Holiday rentals with a patio in Anse Caritan

We had a fantastic stay at this property in Martinique! The location is perfect—close to the city, making it easy to explore. The home looks even better than the photos, which was a pleasant surprise. It was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a great stay. What really stood out was the host’s exceptional hospitality. They were extremely proactive and responded quickly to any questions or minor issues we had, ensuring our stay was smooth and enjoyable. We truly appreciated their attentiveness and would absolutely love to stay here again. Highly recommend!

We spent 3 idyllic weeks at Solange's place. A lovely , caring, and attentive host. The environment is quiet , very pleasant and not far from the center of town . I recommend it +++

Mimi and Laurent welcomed us as if we were family. They are extremely considerate. Laurent made us discover his garden which is beautiful the house is very nice, the living room is open to the terrace which makes it very airy. the air conditioning in the bedroom is not negligible either. The house is slightly on the heights of the Robert so central enough to visit the island i highly recommend that you come to MiLa's, you will be well received

Charming cozy accommodation located in a small quiet, tranquil and secure residence. Private parking space is a real plus! Everything is within walking distance: beaches, shops, restaurants... We had an extremely pleasant 15 days at Eric's place and did not lack anything. A place to remember and a host who takes care of their vacationers. We highly recommend! Dominique and Jean Yves

There were two of us in the apartment and it was perfect for us. Harbor, restaurants and shopping nearby. Very suitable as a starting point for excursions by car - Several great beaches can be reached in 10-25 minutes. Especially great was the market next door which took place on Saturday; great selection of local food, fruits and vegetables and in the middle of live karaoke :)

Wonderful place and what to say about the view! I have 2 criteria for my traveling listings: 1- the location/location: the apartment is conveniently located. Close to the city, but in a quiet area. Close to several tourist spots. 2- comfort: Although the bed is a little hard for our taste, we still slept well and we had a very nice stay. We strongly recommend!

Very good stay at this pretty villa close to the center of the diamond that has a breathtaking view of the Caribbean Sea! Pascal was always very responsive and welcoming, the house was perfect for our family stay and to discover Martinique. The big plus is its exterior with the pool and the pretty terrace sheltered from the sun that allows you to live outside during the stay and enjoy it even if it rains.

We loved discovering Sainte-Luce in Martinique. We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful villa. The terrace, private pool and sea view were a favorite for us. Juliana was very great. Our stay with Marie-Noëlle and her husband was a pleasure. The accommodation is great, a very pleasant low villa, the pool is really a plus, especially reserved for guests. Marie-Noëlle and her husband are very discreet, gives us all the privacy you need, nothing to say. Small + for Amy, their adorable very cuddly dog.

Very lovely (brand new and well decorated) place. Appreciate the time by the swimming pool and the space of the flat, especially the bathroom. Very nice quality furniture all over the space. Locely recommandations from Eve who was very responsive and very accommodating. Thank you!

Top-notch carbet stay, perfect location for cruising in the north. Ideal accommodation for a family (we were 2 adults and 3 children under 6 years old) clean, spacious, quiet, convenient and as a bonus a terrace with magnificent views!

Beautiful apartment in a green, peaceful and soothing setting. The photos correspond in every way to the description of Florence and Dominique. The terrace is spacious, nice and well ventilated. The rooms are big, we were 4 adults and we didn't feel cramped. The pool is a must! 2nd bedroom on the low level that has a window that does not overlook the outside. All shops nearby, Ste Anne is a 10-minute walk by the trail. We had a great stay, would definitely recommend it.

Great studio on a totally independent mezzanine in a private holiday residence and very close to the city center of Saint Anne (10 mnt on foot and 4 by car) with the beach at 300 meters. Really ideal location 15mnt from the beaches of the South. 🌴🌞 Regarding the apartment we found it even better in real life than in photo, spacious with a large terrace and the mezzanine room. Board games are available and Charles is very responsive and friendly with small presents when we arrived who made us happy! I recommend Charles's place 200% for your vacation, you will not be disappointed! Camille 😁

The accommodation has a beautiful view ,the pool and carbet are a nice place. Marie er Jf are always available hosts. Marie ,radonnante lets us share the love of her Martinique. A real tourist guide with a supporting map. Thank you for the good bananas and spices in the garden., to their human warmth. We would definitely recommend this property for its calm and beautiful vegetation. The path to it is steep ,like much of Martinique. We have a great memory of Marie and JF,and baba and arik🐕🐩🐶🐈

Very nice accommodation, located in a quiet area. The views are beautiful. The accommodation itself is great, spacious and well-equipped. As a bonus, we had the pleasure of discovering a small bottle of planter as a welcome gift. We would highly recommend it.

A beautiful duplex T4, well organized, clean and very comfortable. The view from the balcony is superb and the environment very peaceful. Accommodation matches the photos and ideal for its location ( 5' from the pier for FDF/Anse à l' âne, superb Anse Mitan beach 3 'and 10/15' from Pointe du bout and its small beach /lagoon, small grocery store/bread depot 3 '- La cave de Lucy). We felt very good and independent there ( 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 toilets). Everything is cozy, comfortable and convenient ( large beach towels available, air conditioning in all rooms, mosquito nets and touches for the 1st breakfast, private parking and even convenient umbrellas!). Thanks to Pascale and Laurine for their welcome , responsiveness and kind attention after a long trip. The planter was great and very nice not to have to worry about the 1st breakfast My friends and I had a lovely stay , unfortunately too short! Thanks again!
