We had an awesome stay with Sammy, he gave us great tips on where to go around the area, which really helped us make the most of our trip. The house was so amazing and well-equipped, we honestly didn’t want to leave. Everything was comfortable, stylish, and super convenient. We’ll definitely be back!

Ryan did an excellent job making us feel at home! Short drive to Indian Rocks Beach and provided a nice place to stay back and relax!

This home is stunning! So perfectly curated & clean. Such a great place to retreat inbetween visiting the pretty beaches in the area! Alex was amazing with having all the fun things set up for our one old infusing snacks in the fridge. So welcoming. They have so many fun beach things in the garage to use as well! We stayed at Charlie’s place for a week in March. We traveled with our daughters, their husbands and families, which included a 7 month old, 1 year old, and 4 year old. When I tell you this is the perfect place for families, I am not kidding! Charlie had everything you need for the littles. On day 2 we asked if the pool could be a little warmer and he was there within 15 minutes to turn the heater up. The location was perfect. Easy access to all the beaches and too many restaurants to mention. I could go on and on, but believe me when I tell you we couldn’t have had a better week! We will be back!

5 stars! Everything about our stay was absolutely perfect. The host was incredibly accommodating and thoughtful—they truly thought of everything to make the space feel just like home. From the moment we walked in, we felt welcomed and cared for. The beds were incredibly comfortable—we slept so well each night, which is such a rare find when traveling! They didn’t miss a single detail. Every little thing we could’ve needed was already there, making our stay effortless and relaxing. You can tell they genuinely care about their guests’ comfort and experience. On top of it all, they were beyond kind and so responsive to any questions we had. We 100% recommend this place to anyone looking for a cozy, well-cared-for stay—and we will absolutely be back! Love how they are transforming this area and the love and energy they are pouring into all the surrounding homes. Oh, and the noise level at night… NONE which was very important to us. Love this place!

We had a great stay here! The pool was fantastic after long beach days, and we all enjoyed playing pickleball. The house was large, clean and very well equipped. Thank you for a wonderful Spring Break!

Ivan was an excellent host. Our team was in town for a training event at our corporate headquarters and needed accommodations for five. Everyone was comfortable, it was clean, nice and had all of the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. When our schedule needed an accommodation on short notice he was very kind and helped us out. Our stay was amazing! I will recommend Ivan’s place to my colleagues visiting HQ,

My stay at Gwen's was a wonderful experience. She let me know the place was available for an earlier check-in and quickly responded to all of my questions.Her place was very cozy and I felt right at home! The location was walkable to downtown St Petersburg wirh a couple of quaint coffee shops and restaurants nearby.

This place had everything we needed. Bathroom was a bit small but adequate.

Our time in John’s place was an 11 out of 10.Truly one if not the most comfortable , convenient, and neat places to stay in . He is extremely flexible and always willing to help out with any matter of concern - very few ever came up since he is so respectful and responsible that he’s proactive to make sure we are satisfied with our rental.

This is a great place to stay! Restaurants and shopping centers are in walkable distance and Denise is an amazing host. Keeping this place in mind for future vacations.

This apartment really exceeded our expectations! The apartment itself was very nice and had everything we needed, but we did not realize how much we would love the pool and surrounding roof deck, or the included access to the co-working space nextdoor. We took advantage of the co-working space to work remotely during the day, and we loved lounging by the pool after work. The building location was also extremely convenient for us, within easy walking distance to the best grocery stores and restaurants in Sarasota. The hosts were very responsive and helpful when we had questions, and the two property staff people we met in the building during our stay were also very friendly and accommodating. The only possible downside I could think of for this place would be the road noise from Fruitville Rd, which was noticeable but didn't prevent us from getting a great night of sleep. We would absolutely stay here again and we hope to return someday soon!

The place is as described. Pool area was fantastic. Could use more silverware. Close to the beach. restaurants and stores.

We enjoyed the stay a lot! It had everything you’d need even for a longer stay. You really see the effort that was put into the place. Location was easy to find with a good location for short ways to the beach and stores etc. Would definitely come back!

This facility was exactly what we needed, I will say I was kind of shocked that I thought I prepaid for everything and then was charged for parking as well as a resort fee… Still feel like it was a pretty reasonable price. I just wish she would’ve included it on the front end.

Everything was terrific. Great spot to be close to the beach, have comfortable accommodations, and be within walking distance (or short car ride) to several spots. Host was great, parking is sufficient l, and the pool out back is a nice bonus. The unit had all the kitchen and bathroom necessities to feel right at home. Very minor issue, but worth noting the unit shares a stairway to several other units. The stairway is very loud and the door doesn’t shut very tightly. Upstairs tenants are heard moving about the unit at all times. *Again, very minor, but others may want more quiet.

Great unit across the street from the beach. The photos matched the amenities. We felt right at home. Everything was fresh and clean. The neighbors were friendly. Beach chairs, umbrella, wagon, towels, and cooler were provided. Nice restaurants and market were within a 10-15 minute walk. We enjoyed our stay here.

We hated to leave! It was perfect for our stay. Very clean and steps away from the beach, close to everything store wise/ restaurants.

Nice apartment tucked away from street. Had most things you'd need for a brief stay. Hosts were very responsive when we had an issue getting in the gate. Pool and gym easy to use and nice to have. Abes place (resturant) and groceries are in walking distance. Enjoyed it very much for almost 2 weeks! note: Was quiet most of the time but upstairs neighbors VERY easy to hear at all hours, and kept me up the last few days.

The condo was great. Impeccably clean and provided everything you might need during your stay. It was excellent value for the rate. It was also a very short and simple drive to get to Clearwater beach. I would definitely go back.
