Country house in Mugello

We arrived late at night and left in the morning soon so we saw little but the place was clean and tidy, with everything you need for the night and the kitchen. Lucrezia is kind and helpful, if there is another opportunity we will come back

Comfortable house Greve in Chianti

CarlRating, 5 stars6 months ago
Our stay here was perfect! It is such a lovey Tuscan place that made us feel right at home. It is a short 10 minute walk from the center of Greve and it provides lovely views of the surrounding areas. Luana is very kind and quick to respond to our questions. We highly recommend this place for future guests! The only advice we can give for guests staying anywhere in Tuscany is to pick up some mosquito spray - they are everywhere.

The Sundial in Montefioralle

TatyanaRating, 5 stars5 months ago
Eugenio was a great host. His place is super authentic, located in the most charming medieval village with spectacular views. Everything in the house was to our satisfaction. Eugenio was super responsive and helpful with accomodating some extra requests that we had. We were travelling for work, filming a wedding at nearby castel. Location was great for us. The public parking is only about 100 meters from the house. We were teally happy with everything. Thank you Eugenio. P.S. There is an amazing restaurant with spectacular views right in the village. They only do lunches. But wow, It was such a great find. Everyrhing in that restaurant was made from their own produce, wine from their vineyard in the valley, olive oil from their trees, all vegetables from their garden. Different set menue every day. Really recommend it. It was delicious.

Casa di Lyndall - Entire house with exclusive pool

TerriRating, 5 stars5 months ago
This home is the epitome of a classic villa in the chianti region. Lecchi is very a small village that is walkable to a market, bar & cafe, and one of the best dinner spots we visited in our entire trip to Italy - the Malborghetto restaurant is a must! We rented a car for this week of our trip, and would highly recommend doing so. There are many nearby villages with great trattorias and shopping options - and gorgeous views everywhere you turn. Casa di Lyndall is a roomy, well appointed home with all the amenities you could need. Very clean, and very comfortable, and the view out the front windows is beyond compare. Lyndall was very responsive and provided us with excellent recommendations of things to do during our stay. Clementina greeted us when we arrived and was so sweet and helpful. There is nothing we would change about our stay!

LECCIONE RESIDENCE

IsabelleRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
Beatiful house with everything you need. The house was really clean, and it has all the amenities you need. The contact with Andrea was good. In the surroundings there is not much to do, but if you are looking for peace and quite, and you don't mind driving a bit for activities, this is the perfect place.

CaseMaggi Florence Historic City Center Apartment

MelissaRating, 5 stars5 months ago
CaseMaggi was our perfect home base for a week. It was lovely (just as pictured), a good size for 3 adults with all the amenities you could want and more! An easy walk to groceries, cafes, restaurants, farmacias, Piazza Santa Croce. Hosts were so helpful, especially when we got sick, making recommendations and even helping us cancel a dinner reservation we otherwise would have been charged for. Only 2 things we didn’t love. The bedsheets were rough/scratchy (being sick, we spent more time in bed than we would have liked). Also, street can get noisy at night (especially Saturdays). There’s a restaurant (a great one, we went there!) directly below and a bar on the corner. Lots of vehicle and people noise till the wee hours, hard to shut out even with windows closed. But neither issue was enough to detract from our trip. Florence is amazing, Margherita and Michael were wonderful hosts, and CaseMaggi is the perfect place to experience it! We’ve already recommended it to friends!

1) INDEPENDENT APARTMENT NEAR S.M.NOVELLA STATION

ElenaRating, 5 stars4 days ago
I would wholeheartedly recommend these hosts and the apartment. Convenient location: close to the train station. There is a bus stop nearby. The apartment itself is comfortable, quiet, warm. There is everything you may need in the kitchen. The TV works great, the internet is instant. In general, there are no shortcomings. But most importantly - wonderful hosts, hospitable and helpful. It was especially great to get sweets from them after a long journey. Thank you Teresa and Francesca!

Residenza S.ta Margherita with garden

LauraRating, 5 stars1 month ago
Everything was great. We were in Urbino for her son's graduation. The apartment is very spacious, cozy and with a nice garden. The location is quiet, right in the center, close to everything you need. Clean and thoughtful. Adalberto is a friendly person. We had a doubt a few days before departure because of my father with a disability, he contacted us immediately and explained well so we could evaluate. Unfortunately for people with wheelchairs the apartment is in fact not accessible , my father walks a little and although it was not easy in any case we were able to organize ourselves , on the other hand Urbino is a little like that , go up and down , and it is beautiful for that too. Also, traveling with a disabled elderly person and a one and a half-year-old gave us the kindness to anticipate a couple of hours before check-in, he was really kind.

Charming & relaxing apt in Florence

JorgeRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
Absolutely recommend! Transparently, I didn’t do much research on where to stay in Florence and booked this later than I would prefer so it was such pleasant surprise when I discovered how conveniently placed this apartment is. It’s walking distance from everything and right outside the cathedral which was incredible to walk out to every morning. The host was also very responsive to our needs and provided a tok of recommendations.

Via calzaiuoli three bedrooms three bathrooms

DanielRating, 5 stars1 month ago
Immobiliare Silvia was very responsive. the property was adequately described. There was construction going on in the stairway but we were warned about that. The location is perfect. It was nice having a refrigerator and range in the apartment. It would have been nice to have had a baking sheet or pizza pan to use to warm leftovers in the oven but that's a minor quibble. I would stay there again.

We had an incredible stay at Clara's property in Cortona! The highlight of our trip was definitely the visit to the farm, which was not only fun but also deeply meaningful. We loved learning about the local way of life. Our host, Clara, was warm, welcoming, and extremely helpful throughout our stay. They went above and beyond to ensure we felt at home and had everything we needed. The property itself was clean, comfortable and well-located. We would highly recommend to anyone looking for an authentic and unforgettable experience in Cortona. Grazie mille, Clara for sharing your little slice of heaven with us!

Allegri Loft - Classic Italian Charme in S.Croce

MaggieRating, 5 stars3 months ago
My parents and I spent Christmas and New Year's at Patrizia's place. We stayed there for a total of 10 days and it was absolutely incredible! When we arrived Patrizia met us at the apartment with champagne and a Christmas cake. She gave us a tour, showed us a map of the city, gave us restaurant recommendations, tourist attractions etc. Her place was decorated for the holiday's and we immediately felt at home upon arrival. Throughout our stay Patrizia would periodically check in to see how we were doing. The place was homey, clean, and better than the photos. The kitchen was perfect, there were two bathrooms and the beds were comfy. We were less than a 15 min walk to the Ponte Vecchio and Duomo. It was central, but also in a less touristy part of the city, which we enjoyed. Every morning we went to a bakery she recommended, Pasticceria Nencioni and had a pastry/coffee. When we would return home at night we would watch Netflix on the couch. Can't recommend it enough! Thanks Patrizia!

The location was perfect. We walked to restaurants and attractions easily. Lorenzo left us with many restaurant recommendations that were wonderful, we tried several during our stay. Lorenzo was quick to respond to all of our questions, and was so very helpful. The apartment was clean and comfortable and we enjoyed being in the heart of the old city. I would highly recommend this apartment.

Florence around you

DeannaRating, 5 stars1 week ago
There is so much to say about this stay. First off the location is fabulous and an amazing property… and just steps away from everything you would want to do in Florence - no more than a 10 or 15 minute walk to anything. Wonderful restaurants are right there are literally at your door or it’s a short 10 minute walk to the Mercato Centrale. Despite the street looking busy during the day especially at lunch, we were never troubled by any noise at night. More than that, I want to say that Andrea was a very kind and generous host, always very responsive to us, helpful and flexible. I had a simple question about where I could find in Italian hard candy and Andrea went out of his way to tell me I could not find it in the city center, but he would bring me some and there he was the very next day! All in all, it was a really fantastic experience at Andrea’s place in Florence and I have really hope we get the chance to be hosted by him again!
