I'm so happy I found this place and met Rusanna and Ruben. They are the nicest couple, very kind and welcoming. The place felt like home, tasteful artistic homelike interiors and beautiful garden outside, it feel so nice to be there and wake up to the quiet of the nature. The location is truly unbeatable, with 5 minute walk to the Garni Temple and stunning views (which can be also enjoyed form the garden). Delicious meals available at the stay and restaurants with fantastic kitchen also within 3-minute reach. I couldn't wish for anything else, this location is a gem for anyone that wants to feel Armenia through their heart.

Very clean and cozy, with brand new furniture. Polite and responsive hosts. However, there were a couple of minor drawbacks: it lacked a double bed and some essential kitchen supplies such as sugar, salt, coffee, and oil. Despite these, I’m happy to give it a 5-star rating as it appears we were among the first guests, and I have every confidence that the hosts will make improvements moving forward.

Apartment on the suburb of Yerevan in a family house in a quiet quarter, upstairs, large space, separate entrance, terrace, well furnished. On the ground floor lives the host with his family. Friendly, nice people. The host is also a tourist guide, which is very helpful, he helps to design the program and eventually provides a transport with his car by request.

Me and my family were very happy to stay at Devons place. It has great atmosphere, very special. Was great to meet his family, so good- hearted people and try the food of Anahit, just everything so warm. Thank you!

Our stay at Arshak’s place was fantastic! The house was beautiful and impeccably clean and well-stocked with everything we needed and good view. The home was cozy and Arshak was always available to answer our questions. We can’t wait to come back!

Great house with beautiful and spacious rooms! We had an absolutely wonderful stay, and the property exceeded our expectations. The kitchen was a highlight for our family—it was very easy to use and well-equipped with plenty of utensils and essentials, making it perfect for preparing meals together. Sumbat, the house owner’s brother, was an excellent caretaker—attentive, friendly, and always ready to help. Such lovely people made the experience even more special. Thank you, Sumbat, for your hospitality! The location was peaceful and convenient, and the house was comfortable and inviting. A few suggestions for improvement: adding barbecue equipment would be a fantastic addition, and some bathroom pipes and switches could use a bit of upgrading. Overall, it was a delightful stay, and we hope to come back again. Highly recommended.

I had my best stay ever in Yerevan at Adrineh's place. The place is absolutely beautiful, the ceiling is height, the apartment was clean, authentic and very functional. Communication with Adrineh and Tatyana was also a bliss. I absolutely recommend it and I will not hesitate to come back again when I'll be back to Yerevan.

we booked this place online and hop it will be good and clean, actually it was great and spotless, quiet neighborhood, lovely family who treat us like their own, we order BBQ from them and it was so delicious, beautiful house and gorgeous backyard, nice kitchen with big table to eat and not to mess the house, we rent a van for our family and it fit easy to their covered parking, driving to city center was about 15-20 minutes depend on traffic and taxi to city center is about $3 to there, for us having more quiet area was more important than be on the center, you can get the apps for rideshare there and they will be there in just couple minutes usually around 5-10 minutes so no problem, also if you want to walk to center is abut 20-30 minutes depending on how fast you can walk, very friendly family and not only I will go back there also definitely will recommend this place to all my friends and family to go and enjoy the vacation and not to worry about the place. A great apartment—clean, tidy, and cozy inside. The host was very friendly, always responsive, and provided detailed instructions. The apartment is quiet, warm, and comfortable, though it’s located in an older building. The location is excellent, with all shops and attractions within a 10-minute walk. We would happily return to this wonderful place!

The apartment was wonderful and exactly as described. Very spacious, cozy, and beautifully designed. It honestly feels like the best option on Airbnb in this area. We felt right at home. Irina was incredibly responsive and answered all our questions quickly. The location was also super convenient. We’d definitely love to come back!

The house is just across the street from the city hall, and it's still pretty easy to find.I arrived early, Rousann asked her husband to put my luggage in the car first and told me how to use the key box, very considerate.Recommended rooms.I stayed here for a week in Armenia, and I am well acquainted with the surrounding residents, especially the staff of the supermarket.It was a very convenient place and Rousann also provided cooking tools which was fantastic.
