We stayed the weekend (Friday-Sunday) with another family (4 adults, 3 kids). The home was perfect size with all the amenities plus some nice extras (towels/linens provided, welcome basket, initial set of paper products). We truly enjoyed our time and plan to stay again. The hosts were so responsive, helpful, and welcoming! One of the best AirBnB hosts by far.

We were completely happy with our rental experience. I booked last minute, the day before check-in. I was just happy to find something last minute that had a hot tub. The property exceeded our expectations. Easy check in, beautiful decor and easy to use technology. Ian has thought of everything. We are looking forward to coming back so we can utilize some of the amenities that are not ideal for single digit temperatures. From the moment we entered we did not want to leave.

Our stay at the cottage was lovely! The place is remote and private in the best way and very warm and cozy. It’s near to some quaint old towns and a close drive to Frederick. We would highly recommend a stay here!

Adam’s cabin is gorgeous and exactly what was pictured. It’s secluded and so peaceful. Instructions for check in and out were clear and sent with a document full of other helpful info about the cabin, the amenities, and local places to visit. I mentioned we would be traveling with our toddler and they offered to bring out a pac n play and some toys that they had in the basement so we had less to travel with. Overall we had a great experience and I absolutely recommend this place!

We had a fantastic stay at TreeTOP Breeze in the Coolfont Mountainside Resort. The home is nestled in a peaceful wooded area with a tasteful interior design and ample outdoor deck space. It was immaculately clean, well-appointed, and just as described. Thoughtful details like the well-stocked kitchen (perfect for cooking our Thanksgiving dinner during our stay), comfortable bedding, and even fire starters for the fire pit made it feel like home. The location was ideal—serene yet close to Berkeley Springs restaurants, grocery stores, Berkeley Springs Brewery Co. (family- and leashed dog-friendly!), and Cacapon State Park. Our family loved making s'mores around the fire pit and enjoying the beautiful surroundings. The host was responsive and communicative, ensuring we had everything we needed for a perfect stay. TreeTOP Breeze exceeded our expectations, and we’d highly recommend it to anyone seeking a relaxing getaway. We can’t wait to return!

What a perfect place to spend a peaceful weekend. Ally is a fabulous host and the space was exactly what I expected from the pictures (and more). I would love to come back in the summer and stay but the winter wonderland was absolutely divine. Thanks for the perfect stay!

We loved this space. It was comfortable, cozy, and looked and felt to be in a nice, safe neighborhood. There are plenty of kitchen supplies, towels, and couch space to relax. The upstairs bed was impressively comfortable! Over all, it was a great stay and we would definitely recommend!

Fenced in backyard was perfect for our pups. We really enjoyed the hot tub. Great location and excellent hosts!

We loved our stay at Michael and Lisa’s chalet! We had a few questions upon arrival to which the host responded very quickly and was extremely helpful. The home has everything you need and we felt right at home. We brought our 2 German shepherds along and they loved it as well. Perfect for a long weekend away or even a longer stay. Definitely recommend and will hopefully be able to stay again sometime!

This place is the perfect combination to enjoy scenery/time outdoors and stay inside of a cozy home . The setting on the river is perfect. A hot tub, washer/dryer, and bidet are also much appreciated amenities. The home is decorated more like a hip hotel in modern earthy tones, which I much prefer over the "country cabin/grandma bnb" look. The beds are extremely comfortable. The host Stephanie was very kind and gave tons of tips and recommendations. We can't wait to come back in warmer weather to take out the canoe, grill, and use the fire pit and deck. This is within 1/2 hour drive of Winchester, VA which makes for a nice stop before/after. Would recommend this for couples or a small family.

What a beautiful cabin! It was perfect for our relaxing friend weekend. The furniture and beds are comfortable, the kitchen is equipped with everything you could need, and the fireplace was delightful on the cold winter days. We especially enjoyed the coffee station! We really enjoyed our stay.
