Shepherds hut holiday rentals in Anglesey

Absolute gem of a place. If you crave nature this is the place for you. Next to wild and wonderful coast of Wales. Stars the size of dinner plates. It was October and the wind was howling while we were there but the cabin was still warm.

An absolutely gorgeous few days in the Shepherds Hut. Rachael & Alan were super organised before we came sorting the robes & breakfast hamper (which was divine!), welcoming us on arrival and personal touches like the Halloween chocolates in the hut and delivering extra wood for the hot tub for us. The views were amazing and facilities were all spotless! Location was super, 20min drive to Conwy for tea and 15 min drive to swallow falls. Thank you for a gorgeous few days!❤️

Great host, and great place. We are always worried about beds being comfy and they were so spacious and comfortable. Toilets and showers clean 24/7. Always someone there to help when we needed it and gave great recommendations. Hot tub was amazing, hugely dog friendly and plenty of space for your dogs to roam! Super friendly hosts and only 30 minutes from Y Garn. Thanks so much for having us, we were so happy with our stay!!

We had an amazing weekend stay at Jane’s Pod. Beautifully located in private and peaceful surroundings. Jane sent through great instructions regarding the location and it helped greatly when we arrived later than planned. Location is ideal for walks and hikes and after a circular walk to nearby Conwy Falls and Fairy Glen the hot tub was the icing on the cake. Every part of the stay was exceptional, thank you Jane.

Although we messed up the dates our end, Mike was extremely understanding. The hobbit house we stayed in was beautiful, as were the surroundings! Would definitely revisit!

Our stay was wonderful - the hut was just beautiful and the location is stunning. Trish and Paul really have thought of everything - you can clearly see the care that's gone into making the hut a perfect place to unwind and they gave us such a warm welcome. We'll definitely be back!

Very lovely, cosy hut, everything you could need. The bathroom 'hut' is roomy with a good, powerful shower, once again everything you need. We used the log burner in the evening which was a fantastic heat source. Everything was spotless & well thought out. Thank you Phil & Paula!

Our second visit to this amazing shepherd hut. Lots of nice finishing touches. Well equipped kitchen , great bathroom, and a very comfy bed. Fantastic sun rises, easy access to the coastal path, with outstanding views. Breakfast was a real bonus !! We will be back ..

Just got home after a lovely long weekend at the Shepherd's Hut. Perfect location for Zip World and exploring. Judy was an outstanding host from check in to home time - leaving some little treats on arrival (for us and the dog!) and letting us feed the sheep before we left. Genuinely the best AirBnb we've stayed at for a long time and we will be recommending to friends and family. Thank you!

My two sons and I had a two-night stay at Elephant View and thoroughly enjoyed it. We stayed in February, but the hut was cosy, warm and welcoming. It stood up to some full-on Welsh wind and rain, while we were there! It’s a small space, but very cleverly designed and kitted out. Gavin, the host, was excellent. He got the hot tub warmed up for our arrival and gave clear instructions on how to use it ourselves for subsequent days. We cooked in the wood-fired pizza oven with no issues. Note, there is no inside oven or microwave, so would advise that you plan meals accordingly. The bathroom was teeny but worked well for the three of us. Everything was spotless. The host also took the time to personalise our welcome basket and welcome sign for my two boys, which they were thrilled with. A small but very thoughtful extra touch. We’d definitely stay again. Great location for Zipworld and Caernarfon.

Myself and my partner absolutely loved our stay in the Shepherds Hut last weekend. Our hosts went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect — we loved the homemade cookies and they even put some balloons and a banner up for my partner’s birthday. We could not have asked for anything more from our stay and will definitely be back. 100% recommend!

Great stay at Mark and Jonathan's shepherds hut. Very clean and tidy up on arrival, clear instructions on check in and great aesthetic inside the hut itself. The hosts were very knowledgeable about the local area and gave us a great recommendations.

Ruby’s place was wonderful! I felt incredibly at home, and the cabin was super cosy! Ruby was also very responsive and helpful. I hope too stay again soon!

We had a lovely time. The shepherds hut is perfect for two. Beautiful and peaceful surroundings, brilliant for relaxation. Dafydd and Dawn are great, nice, helpful and friendly. The breakfasts were delicious and filling, and they were always responsive to anything we needed and offered great advice for what to do, all without being intrusive. We would highly recommend, and would happily go back.

Ian is an amazing host, responds super was and is very flexible. Went out of his way and made a Welsh cake for me, which was super delicious. The hut has everything you need, just bring your toiletries (self explanatory). Super clean and tidy. Lots of storage space for your stuff. Wish I had stayed more nights!

This was a wonderful place that felt a million miles away from the hustle and bustle of modern life. The setting is amazing if you like walking and wildlife and we didn’t want to leave.

Lovely stay at Abbey’s shepherds hut. It was very peaceful, perfect for a quiet getaway. Everything was only a few minutes drive away. Marcel, the pig, was an icon! I highly recommend.

We had a fantastic couple of days in the Pod. Katherine and Elfed were fantastic hosts and nothing was too much trouble. They were very accommodating of our sixth month old and let us have a later check out. Really friendly and helpful and made us feel right at home. Highly recommend and we will be visiting again I'm sure!
