Holiday rentals with a patio in Anne Arundel County

I loved everything about this space! First of all, Jennifer was so responsive and nice. She answered immediately and made us feel comfortable. If I ever come to MD again, this is definitely where i’ll be staying!!

Great stay in Annapolis! Location was ideal, super close to town, easy walk. Our pup loved the backyard as well.. Would recommend!

Helen’s place felt like home and was an amazing place for our family to have some time with our Midshipman from the Naval Academy. Helen was kind and super responsive in communication. We would definitely visit again.

We would return in a heartbeat to enjoy the peaceful setting and spend even more time in the kayaks on the river.

Great weekend getaway with my daughter. House was cozy and clean and within walking distance of great restaurants and shopping. Had a wonderful time. Highly recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay and the home. Really appreciate the cleanliness and aesthetics (just as describe). It’s very cute and walkable to restaurants. I would definitely come back if I am in the Annapolis area.

The apartment was very spacious, clean and the bed comfortable. The location was ideal for anyone wanting to spend time in the downtown area or access the USNA grounds. The only drawback is the noise that comes from the upstairs neighbors as is common with old houses. The walk from the parking garage wasn't bad at all.

This is one of our favorite Airbnbs due to proximity to activities and layout. Had great amenities for our month-long stay. Host was responsive and communicative any time we had a question. We would love to come back in the summer to enjoy the rooftop pool and view. Location- Best part! Located on the waterfront, great for walking to Main Street, restaurants, and exploring museums. You have a peek-a-boo view of the top of the state capital building from the living room window. Bedrooms- super comfy bed, couch/pull out bed in living room was convenient and very comfortable Kitchen & bathroom- Loved the open floor plan, very well stocked with dishes & shower got hot fast with great water pressure. Parking- loved having the dedicated parking and street parking

House looks even better than the pictures. Very nice, very modern and all amenities were wonderful. I am looking to come back in the summer and enjoy the lovely pool area.

This was the best place I have stayed in while visiting my mid in Annapolis! Everything about the home was awesome. All around super welcoming with wine to greet me, very helpful notes, beautifully cleaned and wonderful smelling home with a friendly responsive host! The available amenities were above and beyond. I just can't say enough about the location-everything is RIGHT there. One of the best things...the easiest check out procedure EVER. Some homes have you practically pre-cleaning their home before you leave-not this one! I will definitely be back!

Once again, we had a fantastic stay! Even though it snowed and rained, we still fully enjoyed the cottage's comfort and charm. The views are absolutely stunning, and everything we needed was provided. Evan is an amazing host—thoughtful, responsive, and attentive to every detail. It’s the perfect cozy retreat, no matter the weather. We're looking forward to coming back again!

We loved this home. The home is on one level which made it so convenient for my parents. The pictures don’t do the home justice. Courtney and his staff take great care of the home and it shows through out. We loved that each bedroom has a smart TV and Netflix and other apps are accessible for use. The location was perfect especially during the holiday. We were a short distance from a grocery store and Target which were perfect for us. The kitchen is fully stocked which made our stay even better. Would love to visit during the warmer months to be able to enjoy the screened porch and patio area off the master bedroom. We would definitely stay at Courtney’s place again in the future.

Spacious, conveniently located house with beautiful views of the South River. Nicely furnished with antiques. Gracious and responsive host. As others have noted, stairs to second floor are steep and not suited to those with mobility issues.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay with Kelly in her lovely, spotlessly clean Condo. Everything you need to make your stay a memorable one is on hand. Check in was a breeze, Kelly is supper friendly and very knowledgeable of the area. Great location for easy downtown access and lots of shops an restaurants close by. We hope to return.

Nikki was a very accommodating and friendly host. Gave me great recommendations for visiting Jersey which I appreciated thoroughly. Would definitely stay here again!

This is the cutest little condo in downtown Annapolis. Super close to restaurants and bars. The view from the patio is really pretty! We would definitely stay here again, Jared was a great host!

Very comfortable condo near Eastport in Annapolis. Quick drive to downtown, USNA and shopping. Kitchen is very well appointed and the neighborhood is quiet. Looking forward to staying again next time I’m in town!

Had a great stay. Plenty to do within walking distance. Scott was very helpful, and place was perfect for a night away for my wife and I. Would stay again.

I brought my 3 kiddos with me and this place was great. a perfect spot for us. my kiddos loved the living room with the trundle bed and all that. It was just as described and I absolutely love how it was decorated!!! Nicole was very helpful and very responsive... she also made it a point to leave some treats out for my littles. I definitely will stay here again when I come back to the area. ♥️

Having stayed at this property before, the most as usual was great and very responsive and respectful to our needs. The host was very warm and accommodating to our last minute changes. We will definitely will be booking this property again due to amenities and warmth of the host to make our stay enjoyable. Thank you for such a great stay.
