Place very well located, close to restaurants, bakeries and Beto Carrero park. There is a bus stop on the corner, easy access to arrive and leave. If you want to save money from the navigating airport to his house and vice versa, just use the bus (R$4.75 a ticket). From the house you can see the park and walk there is no effort!

The condominium is new and has a club infrastructure, with adult and children's pools, ofurô, private or collective spaces for rest or fun, as well as a gym and co-working space, for those who wish. The condominium also has an exclusive access to the beach, making it comfortable and quiet. We recommend this dwelling for those who want good and quiet days! We will return for sure!!!

Located in the center of the city but completely private, because it is at the bottom of another residence this hut is extremely quiet and quiet to stay.
