Our party of 5 reserved for 3 nights. The house was close to the wedding we attended. Everything worked fine for us. It’s real close to a Trader Joe’s. That was nice. We didn’t use the yard or the downstairs. We mostly just slept there. Not a lot of cooking, but we certainly could have. The living room tv was big enough and clear for all of us. We would all stay again.

It was easy to walk to the Colorado Convention Center from Raj's place. The home was really clean and Raj was so kind in providing a pack and play and high chair for our infant.

This house was so perfect for our small company retreat. It was huge, comfortable, fun, and relaxing. We made every meal in the house (there are 3 kitchens!) and were able to balance business planning and play throughout our stay. Thanks Katy and Ryan!

Sally’s place truly feels like a home away from home. The kitchen is well-appointed with all the utensils and appliances you’d expect to find in your own home; even a crock pot! Nothing feels like an afterthought. The bedrooms are cozy and we found the mattresses to be just right. Our pup loved the backyard and when it wasn’t too cold, we found ourselves out on the porch soaking up some winter sun. The location of Sally’s place is great and, despite being located near some major roadways, was very quiet and peaceful. It was really easy to get around town and having the light-rail within walking distance was an extra bonus. After an extended stay we were so sad to leave! Looking forward to next time!

We had a lovely last minute one night stay here. Keegan and Travis were accommodating and flexible. The home is absolutely lovely. We would definitely stay here again and we are local.

We had a great stay in Littleton filling Nick's house with cousins from the east and west. We enjoyed the excellent access to local trails and proximity to other family in Highlands ranch. Even though our kids are now teens we appreciate a family friendly rental and put our youngest in the "crib" room on an air mattress (which we purchased for the occasion). We were 7 people total and fit well in the house. We used the easy off-street parking in this quiet, pedestrian friendly neighborhood. Do not miss Santiago's excellent mexican food and the Enchanted Grounds coffee shop, both an easy 5 minute walk away.

We loved this place. Everything was nice and clean, and they had everything you needed for your stay. The rooms are very spacious. We asked to extend our check out for a few hours because our flights were pushed to late evening, and they were very accommodating. We will definitely be back!

Spacious unit in a quiet area of Denver, yet close to great coffee shops and restaurants. We had a comfortable stay during our one night booking. Daphne was flexible with our check out request, which was very appreciated!

The location was ideal for my visit. For those not familiar, easy access to food stores, restaurants, and the park. Cute setup inside and easy access to the unit.

We enjoyed our stay! It was a cozy little home away from home for the week. Tea bar was much appreciated! The noise they warn about in their listing was barely noticable for us. Walking through the kitchen was not as intrusive as one might think, if we happened to run into Brian or Tarryn, they were always friendly, and inviting. Would recommend to a friend.

Wonderful place and lovely host! Hanna was very helpful when I had questions and needed help. There are stairs to access the apartment and it is in the basement of a very beautiful house. It had everything I needed.

Look no further than Nanci’s, you won’t regret it! We stayed at Nanci’s for a month (with our 2 pups) while we looked for a place to call home. Nanci was extremely hospitable and made sure we had everything we needed. The apartment is clean, comfortable, and stocked with virtually everything you’d need. The neighborhood is quiet and walkable with lots of parks and restaurants nearby. We absolutely enjoyed our time here!

Mish was a fantastic, communicative host! We had a great stay and loved the thoughtful details she put into the unit including decorating for the holidays.

We had a wonderful stay at this warm and cozy condo. It was perfect for our family trip! One of our favorite moments was sitting at the dining table, enjoying a cup of coffee while watching the beautiful snow outside. The host was fantastic to communicate with and responded quickly to our requests for extra shampoo, body wash, and coffee, which we really appreciated. The parking was also very convenient—there was plenty of space for our two cars, and we always had a spot no matter what time we returned. Highly recommend this place for a comfortable and relaxing getaway!

Our stay at Greg's place was great! Highly recommend. We stayed there for a week before our house was ready and it was the perfect place to stay while all of our stuff was packed. Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to cook. Had a desk in the bedroom to work out of. Internet was fast. Easy access to the car from the unit. Quiet neighborhood with beautiful trails all around. Close grocery store. Checking in and out was very easy and the host was quick to respond and very nice.

Great location, safe, near restaurants and coffee shops, easy access to the highway. Jason was super friendly and reached out to make sure we enjoyed our stay!

Super nice place very conveniently located to the Denver Convention Center and parts downtown. It's cool how the elevator opens up right into the condo. I went with this place pretty much because of the super cool bar room shuffleboard which is such a rad thing to have. The patio is great. All the rooms are comfortable. The kitchen is top notch. The location is right around the corner from the Diamond Cabaret, which is either a major plus, neutral, or I guess other, you know, depending on your perspective. I would be very happy to stay here again.

I cannot say enough great things about this place! I was new to the area and stayed at Mark's place for 5 weeks while I apartment hunted for something more permanent, and I felt right at home the entire time. The space is cozy and well stocked with everything you need to feel like it's your own space. I felt safe the entire time and was even a little bummed when it was time to move out. Whether you're in town visiting for a weekend, or planning to stay longer like myself, this is a wonderful choice.

My wife and I needed a place to stay for a few weeks in between housing. We put all of our stuff in storage and stayed here. The room was spacious enough for our dog, cat, and us, the closet had decent space to store some boxes, and the complex was incredibly quiet. Greg was very responsive and helpful any time we had to reach out. Would stay again!
