We loved staying at Alessio's place. It's even better looking in real life. The views, the space. The little things such as having coffee and a little breakfast ready for you. We enjoyed our stay very much and will be back!

We stayed in this beautiful house in early September. The house is very nice, stylish and extremely clean. Mrs. Lidia and her husband are two extremely kind and courteous people. Close to the center of Castiglione, which can be reached in less than 10 minutes by car. Highly recommended!

Raffaele is super nice and helpful, he gave us good tips for restaurants on request. The accommodation and the garden are beautiful, you can feel at home there and use everything.

The network throughout the town was not very good and it was still easy to find that night based on the house number.The room is as large as the pictures described.You can enjoy the view from the window in the living room.

Highly recommend this home to families with children! Our kids loved the pole, and we enjoyed the beautiful surroundings. A quiet and nice place that we would love to visit again. The breakfast buffet was incredibly luxurious and fresh, with lots of different options. Nice apartments with comfortable beds. We had a cozy private patio.

Very nice stay in a lovely small Apartment in a very small own house. Lovely terrace with the view of the vineyards. Very friendly people, owners and a nice athmosphere. A nice Pool to swim. Montalcino just 5 min away by car. Beautiful little town. The stay was amazing to calm down and relaxe.

We stayed in this apartment for the weekend of Benvenuto Brunello and it was perfect! The space was super close to centro and a lovely apartment. Everything inside was clean and well organized. They even included some breakfast items for us which was a nice touch! They allowed pets which was perfect as we were traveling with our dogs. We would absolutely book again and recommend it!

Beautiful place, very kind hosts and accommodating. The breakfast was a brilliant extra which we didn’t expect. The village is lovely and has a playground only 5 minutes walk and a little shop for groceries. Great location up in the hills. We would recommend and stay again. Thank you for all your help.

The house has a very convenient location for the beach and is equipped with all amenities, including wifi (convenient as there is not much network coverage in the area). Cinzia was very kind and responsive, even when we had to delay check-in due to an unexpected circumstance.

We spent wonderful days at Monte Argentario at the end of October and were delighted with the accommodation. The stunning sea view from the property is truly spectacular and exceeded our expectations. We particularly enjoyed the quietness of the post-season. The hidden coves, which are very easy to reach from the house, we often had all to ourselves - a real privilege! Location is perfect for anyone who appreciates nature and privacy. The listing is exactly as described. Serena was an excellent host - very friendly, courteous and always helpful with any questions.

We stayed at Andrea and Marta's place for two weeks and spent our first vacation together as a family with them. We felt immediately comfortable and we lacked nothing: easy communication with quick accessibility of the two, tips for the area, personal welcome gift, clean apartment and full equipment, fantastic location with great pool and nature all around. In short: we quickly felt very comfortable and at home (despite moderate weather). The animals on the property are super friendly and child-friendly. All beaches can be reached 15 minutes by car. Restaurants can be discovered in the small towns all around. Larger day trips (island of Elba, Pisa, Lucca, Castiglione della Pescaia,...) can also be made very easy from the property. Overall: a great, memorable vacation. We would come back anytime!

Laura even baked us fresh bread for our arrival, which was such a thoughtful touch. Alberto and Laura were always available and eager to help with anything we needed, making our stay even more enjoyable. The property itself is warm, cozy, and beautifully maintained, offering a perfect retreat for relaxation. it's nestled in the countryside, we found that with a car, everything we wanted to explore was easily accessible. The apartment is beautifully decorated, well situated, spacious and very comfortable. The attention to detail is excellent with so many little extra's (converter plugs, basic groceries, toiletries etc) available in case you forgot anything. Highly recommend this!

We had an excellent stay at Chiara’s place. During a period with high temperatures the building“s location on an elevation added a nice, cooling brise especially at night. Chiara and her family were super friendly.

The apartment is very welcoming, very well-furnished and equipped . It is very spacious and also has a comfortable outdoor space (we didn't use it given the period, but in spring/summer it can be comfortable). The area is perfect, 10 min walk from the city center (3 min by car). Eleonora was very helpful in everything, including accepting our dog. It was a pleasure to stay in your apartment. Absolutely highly recommended.

the apartment is very pleasant: quiet and very cool despite the high temperatures of the period. We don't even have access to air conditioning. The swimming pool is only shared with guests in the other apartment on the farm. Anna was always very kind and " pampered" us by giving us many local products and homemade sweets.
