We felt right at home in this modern apartment that was walking distance to shops and restaurants. The neighborhood is safe and very conveniently located. There was 24 hr security and a lovely restaurant on the first floor. Would recommend this without hesitation. Thanks, Ryan!!!

My group of 11 had such a phenomenal experience. The location is in the heart of Poblado, but still in an area that is not overly loud or too crowded with traffic. We loved the unique spaces the hotel offered with the rooftop bar and the hot tub space as well. Everything about this property was great and I would definitely visit again. While there were light renovations, our host made sure our stay was comfortable and that my group had everything that we needed! I would highly recommend staying here if you are visiting Medellin. Lastly the staff was amazing, everyone was super helpful, very kind and made sure we were all comfortable.

excellent location, close to everything. Poblado Park js roughly 6 mins away by Uber, excellent location to stay with the wife. away from all of the bussle of 10th street but close enough to access everything 10 street offers. Can't wait to come back

The room is extremely comfortable, with a luxury hotel style. Connexcelent beds and very good air conditioning, which provides a fresh atmosphere even on the hottest days. Carlos was always very attentive and decisive if you have any questions. The facilities are nice and well kept. Although it does not have a parking lot, you can leave the vehicle on the street as it is located in a commercial and safe sector. While the room has no windows, the lighting provided by the light bulbs is more than enough, so we do not feel that they were necessary. As for the noise of the sector, we do not perceive it in the evenings, although in the morning, around 7:30 am, the gym that is located on the ground floor is a little heard. However, as we used to get up early, it didn't bother us. In addition, Carlos made it easier for us to use the fridge to store food and drinks a 10 out of 10 Super Recommended experience

This is the 3rd time staying here. As far as location it’s one of my favorites. Right in the heart of all the action. Bars, clubs, restaurants are all walking distance. The place is always clean and staff is super friendly and helpful. Our host Gabriel was great. Anything we needed he took care of or recommend things to do in the are. Would definitely come back anytime.

Great stay at Sebastian's place, very hospitable family. Great amenities like a gym and a pool. It is quite small if you're are staying for a longtime, but for short stays I recommend for the price.

We were pleasantly surprised with the place and the facilities, it is really much better than what you can see in the photos , everything was organized and clean , the pool spectacular , everything in the house looks like new and the people in charge of welcoming us Omar and Yaneth were very nice people and they had the place impeccable. Congratulations to Claudia for the beautiful place she has and her partners We hope to visit them again

Valetina's place is truly a 5-star experience! Right when we landed we enjoyed the beautiful view of sunset. Arriving and getting there was extremely easy. Valentina and her Dad were even able to make last-minute accommodations for us. We used the chef she recommended and we felt truly taken care of the whole time. The town Venecia is also beautiful and surprisingly only 10-15 minute walk away from the house. The house was so nice that we decided to spend the majority of our weekend there enjoying the pool, mini-soccer field, and ping pong table. We were a group of 14 and had plenty of space to spread out with lots of hang-out areas. I can see how this place can accommodate 20+ very well. Thank you so much to Valentina and her Dad for sharing this beautiful home with us and letting our group create memories here!

Amazing place with a beautiful vibe. It can get a bit chilly over night but they provide a small heater that does the trick. I would suggest bringing some good bug repellent as you are in the middle of the jungle.

We loved the place and the services they offered. They have a very quiet pool and a restaurant with live music to have a good and pleasant time with. We had a short time but would come back for sure. The room was perfect and the super comfortable bed also had a huge TV. We recommend it for sure

10 out of 10!! The place is just as they describe it and in the photos. A lot of space, place for many people, it has good equipment but things in the kitchen can be improved like, medium-sized pots and more glasses and utensils for the asado. Lina and Gabriel all the time were super aware of us, helping with everything we needed. The estate is beautiful, it has a very nice time in this place. Highly recommended!!
