch if something was missing. The house is tip top, very clean and well furnished, nothing is missing. A small supermarket is right next door and the beautiful beach with beach bar, volleyball court about 200 m away on foot. For us, it was a very nice, relaxing time. Thanks very much to both of you.

Great appartement where my wife, our 1,5y old daughter and I stayed for 4 nights. The pool is great and the apartment as advertised. Very well equipped. Dominique was very responsive and helpful. A fantastic place to relax and go to the beach. Don't expect too much of the area in terms of things to do. It is beautiful but very quiet. Overall a great stay!

Four of us enjoyed our family vacation. The pool and view were fantastic. In addition, we were able to use a tennis court and football field. Everything was available in the house and very comfortably furnished. A stone beach was within walking distance, but with small children, it was challenging to swim. For the nearest sandy beach we each took the car (5 minutes). This one was beautiful and practical. Check in and check out were very flexible and hassle-free. Gladly again, thank you for a pleasant stay.

It is a beautiful place, we loved the week we spent there. Modern, well equipped, well cleaned and maintained. I appreciated the modern kitchen and adjustable blinds and mosquito nets built in the windows. Got many good tips on what to do around and found it easy to communicate with everyone.

Pierpaolo is a wonderful host. We spent a fantastic week at his house with our two small children. Although we didn't meet him in person, everything was perfectly organized. There was no issue when we arrived later than expected. Pierpaolo gave us clear instructions on how to enter the house, and a welcome bottle of wine was waiting for us in the fridge! The house had all the necessary amenities and even more than we expected. Pierpaolo even asked if we needed a changing table for our 4-month-old, as he could easily provide one for us. I highly recommend staying here! The area is peaceful, away from the hustle and bustle. It's about an 8-minute walk to the beach, just as described in the offer. Along the way, there's a small shop with a restaurant offering very good and affordable food. There's also a restaurant with a bar on the beach. For sure, to get around this area or do some shopping, you would need a car. Thank you Pierpaolo for hosting us :)

The accommodation is beautifully located, you only walk a short distance and are right on a great local beach. Also Giuseppina's recommendations were very helpful. We would have liked a dishwasher and a second bathroom, but those are small things. We enjoyed it there! Thanks a lot.☺️

The duplex apartment is perfect for a family stay in Santa Maria. Breakfast on the balcony, even in October! It is central, no need to take the car except to travel around. The big advantages are parking and the 2 bathrooms. Maria was very welcoming, available and provided us with lots of good places. Thank you! To be repeated...

We spent one week with our two dogs at Alessandras gorgeous Beach House. The house is situated in a quiet part of the east coast with amazing beaches and beautiful mountains. The house was exactly as pictured and provided everything we needed and even more. There are plenty of deck chairs, tables and chairs on the porches, so you can always find a spot in the shade or in the sun. Our dogs enjoyed the garden which is fenced so they could run free on the property. There is even an ocean kajak for you to use. Just one minute from the house is a long sandy beach with a nice beach bar at the other end of the beach and another beach with small cliffs perfect for snorkeling one minute in the other direction. A little shop with bread and some groceries is within walking distance. Alessandra was the perfect host, very friendly and always reachable but still left us all the privacy needed. She gave us great advice for trips around the area including Cala Goloritzé. 100% Satisfaction! Grazie Alex

We are both in our early 60s and enjoyed the tranquility, surroundings, the proximity to the lake and the cute cottage. The amenities inside and outside were just excellent. Large fridge, icebox, supi kitchen, bathroom and also the outdoor shower....all wonderful. When the gas ran out of us, a new gas bottle was connected within just an hour and we had hot water again. Communication was just excellent. Finding the property was a bit adventurous, but last but not least. The beach was very close and can also be reached with my new knee joint in less than 10 minutes. We have rarely felt so comfortable and will be happy to come back. However, if you are looking for action and lots of bars and the like, this is out of place. The rental car is absolutely necessary for the entire time of the stay. Best regards and please keep it up Gino Gabi and Ralf

We had a really great time in Claudia and Simone's sweet beach house. The hospitality of Simone, who welcomed us, is really outstanding and very special. The house is well equipped and the location and view are impressive. We were even allowed to use the sea kayaks and snorkelling equipment free of charge. We were more than satisfied.
