Holiday rentals with a hot tub in Anchorage

Great place to stay if you have a lot of people! Very clean, beds were comfortable and basically a full living area and kitchen upstairs and downstairs. The hot tub was great and can accommodate many people.

Very cozy place that got our family of 6 well. Lynde was an exceptional host. We had water by each bed and a number of caring touches throughout the house. It was Alaska in February so we didn’t really go outside to explore, but there was a binder of suggestions for hikes and restaurants. It was hugely convenient to Anchorage, but also enough restaurants nearby to give you variety. I am excited to see Alaska in the summer, and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again!

Overall we were very happy with the place. The warm floors were a nice touch coming back in from cold days of exploring. We had a little trouble with the hot water heater giving us error codes (twice) but fortunately the host was very responsive so it didn’t have that much of an impact on us. Just a friendly heads up that if you want to use the grill, you’ll need to bring your own propane. It’s a nice place and I would recommend staying there.

We stayed at Grants place for two nights while my brother and his wife visited from Illinois. Everything was just as described. The hot tub was very nice with lots of towels. We didn't use the firepit, but it seemed very nice for a get together. The home was clean and easy to find and access. We would recommend staying here to others and will consider it again in the future. Thank you Grant for letting us stay!

Zacks place is perfect for families exploring the beautiful gems of Girdwood and Alyeska areas. We were a family of 6 and with a hire car we were in reach of lots of lovely local restaurants recommended by Zack and the Alyeska ski school. The hot tub is amazing after a days ski and the beds provide a lovely comfortable night's sleep. Regards Paul

Modern and comfortable space at Alyeska. Jamie communicated a lot to ensure we had everything we needed and was very flexible. I would happily stay at her home again.

Everything is as advertised. We had a very cozy and relaxing long weekend enjoying the nearby trail and lagoon then lounging in the comfortable recliners by the fireplace or soaking in the hot tub. Close to downtown and a variety of restaurants, cafes, diners, pubs, malls, and groceries. Very responsive host and was quick to answer any and all questions promptly even before we checked in. Was very knowledgeable about local to dos (and what not to do). It may seem silly but they have an excellent welcome binder to get settled and to help plan your visit to Anchorage. Would recommend and would stay again!

The condo was perfect! Great location plenty of room and amenities were great. Very clear instructions and everything went smoothly. Beautiful location and very convenient.

The view of the hillside was nice to watch the skiers come down. The hot tub was a great touch even though we didn’t have an opportunity to use it. Everything was clean and described as expected.

My husband stayed at Jim’s property for three nights and there are not enough great things I can say about it. The cabin is beautiful and we felt right at home. Jim greeted us as soon as we arrived and showed us the cabin and the property. The hot tub was easy to use and so nice to hang out in. We had a lovely evening hanging out with Jim and Teresa one night too. Fishing from the dock was fun too and there are a bunch of ways to get on the water if you would like too. The place was clean and clearly very loved. Overall this is a beautiful property and our time here was just perfect. Definitely recommend!

We loved this cabin. Everything was perfect about our stay. Joe was an amazing host and we felt right at home staying here. Highly recommend staying at one of Joe's properties. We loved that is was outside the City (Anchorage) but also very close to local stores and restaurants. It was an amazing stay and a beautiful area. We hope to make a return visit in the future!

The cabin is lovely with lots of amenities. There's an amazing view of the mountain from the living room windows. The large hot tub is a bonus. The location is perfect if you're there to ride Alyeska!

Mackenzie’s place was a great, last minute weekend getaway. The place was spotless and exactly as described. Her instructions made checking in and out a breeze. Will definitely consider staying here again on our next trip to Girdwood!

This was an amazing location. The views were beautiful. The mountains and wildflowers were unbelievable. It's very centrally located to a local nature center, trails, and shopping and downtown Eagle River while only about 30 mins from the Anchorage airport. There were dried goods from previous residents left which was very convenient. The kitchen was reasonably well supplied with cooking supplies. The host was very responsive when some minor issues outside of their control arose. It was an overall amazing experience.
