Rest, eat, sleep, repeat!! Enjoy the comfort of our renovated home. Perfect sleeping arrangements for 2 families or 1! The kids will be entertained with the beach at the front and park at the rear. Stayed with a bigger group, so plenty of space to hang out together, or separately if needed. Beautiful yard for pets and very close to the beach and shops. Would definitely come back!

Yellowsands is a charming, historic family home, beautifully situated surrounded by greenery, and with the beach only a couple of minutes walk away. This was our 3rd or 4th visit, and it was a really lovely place for a family holiday for our two families of 4. We look forward to visiting again. Absolutely beautiful accommodation in a perfect location. It’s like your own private beach oasis right on the doorstep of Blacksmiths Beach and Granny’s Pool. The outdoor dining area was our favourite place to sit and enjoy a quiet breakfast and relax for dinner in complete privacy. The amenities are modern and everything you need - we didn’t want to leave! Easily the best place to stay in Blacksmiths!

Lyn's place was lovely, it was in a great location with the ferry close to travel to Newcastle. The house was very tidy with great amenities, kitchen, BBQ & beds. We were blown away the second we stepped into Sandy's place. The pictures do not do this place justice - it is so much more spacious than we imagined! It has everything you'll need and things you didn't think you'd need (I won't spoil any surprise) - Sandy has thought of everything and has gone above and beyond expectations. The place was immaculate, and everything felt new and of top quality. Located in a cul-de-sac, the place was the perfect getaway from the bustling Terrigal esplanade. We enjoyed the fact we could walk to everything (beaches, lagoon, cafes, shops, restaurants) we wanted to go to, especially as we were there during the busy long weekend. Sandy did an amazing job of managing our enquiries, booking, and requested changes by her timely, friendly, and informative responses. We can't wait to stay at Sandy's place again and will be recommending to our family and friends!

The home was fantastic and was perfect for 3 couples to enjoy our weekend getaway. Mary Ann was a super host, very organised and easy to communicate with. The living area was large enough for some to watch TV while others sat at the table to chat. The outdoor area was perfect to view the sunset, or if too cold, to view from the comfort and warmth of the living room. The bedrooms were all a good size with comfortable beds & good quality linen. The main bathroom was enormous, with a decent size spa. All good quality cleaning products and equipment made the check out clean up quick and easy. An easy walk around the bay to the Deck for yummy take-a-way easy dinner and a Sunday brunch, made for the perfect get-a-way.

We had a great stay at the property. We walked further down the beach and found a really quiet secluded beach! The kids loved it as it wasn’t as wavy as the rest of the beach. We particularly enjoyed the sunrise in the morning . House was clean and comfortable. The kitchen is poorly equipped though if really want to make a meal. Other than that we had a really good time there.
