Second time booking Heron hideaway; Family enjoyed our trip there last time. Couldn’t ask for a better host. Daina was always available when we had questions. If you want to disconnect this is the place to go, peaceful and relaxing. Big yard for your fur-babies to run around.

Great location, close to the water, and Rockport is very fun. Great place for a family. The downstairs bedroom is nice for privacy.

Great location and the catch and release pond in the back was very fun. House was very clean and well decorated. We had a great stay.

Karina’s two-bedroom, two-bath house is a fantastic Airbnb stay. On our five-night stay, we cooked most evening meals at home and then, after long days of being out and about, lounged on comfortable furniture in front of the large TV. Walked over and ordered takeout from the BBQ joint at the end of the street one night – great choice. Clean, and with a great, quality interior design – loved the shark serving as a toilet paper dispenser in one bathroom! Easy access and clear instructions. Driveway with turnaround and parking near either entry. Made use of the clothes washer/dryer. Amusing bird antics at the feeders in front yard. Would definitely stay here again.

We had a great time. The place was wonderful with the most comfy beds ever ! We loved their private backyard fishing pier. This place was so close to everything, restaurants, stores, etc. We will definitely be back.

Wonderful vacation at Cormorant! My husband and I spent a quiet and relaxing Christmas there with our 3 dogs. A truly dog friendly experience, fully fenced, and clean. Traveling with big pups often comes with so many rules and extra costs, essentially having dogs in crates, small, unseen, and not part of the family or you compromise home quality and cleanliness. John simply asks to treat this like someone's home. Pooper scooper available, Great animal vacuum, and easy to keep dogs safe and us happy. Floor easy to clean. The home is super clean and I feel like I'm at my own home. The canal is on the T-junction so you have beautiful views and more water. The kitchen has everything you could imagine needing and appliances are up to date. The couch is super comfy and cozy. We brought our own blankets to cover furniture the dogs might be in contact with, but when looking into the closet he that available too! Thought of everything, Great communication, easy, wonderful home. Thank you!

We LOVED Janis’s place! It was about a nine min walk to the beach- and right at a place on the beach where cars can only park on the back part of it, so it felt really safe for the kids. It’s also right near a life guard stand. The place had everything, really more than everything, we needed. The pool was so fun, there was an adorable playground in the backyard, my kids had the best time! We can wait to come back!!!

Erinn is very friendly and communicates well. We reserved the upstairs house. The decor is beautiful and comfortable. I lol forward to booking with Erinn in the future.

Place was nice and private but close enough to restaurants and stores to get what you need. The neighborhood was super welcoming, very quiet. The home itself was very clean and has everything you need. The pier was usually empty we caught a couple fish.

Very nice place to stay! Calm and relaxing condo with waterfront views. Easy to find and good area! I recommend renting!

This place was in the perfect location and was easy to access upon arrival. The patio was also great for hanging out and watching fireworks on the 4th of July. The host was very proactive towards preparation for Hurricane Beryl that came to Port A during our stay. Access to the beach was within 3 min driving. We will be staying here again for sure!!

The condo was very cozy with a very comfortable king sized bed. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony observing our unobstructed gulf view while feeling the sea breeze. Our favorite restaurant, The Venetian Hot Plate, was in walking distance.

Our host was awesome. She went above and beyond on our request. I would highly recommend to anyone with kids. Was able to bring my boat up to the dock without any issues. Will definitely be staying here again.

I had an amazing experience staying at The Mermaid Room! From the moment I arrived, I felt at home. The space was exactly as described, if not better—immaculately clean, beautifully decorated, and with all the amenities I could need. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the kitchen was fully stocked, making it easy to cook. The grounds are wonderful, very close to the water! It was peaceful and quiet at night. And the porch is a wonderfully relaxing place to sip your cocktail or coffee! Jamie and Troy were incredibly welcoming and responsive, answering my questions within minutes. I highly recommend this spot to anyone visiting Rockport/Fulton. I can't wait to come back this summer with my family to make use of both pools!

We loved our stay! It was quiet and everything was close by. It was right next to the basketball court which was great for evening activities for my boys.

This was a perfect place. Very secure and safe. Extremely well keep areas. The dog park was amazingly clean and well maintained. The condo was perfect and allowed views of all the ships coming in and out. Dolphins everywhere, turtles were fun and fishing on the sea wall was fun. So close to the beach….made for a perfect morning walk. The condo was perfectly supplied we needed nothing. Ernst was very hands on and responsive. The office staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Clint even went out of his way to give some helpful pointers where and how to fish and was more than happy to help us. Turned us onto Island Tackle and Randall who owns the business was so very helpful and knowledgeable. You won’t go wrong staying at Ernst condo. Perfect.

We enjoyed the ease of getting around P.A. Easy access to the beach, used the pickleball court, we appreciated the sand toys available on the porch. Comfortable, well stocked kitchen and we appreciated the blankets available. Clean and well maintained. Thank you.

The location was beautiful. It’s a little out of the way for most things but it was great nonetheless and only a short drive to rockport beach. It was very clean. The floors were spotless and it smelled great. We also greatly appreciated the ice in the freezer, the provided dishes, and the smart TV. We would absolutely stay again! Amy was super kind and helpful.

Our stay at the condo was beyond expectations. The unit was extremely clean and welcoming. The unit is also nicely stocked in the kitchen and coffee bar. There were plenty of clean linens. We will definitely be back.

We loved the condo. It was so nice and quiet. Love the places to fish right outside. We loved being able to swim and play tennis in the evening. It wasn’t our first time staying here and it won’t be our last. We loved it!

Super clean! Lots of space! Great kitchen! What a view! Easy beach access. Simple check-in, easy check-out. We enjoyed our stay and will book again. Communications were easy and prompt. Bonus, the decor is fantastic!

We came to fish and had a boat. The boat ramp was less than 100 yards from the condo, boat slip right below our balcony and parking right below the front door. Could not have been more convenient. Well stocked kitchen and nicely decorated. Jenny was so kind to send over her husband to help us (we are not very tech savvy) get Sunday Night Football on the TV. They are great and would definitely stay again.
