Holiday rentals with a hot tub in Annapolis

Our host, Eric, was exceptional. The house exceeded our expectations; it was even better than the pictures. Upon arrival, we noticed how well-decorated and clean it was. The furnishings were lovely, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. Eric was extremely responsive, even late at night when the house became a bit chilly. He adjusted the heating to ensure we were comfortable. Every detail had been carefully considered. He also offered to help us with food and provided excellent options for outdoor dining. The house is beautiful, just like in the pictures, and there is ample parking available for many guests. Eric even created a map to assist us with parking. The biggest advantage was that he accommodated an earlier check-in time, allowing us more time to decorate for our friend's special day. Thank you, Eric, for allowing us to use your property and for helping to make our event truly spectacular. I highly recommend Eric and his property, and I would definitely return!

One of the finest Airbnb’s we’ve stayed at! Beautiful decor and amenities in one of our new favorite communities. Kim was very responsive and gave us plenty of recommendations for food and entertainment. We loved the floor to ceiling windows on the first floor overlooking the Chesapeake. The primary had equally large windows with an expansive view plus a fireplace and very comfortable bedding. Overall, the weather didn’t cooperate, but we still had a nice, relaxing weekend in a beautifully equipped house in a great town on the bay. We’ll look to book in the warmer months soon.

We had a great stay at Carolyn's place! Five close friends having a reunion (with one newborn)- we enjoyed the hot tub, the kitchen had everything we needed and we were especially grateful that they sent someone to shovel after the snow storm. The communication was excellent! I left my coat in the closet and they sent it back as soon as they found it! I highly recommend this place!

We had a great time at Justin's place! We were 2 families with 5 small kids getting out of DC for the holiday weekend, and Justin's place gave us just what we needed. The kids had a great time playing in the downstairs playroom, making snowmen in the big backyard, playing with the puzzles and games, and walking across the street to see the frozen water. The house had everything we needed, and we hope to go back in warmer weather to take advantage of the beach access! Justin was a fantastic host - super communicative, responsive and understanding (like I said, 5 small kids :) - he even came to the house late the first night to drop off extra crib sheets for the pack and play! And the location was great - a quiet street, near the water, but also super close to a shopping center that had everything we needed (grocery store, pizza shop, liquor store), and just 15 minutes to all the places we wanted to go. We had a great time!

The Flight Deck was a perfect place for our family get together. It was clean, spacious, and had a great backyard. We would love to come back!

Absolutely amazing! The place had so much to do whether it was outside or in! Swimming in the pool, hot tub, kayaking and/or paddle boarding on the lake, giant yard games. Inside had a pool table, wide variety of board games, and many streaming services. Brenda was extremely friendly and helpful in many way. She had a binder full of local places for food and things to do! She truly showed us the best of Maryland.

Liz is an exceptional host. She is thoughtful, professional, a great communicator, and very thorough. The property is massive and beautiful. Everything is clean and despite its size, you feel cozy and right at home upon arrival. This was our second time staying here for a family weekend and we have gotten to enjoy the indoor and outdoor spaces immensely. Love this home!

This was a fantastic place for a relaxing break between the holidays! I loved being right on the river, it was so serene and comfortable. The house was wonderful with the windows looking right out onto the river. I'd definitely recommend this place and hope to return. Cheryl was there to greet me when I arrived and sent great information about things to do in the area.

The shower in this Airbnb is a life goal…absolutely epic…the best my wife and I have ever experienced, with perfect water pressure and an endless hot water supply. Have you ever drank a cup of coffee while showering?! We did! The hot tub was fantastic, especially during winter. We can only imagine how incredible it would be to visit in the summer and have access to the pool. The location is unbeatable—each route from the neighborhood leads to a new adventure, with easy access to Annapolis, Arnold, and Severna Park. We are grateful to the hosts for accommodating our schedule when a snowstorm forced us to cut our trip short. We wish we could have stayed the full three days to enjoy more of this magical place. The interior design is delightful, featuring charming art and thoughtful touches throughout. The spacious bed with a perfectly placed TV was ideal for cozying up and watching a movie after a long day. Thank you so much!!!!
