Gianfrancos place was great! It was very clean, organize and they were very responsive with a couple questions I had. They had a very clean kitchen and a good shower. 2 critical factors for me. I’m glad I stayed here.

Really good place to stay in Lima. The apartment looks better in reality than in the pictures, and the view is amazing. It has everything you'll need for a short or long stay. I stayed for a couple of weeks and was very well suited for that. The neighbourhood is good, safe and clean. You're in walking distance to any supermarket, restaurant or attraction in Barranco and Miraflores. Ana Maria is a great host, helped with everything and responds fast to any question. Great experience and would definitely recommend it to anyone.

My stay at Angelina's apartment was excellent!! Angelina has always shown a lot of kindness and willingness to help, quickly responding to messages. The space is like the photos, very comfortable, organized and smelling. I recommend 100%

A1. The whole experience was immaculate, the pictures of the skyline views doesn't do the whole place justice, absolutely amazing. The building is secure and there's 24/7 assistance. Restaurant, Bars, Supermarkets, Banks, Pharmacy, EVERYTHING is walkable distance.

We had a wonderful experience staying at this Airbnb! The house was incredibly clean and well-maintained, with plenty of space to relax and feel at home. The neighborhood is very walkable. Sophia was super friendly and made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Communication was seamless, and they were quick to respond to any questions. The house is right on the beach and the backyard is a little paradise and great for families! Our kids spent hours each day playing in the pool and running around the small enclosed yard. The kitchen is well stocked, and the bedrooms and bathrooms were comfortable and clean. The sound of the waves at night is amazing! Javier is a very welcoming host and clearly takes a lot of pride in his home. Pedro, the housekeeper, was super responsive to our questions and needs. The house is not in San Bartolo proper; it’s in Santa Rosa, which is a 7 minute drive from San Bartolo. There’s a small convenience store down the street, but otherwise nothing within an easy walk. We did have an issue with the bathrooms and garage area smelling of sewage at times. Javier was responsive when we asked about it, but it couldn’t be fixed during our stay. Javier said he was working with the sewer company to solve it. The rest of the house was fine, so it wasn’t a huge deal, but hopefully will be addressed.

I loved this place. It’s a quiet street in a really good location, everything is close. I loved my breakfast at Rutina cafe. The house is very cozy and well planned. The bed is very comfy, I rested really well. The fruits stand right at the corner with a good variety and a little shop with necessities. Perfect stay, thank you!

Awesome experience!!!!The house is easy to find and security is good.The interior is also very nice. The host also prepared brand new utensils. It is an excellent part of the barbecue. The balcony on the second floor has a beautiful view of the sea and the sunset!

It was a unique experience, an apartment with a balcony to the sea and the Larcomar, the day I return to Lima I will try to be there again. It's worth it.

The apartment is spacious and comfortable. Despite being on a very busy street, noise is not an issue, and you don’t hear it in the rooms. The room with two beds is spacious. Everything is very close for buying food. The Wong supermarket is within walking distance, and there are also small grocery stores nearby. You are withing walking distance to eveverything. It has a parking space which was very convenient. The mattresses and pillows were very comfortable, not too firm not too soft. The temperature in the apartment is comfortable. We were there in January. John was always available and very friendly.

The photos and description are as-is and more. I went with all my family, elderly people with reduced mobility and a small dog. It was very easy to access the beach and the seawall because the condominium has elevators. Direct access to the beach Beautiful gardens, sauna, jacuzzi, play area, gym, yoga room, all very easy to access, just with the bracelet that give you on entry. The pools are the best. Pool with bar and restaurant, family pool and a children's pool. The pools face the ocean directly. We were able to take big pictures of the sunset from there. We will definitely be back! 🤗 Monica is an excellent host. Lots of kindness, flexibility and understanding on your part. Nahaim and the condominium management staff were also very helpful and friendly. The place exceeded our expectations 🤩

Everything has been great, good welcome and excellent treatment from the Host, it is located in a highly commercial area where everything is at hand. The apartment is impeccable and spacious. I would definitely stay there again on my next visit

Jorge is an awesome host. He made us feel at home and paid special attention to making the space feel welcoming. He was also easily reachable and made sure any questions we had were answered.
