The place is beautiful. The house is much nicer than in the pictures. The weather and view is very beautiful! Both view of the lagoon and the yahuarcocha track. We even saw the races. Access to the property can be in any type of car as the road is in very good condition.

Franklin is an amazing host. when I asked for something he went above and beyond and in a very timely manner. the house is in a very safe area, which was important to us. the yard was great for our 2 dogs. the fireplace was awesome and wood was supplied. there are little restaurants close by or you can taxi for $1.5 into the town of Cotacachi. there is also a tienda close by for bread etc. we were not used to barking dogs in the night, but that will not stop us from returning. definitely recommend Franklin's place.

A very spacious place with all the amenities, I could find everything in the kitchen, from a little salt to an incredible set of glasses. The very safe garage and at the top there was a beautiful garden with a beautiful view, which my wife loved. Silvia was very kind.

I really like places somewhat away from the bustle of the city. So this apartment was ideal for a great rest. The place is very spacious and functional, even nicer than the pictures. I highly recommend it. We felt very comfortable, like at home.

Very good location, at the front is a Supermercado which facilitates the possibility of shopping if you prepare your own food. In addition, its downtown location connects you to everything. It is a spacious and inviting space. I would definitely come back.
