Family-friendly holiday rentals in Anna

This is my fifth consecutive year renting this AirBnB from Eddie & Danella for my staycation. I truly believe Eddie & Danella have established the AirBnB industry 100% "gold-standard" on how an AirBnB should be run in every category. The house and pool are beautiful - with the pool being private from the neighbor's views too. Each year I've rented this AirBnB, Eddie & Danella have surprised me by adding yet more features and upgrades to the property. I've even gotten several ideas on upgrades for my own home by staying here. When renting this AirBnB, you're renting a full-featured tastefully-decorated home, not a typical AirBnB. You'll be 100% pleased renting this AirBnB.

The place was super cozy, and the location was awesome. It was almost a 5-star stay, but there were a few things that could’ve been better. First, the neighbors could see into the hot tub area, so if you’re looking for total privacy, you might be a bit disappointed. Second, the bathtub plug didn’t work, so if you or your partner want to take a bath, you’ll have to get creative and find a way to make it work. And third, I’ve never had to pay a non-refundable deposit or a $900 refundable deposit, which is a bit of a bummer. Other than those three things, it’s a really nice place to stay. If none of those issues bother you, then it’s definitely a 5-star stay!

Close to the city, in the forest. Our dogs were happy to stay there. Relaxing atmosphere. Good view. Good getaway. Just for the information, there is no way to cook if you plan to so just be prepared.

Looking at the outside of the house doesn't completely let you know what's on the inside! Higher luxury home inside! It was VERY clean everywhere. There were PLENTY of options as far as tv, board games, playing cards, pool table, computer & printer access. The floors and windows were spotless. Clean sheets and towels in every room and bathroom. Counters absolutely wiped clean. For this particular house, I would let elderly or disabled know that there are different flooring levels throughout the house. For example, you walk into the house, you have to go up A step to the master bedroom. And another couple steps into the master bathroom. From the front entryway, a couple steps down to the kitchen level, and another couple steps into the living room. From the kitchen level up a small flight of stairs for the laundry room access, or a bedroom access. And then the second floor up another flight of stairs. It's just not all one level on the bottom. Our group was good to navigate though! 👍

Fantastic! So we have family and friends in Dallas area metroplex. This was the most amazing experience of all ABNB stay we have had!! Distance to Airport, Entertainment complexes, downtown was great! Pool and hot tub SUPERIOR! Our daughter and son-in-law fly in ahead of us, as we drove. Our hosts got us into the home early, thank you again for supporting us! If you have a car great parking behind the home. UBER/LYFT is easy, but if you have a car it’s easy. How good was the home? We started to talk about moving to Plano and we all agreed this would be the perfect home spot for us! Highly recommend!

The house is located in a nice & quiet neighborhood and near parks and playgrounds for kids, but also close enough to shopping centers. Checkin was easy and smooth.

Location was great with plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Having a dog park just steps away was very convenient. The two car garage made parking a breeze.

Roy and Amy are great hosts. They were responsive to our requests. The home is as described. We stayed for about 6 weeks. The location is close to many great restaurants. If you like to run or walk, there is a nice walking trail within 3-5 minutes drive. The beds and linens were clean and comfortable. All appliances worked as expected, including the A/C, which was important in August. We've stayed in about 10 Airbnbs in the last year, and this is one of my favorites.

Our stay at Mary and Warren's charming farmhouse and cottage was absolutely fantastic! We traveled with a large group of family members from all over to celebrate my sister’s wedding, and we were beyond grateful to find a place where we could all stay together comfortably. Everyone in our group couldn't stop praising how cozy and inviting the property was. The beds were especially comfortable, and everything was exactly as pictured, which made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. We had three little ones with us—ranging from a 2-week-old to a 3-year-old—and the kid-friendly atmosphere made all the difference. The onsite playground and expansive grounds were perfect for the kids to play and explore, and the provided pack-n-play and high chair were incredibly convenient. Mary even went above and beyond by providing toys and books for the kids to enjoy. We couldn’t have asked for a better spot to gather as a family, and would love to come back someday!

Lisa's place was perfect! Safe, cozy, quiet, and clean. I had every thing that I needed, even oatmeal and yogurt for breakfast. The neighborhood is very safe for walking and I even had the opportunity to stroll with the dogs. Lisa is an excellent communicator and checked in often to make sure I was happy and had everything I needed. She is a wonderful host and I will be back!

I can't say enough good things about the hosts. We were going through some really rough times throughout our stay. Our home flooded and that's why we needed a place to stay, there were "deaths" in our family, and confusing insurance hops to jump through. Thanks to Grant and Alyssa we were able to get in the house on December 23rd and be in a home for Christmas. We were staying in a hotel, and there are 7 of us! We were there during the snowy and wet weather and noticed there weren't any mats inside to wipe our feet on. I messaged Grant, the next day mats were delivered to the front door. We had a small issue with the bed and Alyssa came over the next day to help out with that. They are very responsive and easy to work with. They made our living situation as comfortable and stress free as possible. They were literally our shelter in life's storms💞

Stayed for 2 months while waiting for our house to be ready. This was the perfect place for our family. Brain and his wife were very friendly and took care of any issues we had immediately. We even had to extend our stay and Brian was able to accommodate us with the extension. Highly recommend this Airbnb!

We could not of asked for a better Stay! Highly recommend Stay and can not wait to go back and stay with them again! Extremely clean, host was very available, accommodating and quick response! 100% recommended.

Cota was an ideal host. She gave clear directions and responded to us right away via Airbnb and text. The place was very clean and nice inside. The only problem was that this is an apartment in an apartment complex, which we didn't understand from the description. However, for the price it was definitely reasonable and met our expectations.

Great stay, great communication, nice and clean.

The house was just as described and we had a wonderful time. Jennifer was very responsive and made check in and check out a breeze. The house was beautiful and had a lot of games and activities to keep the kids entertained. We did not use the pool but the backyard looked very inviting. We have friends who live nearby and will definitely stay here again if the home is available during our next visit.

Wonderful host and location. Home was better than advertised! If 10 stars existed as a rating this home, host, location and extras would deserve each one!

I and my wife enjoyed staying. I used to live in TX, there were many places nearby where I used to go before.

Gina was very responsive from the time I booked the house. There are lots of things to do and places to eat near Gina’s house. The actual house was beautiful and clean. It actually looked better than the pictures. I would definitely recommend.
