We had a lovely stay at Julie's for the Christmas holidays. The house is warm, quiet, spacious and bright. The accommodation is very well equipped, very clean and well tidy. It has everything you need, "like at home". Bedding is comfortable. The bedrooms have large closets to store your belongings. Julie is welcoming, friendly, caring and responsive. We are delighted to have found this little Ardèche gem that we recommend 😊

Very pleasant family stay in a very quiet and peaceful village, close to beautiful landscapes (be careful it is best to have a car to be able to enjoy it). The accommodation is comfortable, well equipped, communication with the host was very smooth. We recommend it!

Excellent stay in Rochetaillée. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. We were 3 adults and two children including a baby (top the crib on site, very clean and already equipped with a mattress + cover). Free parking in the immediate vicinity. Peaceful environment. We didn't have a winter tire and were surprised by the snow but the snow removal machines did their job well and we were able to safely go back down. If we have a chance, we'll be back with pleasure!

a really well decorated and optimized apartment. everything was nikel even if we only went there for one night. The owner has great confidence in his guests because it is the apartment where he lives and he leaves roof on site. 2 petis bemols: the parking space was taken by people when we arrived but not in any way the fault of aurelien. and small downside also on the bedding namely the bed linen and pillows ....really to be fussy if not great!

The accommodation is very well located on the Quai de Tain, close to restaurants and the city center. Although next to a few bars, the rooms overlook a quiet street with very little traffic. We found the place very clean when we arrived. Directions make it easy to find the place, and there's plenty of parking nearby. Recommended!

Great apartment. Very well located in Annonay to have access to restaurants on foot but without the constraint of parking because private garage which is a big asset. Spacious , tastefully decorated and quiet apartment. We slept very well. We'll most certainly be back for our next visit.
