quiet place, quiet, easy to succeed and near the lagoon , would another 10 times , very friendly to host, cozy place!!!!

The house is better than the photos, bigger and better view, good location, the playa do canto for my taste the best, close to restaurant but with the silence necessary to rest, the beds and pillows are very comfortable, the house is spectacular!!! Detail to be clarified, the person from the "toilet" does not make toilets prepare breakfast and lunch, for 300 reais!! It would have been good to know sooner to make an informed decision. The first floor bathrooms had a bad smell, we cleaned them and the smell passed. But they were minor details for the spectacular of the place!!

The house is beautiful, we didn't even enjoy everything, because the children just wanted to know about the swimming pool. It has large and clean bed / bath linens, kitchenware, games, toys in the children's house. Everything clean and organized. Instructions for use of Wi-Fi, TV channels. Gisela and Gisele respond quickly, are friendly and kind, made our checkout easier. I love it and I intend to return as soon as possible! 🥰

We would like to thank Mrs. Cristina and Mr. Renato. They were super attentive, always available to answer any doubts and watching over our well-being. The house is wonderful ! Ampla, airy, located in an excellent condominium and with everything needed for a quiet stay. Everything was impeccable in cleanliness and organization as well. The whole family loved the days we spent there and we also thank you for the MIMO. We also thank you for the indication of Lizinha and her sister who were magnificent ! We look forward to returning to the house. Thanks a lot !

Staying at Rodrigo's house in Arraial do Cabo was an amazing experience! The location is excellent, close to the most beautiful beaches in the region, and the house is super cozy, clean and well equipped, with everything you need to feel at home. Rodrigo is a very attentive host, always available to help and with great tips for tours and restaurants. It was perfect to relax and enjoy the wonderful look of Arraial. I will definitely return and recommend to everyone who wants a quiet and comfortable stay.

Thank you very much for the kindness of Marcelo and Margarete and for allowing us to enjoy that beautiful house in Búzios. The views of the house and the facilities are very good. The decorations in the house really liked us all. A very cozy house. Italmar takes too long to respond to messages and on the 4 day I contact me very early to tell me that we broke 3 cups and that we should pay them. I think I could skip the comment for a 4 day and at that time of the morning and let us know the price on the last day of the stay. we pay them without inconvenience. Italmar did not consider the following: -Do run the dishwasher on the 3rd day. -The grill and light gave an electric shock to one of the guests. -The living room light didn't work and they never changed it. -The day of our arrival Margarete and Marcelo were admired at seeing 12 guests. (6 adults and 6 children 6,4,4,8,8,8 years old). In the conversations with Italmar it was clarified in advance and I already knew the situation.

Nearby location, bakery and restaurant. Super clean apartment, all necessary utensils in the kitchen. I just felt the lack of information that they would not provide bed and bath linens, but it was practical to provide, it did not hinder the accommodation at all. Flexible Check-out.

I stayed with my family last weekend. The apartment and exactly like the photos, we feel at home a super cozy space, clean cooking with all the utensils, close to the beach. Alice was extremely receptive at all times, sending msg to know if she was well with our stay and there we were greeted by Lu with a warm little coffee which, by the way, is a person's candy. Super recommend Alice's space and at the next opportunity we'll be back for sure!

Excellent location, clean apartment and good communication with the host. We really enjoyed the stay. Some points that left to be desired was in relation to the condominium, many things did not work, broken intercom and problems at the entrance door.

The apartment is very nice, spacious, about 10 minutes walking to the beach of the fort, Powerful air conditioners, in the room a very good wind comes from the balcony. Silent place, Beth that welcomed us a lot of good people. Although the check-in time was only at 3 pm, it was possible to leave our bags and go enjoy the beach, so this was not a problem. The check-out time at 10 am is really a little early, but I understand that because it is a period of high season there must be a good turnover in the apartment and then it is necessary to clean the apartment for the next guests who enter at 3pm. Either way this was not a problem either, as again we were able to leave our bags, go to the beach and pick up the bags later. In short: It was a nice stay

We found it super well! We liked the accommodation and enjoyed Arraial do Cabo a lot. Debora and her husband were always very attentive and were very close for any doubt or need. We like it!

Sirlene's house is very well located: close to the beach, restaurants and bars of Itaúna. The condominium is great, with a great pool and quiet neighbors. My dogs loved it and were very quiet as well. I will come back for sure!

Undoubtedly it should be the best option in Arraial Everything in the apartment works very well and is very well equipped. Alexandra was always available and helping us, the complex is wonderful with open pool from 9 to 21 with a bar

The apartment is just like the photos, although it is a little far from downtown in season it is the best because there are not so many people. Bernard and Clara were very attentive throughout your stay. We were changed a mattress immediately and in front of any queries, they responded immediately. Also Fabio, the doorman, was very attentive.

Myself and my family are extremely pleased with the stay and reception of Renata and Tiago. The apartment is very cozy, it gives us the feeling that we are in our house. The flat was great! All new and very well organized. The location is great. The only issue I had was that there was no virol to cover on the beds, but Bruna said this is the owner's standard. Another thing was the bathroom was leaking bath water, but very little. Outside this was perfect and Bruna was super solicit! The staff of the building staff are very polite and request. I'll be back for sure!

The apto is excellent, well-equipped kitchen and Wi-Fi works very well. The condominio has the very good infrastructure. As for the location I found it unfeasible for our family, as it is 20 minutes away from the center of Arraial, for those who do not need to go to the center very often it is worth it.
