Villa holiday rentals in Anse Mitan

We loved our stay , Annette's house is very nice spacious with its 3 terraces,its well-appointed kitchen, its 2 bedrooms with bathroom and toilet each, it is quiet, surrounded by greenery you can see hummingbirds in the morning!! really it feels like home! Annette is an attentive, attentive host, ready at any time to respond to us,and her adorable niece Sarah,who is on site, is present at the slightest concern. the house is well located, not far from shops, with a beautiful bakery which is very convenient, and the beaches are 8 km away , but we are there quickly. in a nutshell, we highly recommend this rental which delighted us and congratulations to Annette , Sarah and her mother Ghislaine who are charming hosts.

We had a wonderful stay in the house. The house is very comfortable for a family of 5 people. It's impeccably clean, the kitchen is very well equipped and we really enjoyed the outdoor areas. The location is ideal close to a paradisiacal beach and lots of amenities. I would go back there without hesitation.

Frankly congratulations Monique the villa is magnificent the welcome we received from you made us extremely happy the villa very clean and well-equipped the rooms are very pretty the Italian bathroom don't even talk about it I assure you that it's even better than in the photos there is everything you need at Monique's place the welcome from Monique was super small welcome basket I forgot the pool did not make you in the photo it is much larger and clean and well maintained I recommend Monique's villa and again thank you I would come back I assure you 😍😍😍🫶

Fantastic and unbelievable stay 🤩🥳 The only constructive feedback would be to have more paper towel, scott towels and garbage bags avail for the duration of the stay but absolutely not a big deal The villa is impressive and exactly what you see in the pictures I would highly recommend

Fantastic place with amazing view, beautiful home and outdoor space. Very well designed deck with covering from the elements yet you felt fully connected with the pool and ocean. It is a wonderful property, very peaceful, and well maintained. Well stocked kitchen. Bruno was very responsive and proactive. Short drive to Case Pilote and grocery stores and good restaurants. Overal, a fantastic stay.

An unusual Caribbean experience. Absolute comfort and long designed to create perfect living areas and moments. 4 adults, 5 children. Common but also separate areas that give moments of solitude if needed. Much-loved outdoor common areas. Close to some of the well-known large beaches. Breathtaking view Well-equipped kitchen

The villa is beautiful, very well-equipped. We had a pleasant stay. Everything was perfect. The living room open to the top terrace. Spacious bedrooms with good bedding. Each bedroom has its own bathroom with walk-in shower. Pierre recommended us some tips. The villa is even better than in photos. Recommended for a stay at Anse Arlet.

This was the perfect place to stay. The Villa was lovely, and beautifully presented and really had everything you needed, not to mention the lovely pool. It was quiet and felt very private with a good sized garden. The location could not have been better - 2 mins to the beach and a lovely walk on it to the local town. There were some lovely restaurants nearby to walk to, but also some only 5 minutes away in the car. Evelyn, could not have been more helpful of generous and nothing seemed too much trouble, with any questions or problems sorted out immediately. My family are insisting they want to go there again! We had a great time at this Airbnb. The view is breathtaking, especially with the infinity pool. Celine was incredibly proactive and very kind throughout our stay. We had to consult a doctor, and she kindly offered us a late check-out, which was greatly appreciated. We also met a little glitch with one of the sunbeds: my husband sat there and he broke a few minutes later. Celine took care of everything quickly, and we really appreciated her responsiveness and professionalism. Small point to note: the water in the pool is not heated, so it was cold. We would have enjoyed it more if it had been heated, but that didn't stop us from fully appreciating the place. Only two rolls of toilet paper are available, so plan to have them before you miss them 😌

What a treasure this house is - we loved being right on the water, but also able to walk to a delicious boulangerie a 1 minute walk away and a decent grocery store a 2 minute walk away. And a great restaurant across the street! The AC worked great, and we found the location to be ideal for exploring the Anse d'Arlet area as well as further sights like Clement at the Jardin de Balatin (although rush hour traffic through FdF can triple your travel time, so plan during off-peak hours). Sandra was very communicative and attentive. We loved bobbing in the ocean out front, the water was pretty calm, but Beryl hit at the end of our stay and I'm not sure what condition the beach is in now. The kitchen could use a few extra tools but I will let Sandra know. I would definitely stay here again!

Agnes gave us a great welcome, given the situation in Martinique to stock up on a Sunday, she had anticipated everything and we thank her. The house is very spacious, well equipped, clean and very pretty! The pool reflects what was offered and suited us perfectly! The location is great, not far from the diamond center, the market and the beaches. We recommend 100% for a family trip even with a baby as the pool and house are very well served and secured! Very nice quiet villa, very well equipped, very nice to spend holidays with family or friends. Great location to visit the island and close to Sainte Luce (provide a car nonetheless). Very friendly and friendly hosts, always good advice and lots of small touches. You can go there without a second thought. We were 5, 2 couples and 1 person alone, we had a lovely time in this house that has very good access to all the points of interest in the north of the island.

Beautiful view, clean and lovely house! Well equipped with everything you need. The kids loved the pool. The only thing to keep in mind is that it is on top of a mountain and the drive down adds at least 10 minutes into and outting.

We stayed at this property around January and we were thoroughly satisfied. The house had a nice location and you can get to the beach in less than 5 minutes. You can also walk to the nearest bakery or supermarket in about 20 minutes. The pool was small but nice . I would recommend this house to anyone.
