Family-friendly holiday rentals in Anastasia Island

We loved staying here. Beautiful home, extremely comfortable and very convenient to the old town. A nice surprise that Nancy decorated for Christmas with a tree, lights, etc. and set the mood for our Thanksgiving week with the town’s lights.

Greatly enjoyed our stay. Loved the location. Literally less than a 5 minute walk to the beach. The pool and club house were great too. Stayed with 2 small kids and they loved it. The condo was spacious and had most of what we needed. Only complaints would be it could use a deep clean and some of the kitchen stuff could be restocked. Overall though I would definitely recommend it to anyone.

We have stayed at other units by Arlene and Caio and always are well taken care of. They are very accommodating and the units spotless. Totally recommend.

This was an amazing experience staying here! I'm quite new to Florida and I wanted a nice place to visit for a few days with my girlfriend and St Augustine is always amazing to explore. The captain's quarters was a beautiful little house that really captured the vibe of historic St Augustine and we very much enjoyed it!

We loved our stay!! The area was beautiful, the pools, hot tubs, weight room and everything else were well kept and wonderful! There’s a Publix very close by for groceries and many yummy restaurants within 15 minutes. We thought we’d spend more time in St Augustine but didn’t need to because Jeffrey’s place was so amazing and relaxing and exactly what we needed! Thanks for sharing!!

We had a wonderful time at Doug and Lori's place! It was a short walk to the beach and a short drive to restaurants and St. Augustine. The heated pool worked out great and the larger (nonheated) outdoor pool would have been great in the summer. The apartment itself was decorated very nicely and there was plenty of space for the five of us. Doug and Lori were quick to answer any questions. Would definitely stay again.

We have stayed here for three summers and can not say enough wonderful things about the listing and the host. Abrina goes above and beyond to make the stay wonderful. The listing information describes the house perfectly. It is close to the beach and the pool is excellent. It is cozy enough to feel like home, but more than sufficient to fit our family's needs. We are already looking forward to year number four!

Sand in My Shoes was a great place to stay! Short walk to the beach, pools and gym. About 15 minutes to downtown St. Augustine. The townhouse was well stocked with everything we needed. We would definitely stay there again!

We love Low Tide and look forward to our beach trip every year! It's the absolute best pet friendly place to stay, my dogs always have the best time going for walks on the beach and hanging out in the beautiful backyard. Inside is cozy and comfortable too. The best part is being only steps away from the beach, and many great food options also within walking distance. My favorites are Burrito Works, Beachcomber, and Cone Heads for ice cream (and pup cups!) Low Tide has just about everything you could possibly need, and Laurie is always making improvements to her beautiful place. We're always sad when it's time to leave!

We had a wonderful stay! The home was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and in a perfect location. I really appreciated the thoughtful touches, like supplies, local guides, recommendations as well as different games and props for the kids. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting st Agustine and would love to return in the future!

Great place to stay close to the historic area and lots of places to eat. close to beaches. The place was cute and clean great enclosed patio should def rebook next time we are in St Augustine

Great location! Our family loves Palm Coast and it's always nice to find a house so close to the water that allows dogs. Erin's house was easy to find and accurately described, the provided directions were perfect. You can see the ocean, close enough to hear the waves and smell the salty air for a relaxing experience. It's a wonderful house just a minute or two walk to the beach. My daughter loved the selection of beach toys and building a sandcastle. Erin is a great host and overall this was a wonderful experience for our family to relax over the holidays. Thank you for sharing your home!

Great spot that is just steps from a beautiful beach. Very clean and classic furnishings. Roomy with lots of sleeping options. The kitchen had everything we needed. Wonderful stay!

Exceptionally cozy and rustic beach house. Well maintained, clean with comfortable beds. The yard is not secure enough for a bigger dog but the neighborhood is doggy friendly. Drive on beach 3 blocks away is A++z Carly, the owner was extremely helpful and responsive. We had a great time and we can’t wait to go back.

This home was in a cute little neighborhood. Felt very safe. Everything was as described and super clean. I had a couple of questions and they were answered quickly. The homeowners supplied us with items for breakfast. We found orange juice, eggs, ham, and bread for toast. That was a very nice surprise. We would definitely stay there again.

We had a great experience with our stay. Property was wonderful. Unfortunately weather did not allow us to enjoy the pool but it was very nice looking and clean. Hosts are wonderful - communication was perfect and just what we needed as far as timing and easy to understand. Will definitely be back when we're in the area again.

We had a wonderful stay in St. Augustine. The house was spacious and we all enjoyed spreading out and finding our own space. Wendy was very responsive and worked with us! The kitchen was well equipped! We loved having living area with room for us all! The deck was a favorite lunch spot. Made many special memories. Wonderful house!

Susan's place was great! Just as advertised, next to the beach, close to a bunch of good restaurants, clean, well appointed, and homey. I had a wonderful stay. Just what I wanted.

This was a perfect property for our family trip! An easy 10 minute walk to the top of St George Street. The house was beautifully spacious and comfortable for 6 adults and 2 dogs. If anything, the listing pictures did not do the space justice. The kitchen was fully stocked with all needed tools and the backyard provided a great place to relax.
