Family-friendly holiday rentals in Annan District

This was the second time staying with James and it was a good value, and although there were some vignettes in the process, the issue was handled promptly, and in the future Tainan will choose to stay at James' place.

The host was so welcoming and responsive, and we accidentally spilled the soup and immediately helped us change the sheets. Next time we come to Tainan, we can come and stay here again.

You can tell that the host goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome and at home. From the furnishing to the small bits and pieces like full set of toiletries, fruits and bread, bottled water machine, etc. Although lack of washing machine might deter people from longer stays. Parking is included and if you happen to pay for it in order to leave the carpark, the host will reimburse the full amount. Thumbs up. Guohua Youai Shopping District is literally right around the corner, plenty of local delicacies to sample. It's bustling at night but you don't hear that inside the house. 4th floor has a thick mattress and toilet with showers and bathtub, most privacy out of all floors. 3rd floor is tatami, 2nd floor kitchen and lounge and 1st floor has a toilet with shower and a sofa which can be converted to sofa bed. Ideal for the elderly people. Overall was satisfied with our stay, thank you to the host for the extra effort.

It’s a great experience which just like grandparents house. I believe that host spent a lot of time to decorate and keep everything running well. The best part is near the most popular tourism spot. You can spent great time every night and day. If you are the person who is wiling to find this spot in the historical alley. Sorry for typing English , wish everyone will have good time there for sure. If you want to live in, I will suggest driving might not be better because there are so crowded. The parking lot near also can help you saving some time.

Whenever we go to Tainan, we will stay here!! The hosts were incredible, so helpful, so friendly!! absolutely gorgeous location, the plants outside the front door give it a cozy garden feel, we felt right at home! Perfect location to the main attractions in Tainan!

Great stay!A minimalist but non-designed space, where five people can enjoy a gathering time in the common area on the first floor, and the separate entrance and exit on the floor keeps the convenience of not interfering with each other.Also Kelly's response was prompt and very clear, although there was no meeting up, it still felt like a great treat, thank you so much!

Jiajia was incredibly helpful and welcoming. She greeted us warmly upon arrival and provided a brief tour of the house, pointing out where to find key items, suggesting activities in the area, and noting that the location was conveniently close to many attractions. She was also very accommodating when we were running a bit late checking out. Although I noticed some dust in the couch crevices and the dish sponge wasn’t in the best shape, the house itself was overall clean, well-maintained, and beautifully designed.

we had a wonderful stay at Eda's place which is a really nice, light apartment with a full kitchen and comfortable beds and a comfy sofa area and full dining area. we were traveling with 2 kids so it was really great to have a large bright space to share. Eda was an exceptional host who was always super quick to get back to us and even helped arrange a lovely lady called Grace to babysit (thank you Grace!). Eda and Grace both went above and beyond to help us. we were able to launder our clothes and felt we had a really comfortable base to explore Tainan.. highly recommend

Convenient location, with private common area, kitchen, garden, enough space & fully equipped, comfortable room, good for a family or friends!

The location is residential area, the environment is quiet, the night is quiet, close to the lively Anping District

The room is in a quiet residential area.The host was always quick to approach and respond to the customer, which was helpful. The room is spacious, and the balcony and bathroom are spacious and relaxing.There are stairs in the middle of the room, but they are now blocked and privacy.Supermarket nearby for your convenience There are also many rental cycles nearby, and take the cycling trail to the sea to the sea, and the vast fish-farming area (?)I was running around.The nature is also rich, and the sunset is beautiful.

Comfortable and pleasant private accommodation experience, the host is very nice and will help us with our needs, thank you very much!The location of the homestay is quiet and not noisy, and there are breakfast shops, snack bars, and convenience stores at the entrance of the alley for your convenience.Except for the old house relationship, the toilet on the third floor will accumulate water.

Great place to stay in Tainan. James replied to all my questions very quickly and vas very helpful. Walking distance to nice areas of Anping. Would stay again!
