Great view and location. Yavuz was quite flexible with check in and check out, which made our lives much easier. Only thing is that the bathroom was smelling pretty bad, it didn't seem to be coming from lack if cleaning, maybe something in the pipes.

Quiet, cozy place. We had a car and everything was easily accessible. I often walked to the beach before sunrise to meet it by the sea, a maximum of 25 minutes through beautiful surroundings. Convenience stores and some restaurants are within 5 minutes walking distance maximum.

We do not choose the right address for our Kaş experience. The view was very good, the comfort of the house was very good, the comfort of the house was very good, the location of the house was also very good in terms of transportation. We were satisfied.

I’ve stayed with my parents and my husband in this lovely accommodation in December. The flat has 2 floors, with both bedrooms, a bathroom, a living room, a smaller terrace, and a smaller kitchen located on the lower one, and a large living room, the second bathroom, a kitchen with adjacent sitting area, and a larger terrace. For 4 adults, it was the perfect place. Spacious, all amenities (dishwasher, A/C, washing machine, a fan among those we used), anything you’d need in the kitchen, towels and extra bedding, too. I am very picky when it comes to cleanliness, and the place smelled great and was in great condition. The neighborhood is quiet, and it is located very strategically 15-20 mins on foot from Antalya clock tower, with lots of great restaurants around. The hostess was very responsive and friendly and helped us out big time with recommendations. I would absolutely recommend it for bigger groups and would 100% stay here again!

From the beginning to the end of the reservation, Ms. Sevilay was always very interested. The location of the house was very good. It has 5-10 minutes of pleasant walking paths to both the center and the sea. The house was beautifully designed, as if it created the feeling of our own summer house. We had a very enjoyable holiday with my family. We even arranged our next visit before we returned. Thank you for 💖 everything

We were warmly welcomed by Seher in front of the house. A very nice, loving host. We entered the apartment with enthusiasm. Cleanliness and care were very good. There is everything you need. But the view from the terrace was the most beautiful. The view from above to Kalkan as well as the sea was enchanting. We were spoiled with treats by seers and their adorable daughter. A really successful stay, we recommend.

Great Villa with great location.

The apartment is beautiful and fully equipped, good location, close to the sea, easy to reach by public transport. Communication with Fatma was smooth, check in and check out was uncomplicated

Mr. Murat was caring, helpful and meticulous. The house met our expectations. The lounge seating area should have been more spacious. The pool was heated and enjoyable It had a great view. But there were cameras monitoring the pool from both sides. You need to open the linens yourself and tidy them up yourself. You are asked to run the dishwasher yourself. Thank you Mr. Murat for his goodwill and hospitality.

We like to have constant cultural and nature holidays as a family. We weren't a little suspicious when we saw this place on Airbnb. We couldn't believe he'd give such a villa to a suitable fee, but we trusted airbnb. Then we had a few questions for Mr. Emin, he answered it very politely instantly. Then, when we saw the Asmali Villa with our own eyes, we realized that it was beautiful in the pictures. The sounds of birds in nature, the squirrels playing in the trees were great for the village people around. The house was spotless. They thought of everything and were complete. There were pots,pans, glasses, salt,black pepper and all of them in the kitchen. TV with huge ambilayt feature, not even in my house. The white goods are all new and Bosch marks. The beds are viscosite, the foosball table in the living room, I can't write anything. If I had this house, I wouldn't be able to cut the rental. In the end, we would like to thank Mr. Emin and Airbnb. 🙋🏻‍♂️🙏

One of the best vacations of our lives. The Sultan's House is wonderfully located in the old town of Kaleici, close to shops, the beautiful Karaalioglu Park and the sea. Hulya and Freddy are wonderful hosts and very nice people. At the beginning of our stay, there were minor problems with the downstairs toilet, but they fixed it very quickly. They were always ready to fulfill our every wish. If you like old, atmospheric houses and love cats (they come to the backyard), this is the place for you. Hulya and Freddy - thank you! We will be happy to visit you again!

8 minute walk to downtown and 12 minute walk back. My wife’s and very fit and know that a non-fit person would find it difficult to walk there and back. For us it was amazing and far enough From the clubs downtown

This is a perfect place to stay in Belek ,, near supermarkets, restaurants, bazaars, They guys here can’t do enough to make your stay perfect, even sort out your airport transfers , pool is perfect, will definitely be staying there again , Thanks for all tahsin 😊

I stayed here in October while meeting family and working remotely. The place perfectly met my needs for a quiet space with easy access to the beach. It’s only a 5-7 minute walk to the quieter part of the public beach, which is free to access. Shops like groceries, a butcher, a bakery, and plenty of restaurants are all conveniently nearby. The environment is peaceful and secure, with access to a pool area, and the busier resort and shopping area is just a 5-10 minute walk away. The house had everything one could need, with thoughtful attention to even the smallest details. The kitchen was very convenient, and the balcony offered a beautiful Californianesque mountain view. The WiFi on-site ranged between 2-10 Mbps, but I used a local Turkcell SIM card, which provided much faster speeds of 100-150 Mbps, making it perfect for remote work. The host was very helpful and responsive. Overall, it was an excellent stay!

Mert was a great host. He was always rich and available to help. The apartment had 3 balconies on which you could sit nicely. The sanitary facilities were simple but functional. In the summer you could have used the large pool as well. Gladly again. Thank you Mert for everything.
