Fitness-friendly holiday rentals in Anderson County

We had a wonderful long weekend visiting our Clemson senior. It was great we each had our own baths and the kitchen/living room we could hang after nights out. The place was very clean and clutter free. There is a great pizza place on bottom floor and a new golf simulator in one of the buildings. Great walking paths to Clemson in the back neighborhood. Host was great at giving directions for the lock box. Would definitely stay here again,

Beautiful location and great communication. We stayed for an extended period of time (6 weeks), and the host was gracious to work with us on what we needed when supplies ran out, etc. There is some issues that came up at the beginning with cleanliness of the home, but they sent cleaners back right away to tidy up for us. Some minor maintance issues too, but they again sent people as soon as possible (though the flooring really needs to be fixed-it’s dangerous for tripping-never got fixed in the 6 weeks we stayed). Since this location is mostly students, be aware that you might hear neighbors late into the night, but everyone we encountered was very nice! Overall great experience and fun location right next to Clemson and a nice walk to downtown! Highly recommended!

I enjoyed my stay at this apartment building. The host provided clear check in instructions and was very responsive. The unit could have used additional cleaning before our stay and host could have provided additional blankets to make it perfect. The bed is very firm but it didn’t bother us. Overall, it was a great stay and I would recommend it to others.

Our host was easy to work with and proactive, beating me to the questions. The unit was perfect for two couples plus one as the description stated.

We had an awesome stay for a Clemson graduation with a short, easy drive to campus. Amy provided many extras which made it convenient since we travelled from PA. From plenty of towels to a stocked kitchen (paper towels, dishwasher pods, coffee, variety of tea bags) and stocked bathrooms (QTips, hairdryer, ear plugs, make up wipes - although we didn’t use these bathroom items so very thoughtful things to provide!). The body lotion, shampoo, conditioner and body wash were also appreciated! The clear bag in the unit was a nice “extra” we used in Little John. Amy was quick to respond and very helpful with any questions we had. A definite must stay for your next Clemson University get away. Go Tigers!

Stayed 6 nights and enjoyed every minute. The 3 bedrooms with private baths were perfect for my family. The kitchen was pristine and the beds were so comfortable. Our family will definitely be back. Thank you Melanie!

Truette and Nancy were absolutely wonderful hosts! They went above my expectations in every way. Their home was beautiful and their 2 little dogs were so well behaved! I recommend this place to anyone looking!

We can't say enough about this location, it was absolutely perfect for our long weekend away! The lake was gorgeous and refreshing during the warm afternoons. There was so much space for the 8 of us - 4 couples all had our own rooms plus tons of room in the house for us all to hang out. Rich was more than accommodating, incredibly responsive, and went above and beyond in his communications! Excellent host!! We will definitely be back!

Lisa was an awesome host! She made sure we were prepared and that check-in was easy! Her condo is very nice, but comfortable with a lake view! She keeps it stocked with everything you could need from cleaning to cooking to bathing, and encourages you to help yourself and make yourself at home. She communicated well booking to check out, but wasn’t over bearing! We really enjoyed our stay and Keowee Key offers plenty to do without leaving the community, from pools and beaches to golf and tennis and of course marinas and like access! We will surely book with Lisa again.

There are good hosts but there are good people who are hosts too, and Glenn belongs to the latter. Glenn was the perfect host no one deserves. I'm grateful they were my host. They cared about me not just as a guest, but as a fellow human being. I would probably wait to make sure Glenn's Airbnb is free anytime I book in this area again. It's a very neat and private place. Value for money was more than worth it. I had all I needed to stay here like I was in my own home. The dogs were amazing to be around. Glenn provided dog snack for me to play with the dogs too.

Mary's place is the best Airbnb rental in the area. We love staying here whenever we visit this part of South Carolina. No other place makes us feel as welcome or as at home. The amenities are wonderful and the complementary jam is the best. I highly recommend staying at Mary's place over any other.
