Very well equipped, comfortable house. Spacious rooms, comfortable beds, great bathrooms. Great leisure structure, such as swimming pool, barbecue, lawn. Very well kept house! We had an excellent family stay.

The house is wonderfulaaa, the location too ,close to the high point and the Marina club, the house is very cozy and has everything you need, Bianca and Vini are great amphritrians always answered me when I needed it, I will definitely return to this house , I have no negative point to talk about, you can rent without fear that you will not regret !!!!!!!!!!

This was our second time staying at Giovanna's home, and it probably won't be the last. The house is exactly as in pictures and descriptions. Extremely comfortable, especially now that it has air-conditioning in all the rooms! Espaçosa, quiet, safe, great for spending days with friends and family. For small children, my only caveat is the lack of a guard in the area next to the pool, which requires a careful look as it is a considerable time (but we already know, as it is warned in the listing description). I've referred it to many friends and I follow it. Contact with the hosts is fast and effective. If you are looking for a real paradise in the dam, this house is perfect.

HADRIAN ALWAYS HELPFUL HOST, ANSWERED ALL OUR QUESTIONS... THE HOMEMADE, MR.. BETO, WAS ALSO VERY ATTENTIVE AND ALWAYS AVAILABLE TO US WHEN WE NEED SOMETHING. THE PLACE IS VERY QUIET, EASY TO ACCESS, THE HOUSE IS VERY WIDE, WITH SPACIOUS DORMITORIES. I RECOMMEND IT! SOON WE INTEND TO RETURN.

Everything was perfect from start to finish!! The photos faithfully represented the house. Extreme clean environment, with several kitchen appliances. Spacious rooms, privileged location, perfect outdoor area including the heated pool. Erica was an excellent hostess, answered everything quickly and always available. We'll be back at other times, one of the best listings I've been using the Airbnb platform I recommend it to everyone !!!!

We spend 05 days and we love it. We think that personally, it's better than the pictures. Our main contact was with Clayton, who paid us a lot of attention and responded promptly. We want to come back!

Our Estádia was extremely pleasant and met all our expectations. We were able to enjoy the family holiday in a beautiful and very complete place. The host was also always available to guide and help us by intermediating contact with the homemaker. The house is very spacious and although old is cozy, all facilities were available. I definitely recommend!

The house is good, well located and with a very beautiful view. There were some unexpected things about cleanliness, but the host was very attentive and resolved the unexpected. One point we saw is that the living room/sofa area is not very safe for those who have small children between 1-3 years old (our case, my daughter is 1 years and 6 months old and we had to stay behind her all the time so she doesn't fall) but this is not the owner's fault, you just have to be very careful when you go with small children. The Wi-Fi tbm signal is not one of the best if you have to use it for work, but it is okay to surf the internet. We recommend the house!

The place is very large, the house is very spacious, and the place is very beautiful, it needs some renovations on the floors and on the pier, and the location of the map is not the same as the house, (it is behind the bizungao station and not near the bridge). Of the rest I recommend, great option.

Great place to stay, the house is old but a clean place, I just missed the air conditioning, the heat was terrible, but the place softened a lot, Renato gave us a great attention, a place I will return for sure! Of course! If our good God allows! I would recommend it!

It was all very quiet! Flexibility for check-in and check-out. Very good facilities, a beach in front of the ranch and neighbors that did not disturb. There were about 4 dogs there, 2 of them, Bingo and Bibi, very friendly and liked to walk with us. We had no internet connection on site, but there was no need, there is a cellular signal (Of course), but no one goes there to be browsing (on the internet)! There were 2 kayaks for fun, but the two holes, the yellow stuffed quickly and sank, the red one could walk a few minutes. Tinham Lifejackets also in good condition. Portable barbecue on the balcony that served us very well! In the suite and in the room had plenty of long hair on the floor, but a sweep resolved. We had no lack of power or water! Very complete kitchen utensils. Gabriel indicated us a great pizzeria (on the other side of the track) really good!! It was well worth it, I would definitely come back!

Patrícia was great! She responded quickly when needing something. The house is cozy, very close to the dam. Our pet loved the place.

My family and I were in every Igor during the carnival. Casa very comfortable, exactly as advertised. Beautiful Landscape, it was worth it. The only point that perhaps deserves a small one () would be the living room and kitchen, these two environments do not have air conditioning, nor a fan, so, on these hot days, with high heat and pets, it would be interesting to think of an air or even fans, to be able to keep the doors closed at night and do not pass heat. But I emphasize that it is nothing to discredit the house, even because the rooms have great air conditioning.
