The apartment is very nice and well furnished, well equipped kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine, tablecloth and utensils. A garden and a nice pool are available for guests. The area is very quiet but can only be reached by own vehicle. I point out that the two bathrooms are both inside the two double bedrooms and the access staircase to the loft, dedicated to children, is steep (almost peeled)! Clean rooms.

Cozy village house – Lake Annecy shore

Our stay with Tiffanie and her family was perfect! We appreciated the location of the house, located in the heights of Saint Jorioz which is easily accessible by car (10min). Annecy is 35-40min depending on traffic. Quick tips: the GPS indicates to take a steep path and forbidden to traffic just before arriving at the house, ignore it and continue straight ahead before turning right at the next intersection (many + passable). The accommodation is very functional and refurbished, the furniture and decor are of quality! We particularly appreciated the 2 very comfortable bedrooms (master bedroom and children's room), as well as the garden and the beautiful equipped terrace. Thanks to Tiffanie, Charlie and Malo for their welcome and congratulations for the beautiful house they set up:)

We had a great holiday in Sandrine's house. The house is a stone's throw from the lake, right in front of two restaurants, and has a large walled garden, perfect for children and dogs. Sandrine and Julien were very responsive and welcoming. We'll be happy to go back!

Very nice house for our family stay with the possibility of having a space for each group. Spacious and comfortable living room for our group (10 people). The Property is very well located near the lake and the bike path. Marina is responsive and has adapted to our check-in and check-out times.

Catherine was always so helpful booked in 2020 and cancelled three years on the run because of Covid. Finally got there. Felt like we were pen pals !!Fantastic place for my partner and I and my daughter and son-in-law with three small grandsons and two friends. Great house everything we needed. Would highly recommend for families. My three small grandsons 7, 5 and 2 loved it too so ma many toys and a safe big child friendly garden . Wish we had stayed longer than one week. Thank you Catherine for all your help and local information much appreciated
