Pet-friendly holiday rentals in Anse La Raye

We had a wonderful stay at Sweet Breezes! It was perfect for our group, which was 2 couples. The bedrooms and bathrooms were on different floors, each with access to a fantastic deck with lots of room for eating, chilling, catching a breeze, or doing yoga. We couldn't wait to get home every day from our adventures to relax on the rooftop deck! The breezes were amazing and we loved gazing at the star-filled sky. The ceiling fans really cooled things off and the standing fans in the bedrooms were a great addition. Communication with the hosts was always easy and the onsite contact person was invaluable. It was also quite a treat to be across the street from Tet Rouge resort, with their wonderful outside restaurant and friendly staff! We also loved all the flowering plants around the property, especially the Ylang Ylang tree in the front, which had the most exquisite fragrance! Thank you Simon and Andrea for sharing your special home.

We stayed for a week at this beautiful Villa and enjoyed every minute of it. We had plenty of room for 3 couples. Ray helped with airport transport for some of our group, and we also rented a car. The roads are not for the faint of heart, but it was great to have a car for groceries and quick beach trips. There are beaches you can walk to on either side of the Villa. And the pool and sunsets are the best! Be sure to check out the Gros Islet Street Party on Friday night.

Rhonda's place felt like a home away from home. Very beautiful surroundings. Very peaceful. It is also very spacious and you will find all the amenities and more. Might I add that I was very surprised how close it was to the beach. My son and I had fun walking to and from the beach. Throughout our stay Rhonda had a great line of communication for all of our needs. Thank you for the great experience. Rhonda's place is certainly the place to stay while you enjoy beautiful St. Lucia.

I felt so comfortable in this house! Lindan was a great host, we never got to meet him but he left us in the capable hands of Cecile who was so lovely. The house it self was delightful, the views were amazing. This is a great location kind of in the middle to north and south of the island. We were brought fresh banana and plantains and coconut water. I would suggest renting a vehicle, and the road is very easy. We had everything we needed, great wifi! This is an amazing place but best of all were the people. We will definitely be back!!!!

Overall great house!! Quiet neighbor. I shared the space with my boyfriend and we even extended our stay. The host kept great communication answering all of our questions. When we arrived everything was clean and in order, the pool area as well. Great views around this whole property. A coffee marker, water kettle, microwave and washer were available to use. (coffee, tea, clothes detergent, body wash, shampoo+ conditioner not included) Some outlets have usb ports to help you charge your devices. Theres a lot of light switches that operate appliances, water, and lights. I wish they had been labeled so I won’t be guessing which one is what. There was two bath towels in each of the rooms some of the them had an old smell so I had to put them to wash. There is a dry table provided for use as well. I would stay here again just on the lower level because it has direct access to the pool. I wish i knew before booking that if we wanted to go to the pool we had to go through the street side e

Enda is a wonderful host. We really enjoyed our stay at the Villa, it felt like home. Perfect location to explore the surrounding areas with an incredible view, what more could you ask for. Thank you ever so much, would defiantly book again when visiting St Lucia

Amazing Stay at Tevin’s Place! We had a fantastic stay at Tevin’s property! The location was perfect, with a supermarket nearby for convenience. The apartment itself was beautiful, and the view from the balcony was absolutely stunning. We slept comfortably, and all the appliances were in great condition, making our stay even more enjoyable. Tevin was an attentive and thoughtful host, checking in on us throughout our stay to ensure everything was going well and to see if we needed anything. His hospitality made a great experience even better. I would highly recommend this spot to anyone looking for a comfortable and scenic stay!

Maggie's place is truly wonderful. The views of the ocean are incredible and access to a basically private beach is unbeatable. Since you are on the Atlantic side of the island, there is some risk of seaweed buildup on the beach but there are still parts of the beach to lay on. There was some bad planning on the hosts part for some construction happening right beside the house which disrupted on of our days, however when we mentioned this, they rescheduled the construction to a later day when we left. This was much appreciated and a sign of a great host. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone who wants to spend some time away from the tourists on the West side of the island and relax in a home with a nice ocean breeze and some nice wavy waters.

We would come back! Excellent accommodation. Amazing location. Beautiful pool. Carlos the caretaker was lovely and helpful. Highly recommended.

Stay as we wanted outside the areas that were too touristy and quiet

We stayed in Adela’s one bedroom apartment on the third floor. Although there were 2 floors below us we heard nothing and only saw one other couple at the pool. They are presently upgrading the amenities of the complex including adding a restaurant so that their guests might enjoy some local cuisine. The apartment was charming and cozy and we loved the front porch which overlooks the ocean, the bay and the mountains - in fact, the views from every window are spectacular. The only drawback is the roads in the immediate area of the complex: steep, rough, unfinished and with many potholes. For those who want to stay in this wonderful mountain retreat I would recommend a 4 wheel drive vehicle but that being said, everyone driving an SUV was able to access the property. Adela, the host, was very friendly and helpful with recommendations. I would highly recommend this property.

this rental was exactly what we were looking for. peaceful and quiet, with a nice nature atmosphere. the pool and deck area was plenty to enjoy. the rental was small and cozy, but just as we expected when we booked. Eloi was friendly and responsive.

We highly recommend The Stone House! Sabina was a wonderful host, and the house is beautiful and has a wonderful view of Marigot Bay. The setting is very private, especially at the back of the house overlooking the bay where we saw a number of rainbows during our stay. We would definitely stay at The Stone House again! Sabina has a wonderful binder of local attractions and is very open to questions. General tips: - If you choose to drive, rent a 4x4 vehicle - Grocery shop at Massy’s or CPJ’s - Food: Chateau Mygo, The Villa Restaurant, Bernice’s - just west of the bay dock - Area restaurants: The Sea View Renaissance Café just before Anse la Raye - just opened, excellent lunch with nice views. - Things to do: The rum tour of the distillery just to the south of Marigot Bay was brief, but worthwhile. Make a reservation if you want to do a tour of Cocoa St. Lucie’s - it's a lovely shop.

We had a great stay at Cybelle's lovely home. The view is great and the house is very well maintained, comfortable and well equipped with everything you need for a pleasant stay. The landscaping around the home is a delight and we enjoyed hanging out at the pool while enjoying the lush greenery. Melo, the property manager, is very helpful and accommodating for anything you may need. If you are driving a rental car, do arranged to have Melo meet you at the nearby bakery and bring you the final mile to the home - as in the rest of St. Lucia, there are no street signs to help you the final few turns.

The host Nadia is a great host, she kept up with us everyday during our stay at the Villa. Would recommend this Villa and definitely rebooking when revisit this island

The views from this place are terrific and the house is bigger than it looks. Plenty of room for our group of six, and the high ceilings make the house seem extra spacious. Adeline's Art Cafe across the street is perfect for juice and coffee, and we ordered one breakfast and one dinner in advance. Claudia's Kitchen is a five-minute walk down the hill (completely unmarked), where we also ordered dinner in advance -- a highlight of the week. Canaries, a ten-minute walk down the hill, is the real St Lucia, but it has no restaurants or grocery stores. Marcus's kitchen has plenty of dishes and cookware but only salt and sugar, so stock up on groceries in Soufriere before arrival. Marcus was very helpful about arranging drivers (Ti Kaye was great) but a little slow responding to our messages -- avg. of four hours, acc. to the app. Overall a great base for adventurous travelers who can handle St Lucia's rough roads.

The Treehouse is wonderfully located and a good retreat surrounded by nature. Annett and Martin were very helpful and easily accessible. The view of the sea, the hummingbirds, the tranquility,.. all very nice. We hired a car to explore the surrounding villages. Marigot Bay, restaurants and the beautiful bay for swimming, but are also within walking distance. Highly recommend, we'll be happy to come back!

We had a fantastic stay at the Treetops. It was peaceful, tranquil and ideally located to explore the whole island. Annett and Martin were very attentive during our staying, making sure that we had everything we needed.

We had a fantastic stay at Denis' property! It was peaceful, clean, and very comfortable. Lucy and Inno were exceptionally kind and helpful throughout our visit. Denis also assisted us in arranging a taxi service to explore the area. We would definitely stay here again in the future! 👌🏼

Adele is a very nice person. She welcomed us into her beautiful home and was not too far away if we needed anything. The pool area is amazing, the bed was comfortable and kitchen had everything that we needed. It was quite well located to spend some time up north and explore the south aswel. And our 2 year old son loved it there. We would definitely recommend and stay here again if we came back. Thank you Adele for contributing to our amazing holiday 🙏

We had the best stay at Blu Epiphany. Gorgeous house and amazing views. We loved the plunge pool and outdoor showers. Joanne was very helpful and friendly. Would highly recommend staying here!

We enjoyed our stay at Wayne & Val’s place in Canaries. It was clean and comfortable with a beautiful view. This was our first trip to Saint Lucia and we didn’t know what to expect or how to decide where to stay.. .I think we were lucky to find this place. If you stay here be sure to be in touch with Claudia who lives in the adjacent house. When she isn’t teaching Caribbean Cuisine cooking classes Claudia can host you for an unforgettable meal on her veranda. We recommend timing your reservation for sunset. There is parking at the apartment. Be aware that a supermarket and beaches are a 30+ minute drive either north or south of Canaries. It took us a few days to adjust to driving on the narrow winding Saint Lucian roads; so come with the appropriate spirit of adventure. Wayne and Val were able to put us in touch with Jackson, a local man who provides rental cars at a good price. Jackson had someone meet us at the airport and drive us to our airbnb in Canaries; which was helpful.
