Holiday rentals with beach access in Anse Royale

This was a very nice time spent. The location and quality of the apartments are very good. I would definitely recommend this host and place.

We had a wonderful stay in Georges apartment on Eden Island. The condominium is extremely well organized and offers everything you need for a perfect vacation: supermarket, restaurants, shops, swimming pools and private beaches. The apartment is beautiful, well-equipped and well-organized, providing all the necessary comfort (not to mention that we had our own private buggy to get around in)! The highlight, in my opinion, was the huge balcony, equipped with sun loungers, a dining table and another table for relaxing, all with an incredible view of the Marina. It's a real privilege to be able to enjoy this view every day! Georges was an organized and helpful host, which made the experience even better. For those looking for tranquillity and convenience, Eden Island is the ideal destination - you can even spend your entire vacation without leaving the condo! Highly recommend

Enjoyed staying at the property, great location

The property is exactly as shown in the listed photos. Rather it is more beautiful in reality. Very nice location, easy to find and beach is walkable. The host was very responsive, right from enquiries till the final check out. We needed an extended stay which was readily agreed upon a reasonable extra payment. The kitchen is well equipped with cooking and dining ware suitable for 5-6 people, with appliances of microwave/cooking gas stove/toaster/fridge/washing machine/iron and clothes board/basic toiletries/towels. The check in was smooth with the receptionist giving clear instructions and nearby supermarkets and food recommendations. Overall it was a very pleasant stay, and worth the money! Definitely a recommendation for Mahe.

Not a typically Air B&B, I would call it an apartment hotel. Located in a narrow lane, a few minutes walking away from bus stop, several small supermarkets, a few restaurants and money changer. Apartment had a good size with all necessary items, it was spotless clean. Bed was comfortable. Pleasant balcony.

We had an amazing experience during our stay on Eden Island, Seychelles! Ronan was an exceptional host—very attentive and always available for any questions or needs. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, providing everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. The location is perfect, with easy access to beaches, restaurants, and shops. It was great to return to Eden Island for the second time. Chiara’s place was as described in the listing, clean and well equipped. We loved the serenity, safety and security, amenities and beaches that are never over crowded. We enjoyed walking over the bridge to get fresh fish and local produce. Chiara was truly a superhost. She responded promptly to any inquires we had, always providing quick and fair solutions. We can definitely recommend Seydreamhouse and Chiara.

We had a pleasant stay at Thérèse's. The apartment matched the descriptions and photos. All the comforts to feel at home. Sparkling clean We can only recommend it 1000%. Perfect place in a quiet area and close to shops, restaurants and beaches. The car rental via Thérèse was also perfect. Again a big thank you to Thérèse for hosting us and for being available.

We had a wonderful stay at Mary's Villa near Beau Vallon. Christophe and his family are super sweet, very responsive and incredibly helpful. The villa is beautiful and especially the views from the porch are stunning, we witnessed the most amazing sunsets. Since we had a rental car, we had no issues going to Beau Vallon or some of the more quieter beaches in the north, for example, and we greatly appreciated the peace and quiet of the villa. We can only recommend and would come back any time!

The villa is absolutely stunning, the photos just don’t do the view justice. It was spotlessly clean and the welcome pack was amazing, local fruits, eggs milk etc. Gene and Phil are fantastic hosts and were always quick to respond. We immediately felt at home and felt it was an excellent base to explore the north end of the island. The location is beautiful and peaceful as is the whole island. A must stay and we will be back.

We had a wonderful time staying at Sven's place. The accommodation is secluded, very spacious and clean. Open living room with an amazing view right at the ocean. There are two nice beaches in walking distance. Both Sven and Ronny communicated great, were extremely helpful and made our stay a great experience.

Overall a good stay. Good proximity to shops and Eden Island beaches. The villa had everything we needed. The host was very responsive with the aircon issues we experienced. The host was really responsive and even shared the number of a good chef. We will return.

Mary was a fantastic ‘host’. She kept in close touch before and during our stay checking if we needed anything (eg beach towels that we didn’t have) And so friendly! Nothing was too much bother and a nice touch to have tea, water, fresh fruit and milk on arrival. Also great to have fresh towels every couple of days! She really made our stay feel special. Thank you Mary!

Marcella is a wonderful host and made us feel welcome from the start. Also, extending our stay and a late checkout was no problem. Thanks very much Marcy, hopefully we'll be back to stay again soon.

It was nice and close to the center. Large space. Very good wifi. The grill is clean and perfect to prepare something in the evening.

Alison's apartment is really incredibly beautiful. It is very modern, clean and comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped and the bathrooms are very modern. I want to highlight the comfortable beds and the beautiful view from the bedrooms as well as of course from the terrace. Alison is the most amazing host you could want. She always gave us great tips for restaurants and beaches and when we had to go somewhere at short notice, she was always helpful and drove us! You can also book a rental car directly on site for the desired days. The cars are new and clean. The service is very straightforward. Breakfast can be booked on request. Thanks Alison for a great stay and great service!

Bruno was great at communicating and giving me all the necessary info before I booked and our actual stay was simply lovely. The apartment was as advertised and was nice and clean and overall was a very peaceful space for our short stay. Would definitely recommend and would love to stay again for a longer period.

The apartment is beautiful, clean, and super comfy, with attention paid to every small detail. Fully equipped kitchen including everything you need and even more (a Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, and waffle maker just to name a few). The view from terrace is exactly the same as on the photo. The apartment has good AC and ventilators in every room plus on the terrace. Comfy bed with good linens. Beach and shower towels are provided. The place is quiet and private, and the location is great. John was the best host! He always responded fast, gave me his full support, clear instructions, helpful information. He helped me a lot when my flight was canceled last minute and I had to change my plans - date change, plus early check-in and late check-out were provided free of charge!!! I couldn't ask for more! I highly recommend everyone book one of his places for a vacation you won't regret!!!

Eden island is truly a paradise in paradise. This home is very well maintained and every part of my stay felt luxurious. The apartment is steps from the largest beach, a quick ride to the clubhouse, and can easily access any of the pools on site. It is so peaceful, I fell asleep outdoors many times. The staff makes you feel as if you are at a $5000 a night resort. From check-in to check-out this was a marvelous experience. If I ever brave the long flight from the U.S. to Seychelles again, I will surely contact Brigitte and some of the amazing locals I met again.
