Holiday rentals with a patio in Ansedonia

We stayed in this beautiful house in early September. The house is very nice, stylish and extremely clean. Mrs. Lidia and her husband are two extremely kind and courteous people. Close to the center of Castiglione, which can be reached in less than 10 minutes by car. Highly recommended!

Luca was always very kind and quick to respond. The appointment is clean and also suitable for an extended stay.. Great heating. Great view of the beautiful lake... Breakfast offered at a bar a few meters from the house... What can I say... We had a great time.. Bravo Luca!

The apartment is beautiful, spacious, comfortable, bright, in a convenient location. The air conditioners work great and the apartment has everything you need. A comfortable, practical, clean, decorated and good apartment.

This is a beautiful apartment in Montepulciano. The view is amazing, and the location is very close to the square and some wine tours. The only issues to be aware of is that parking is a little far from the apartment and the walk is a bit steep and a touch difficult with luggage. If older or going with kids, or lots of luggage just be aware. The host was VERY helpful and communicated very quickly. We would recommend this and will stay again if we ever comeback! Grazi!

Highly recommend this home to families with children! Our kids loved the pole, and we enjoyed the beautiful surroundings. A quiet and nice place that we would love to visit again. The breakfast buffet was incredibly luxurious and fresh, with lots of different options. Nice apartments with comfortable beds. We had a cozy private patio.

Very cute house and property. Very close to the great town of Montalcino. It was clean and if you didn't want to cook something for yourself, you could go to the restaurant right next door.

We had a wonderful stay. Solange was a great host, kind and provided lots of local recommendations. The apartment has a large patio perfect for enjoying a morning coffee or working. We stayed in this apartment for the weekend of Benvenuto Brunello and it was perfect! The space was super close to centro and a lovely apartment. Everything inside was clean and well organized. They even included some breakfast items for us which was a nice touch! They allowed pets which was perfect as we were traveling with our dogs. We would absolutely book again and recommend it!

Beautiful place, very kind hosts and accommodating. The breakfast was a brilliant extra which we didn’t expect. The village is lovely and has a playground only 5 minutes walk and a little shop for groceries. Great location up in the hills. We would recommend and stay again. Thank you for all your help.

We spent 5 days in Fabio's villa. Beautiful garden for our 2 year old daughter and our dog, all fenced and safe. The house is very close to many other villas, but privacy was absolutely not lacking. The railway is across the street, many trains pass, but the villa has spectacular fixtures that make for loud noises. At a 5-minute walk there are amenities and the sea a little further away, you need a car to reach Santa Marinella and the beaches. The house inside is small but there is everything you need, tidy and simple. Fabio was a helpful and kind host in all our requests and needs. Thank you very much, we hope to be back soon.

The house has a very convenient location for the beach and is equipped with all amenities, including wifi (convenient as there is not much network coverage in the area). Cinzia was very kind and responsive, even when we had to delay check-in due to an unexpected circumstance.

Beautifully furnished and well-kept apartment. We found everything extremely clean and welcoming. The bed is very comfortable, the bathroom is really large including a very spacious shower space. The perfect place to spend a romantic weekend in peace and quiet just a few minutes walk from Lake Bolsena.

Wonderful stay in all respects. Great hosts and superb accommodation and location. Serena’s house is a gem. Amazing view, peaceful, comfortable, and we loved hiking and exploring the peninsula.

Wonderful experience for lovers of tranquility and nature! Many naturalistic places to visit nearby, nice, clean accommodation, equipped with all comforts and a few minutes by car from the town center and the main services. Ilva and her husband met me at the apartment. She gave excellent directions and was patient as I missed a connection in Florence so was two hours later than I thought. The location if perfect for getting all the places of interest in Orvieto. Her apartment is charming and really makes you feel you’re in Italy.

Lovely place, we stayed for 2 days and took advantage of the location to visit Viterbo and nearby Orvieto. The apartment is spacious, warm and very comfortable. (we also used the fireplace). We'll definitely be back in the spring.

We were able to leave our luggage early with no difficulties. Very polite and helpful. Super clean.

Bright and cozy house exactly as shown in the photographs and description. Functional kitchen and spacious and well-disposed spaces. Clean and modern bathrooms. Terrace with sea view and fantastic views at every hour of the day and night, we were mesmerized! Quiet and relaxing setting within the Cala Moresca consortium that we already knew but was able to amaze us again with the well-kept and very clean common spaces for the amazing pool set in the rocks with an attached descent to the crystal clear sea. Top! Finally, a delightful and very helpful owner who made us feel at home. Absolutely repeatable.

The apartment is very welcoming, very well-furnished and equipped . It is very spacious and also has a comfortable outdoor space (we didn't use it given the period, but in spring/summer it can be comfortable). The area is perfect, 10 min walk from the city center (3 min by car). Eleonora was very helpful in everything, including accepting our dog. It was a pleasure to stay in your apartment. Absolutely highly recommended.

the apartment is very pleasant: quiet and very cool despite the high temperatures of the period. We don't even have access to air conditioning. The swimming pool is only shared with guests in the other apartment on the farm. Anna was always very kind and " pampered" us by giving us many local products and homemade sweets.

We had a lovely stay at Lesley's who welcomed us very warmly. The apartment is very well decorated and very pleasant, and is a very good starting point to discover all the beautiful villages and landscapes of Val d 'Orcia. The apartment is located in a small village, surrounded by nature and is very quiet and well-equipped. We highly recommend this place:-)

House located in a very quiet location, away from the hustle and bustle, to get there you have to be equipped with a car that will be used for various daily trips. Massa Marittima is a few minutes away by car and the beautiful beaches of the area can be reached with trips that can vary between 20 and 40 minutes. The village does not offer any service but in a few minutes by car you can find supermarkets, restaurants, shops, etc. The little house is a little gem where we didn't miss anything, we always rested well in a cool and comfortable environment even if without air conditioning.
