Family-friendly holiday rentals in Anastasia Island

We loved staying here. Beautiful home, extremely comfortable and very convenient to the old town. A nice surprise that Nancy decorated for Christmas with a tree, lights, etc. and set the mood for our Thanksgiving week with the town’s lights.

Allen was a warm, welcoming host. He even loaned us a fishing rod so our grandson could go fishing at Bings Landing, which is nearby. The condo was spacious and 3 bathrooms were a bonus for gang. The amenities at the condo were wonderful. The lovely cinnamon-like sand beach is a short walk from the condo. There are two pools you can enjoy. One is kid/family friendly. The other pool is large and perfect for lap swimming. Both pools are heated! The resturant/bar by the pool is open seasonally from 11 to 4, but closed on Mondays. The Mahi sandwhich and the Redfish sandwhich were delicious! Our kids enjoyed the kids room and played Foosball and air hockey. All in all, it was a wonderful, relaxing vacation for our family. Thanks Al, we hope to be back asap!

We LOVED the Captain's Quarters. It was a great location and we fell in love with St Augustine. The host's, Tom and Diane, were amazing. we enjoyed getting to know them while we were visiting. They are delightful people. The property is close to the historic downtown area. It was very easy to get to the Historic Downtown Parking Garage were we parked all week. When the long days of exploring were over, It was nice to be able to retreat to the peace and quiet of the Captain's Quarters. We highly recommend Tom's place

Doug and Lori’s place was perfect! Clean, quaint and had everything you needed! Check in was so simple and the communication was amazing! Great location, close to restaurants, coffee shops and everything you would need. Definitely would stay here again on our next visit to St. Augustine

The place is amazing having a 10 out of 10 for the pool and the hot top. House very beautiful and clean. Abrina and her husband are very friendly. They bring you fresh bread and butter in the morning. For sure I would recomend this peaceful place for vacaciones with the family

Sand in My Shoes was a great place to stay! Short walk to the beach, pools and gym. About 15 minutes to downtown St. Augustine. The townhouse was well stocked with everything we needed. We would definitely stay there again!

Absolutely beautiful stay, super close to beach access, short drive to the historic district of St. Augustine. A thoughtful and well stocked home, great for folks that are looking to cook + have meals with their families. Dalerie’s a clear communicator and responsive host. We hope to be back one day!

We love Low Tide and look forward to our beach trip every year! It's the absolute best pet friendly place to stay, my dogs always have the best time going for walks on the beach and hanging out in the beautiful backyard. Inside is cozy and comfortable too. The best part is being only steps away from the beach, and many great food options also within walking distance. My favorites are Burrito Works, Beachcomber, and Cone Heads for ice cream (and pup cups!) Low Tide has just about everything you could possibly need, and Laurie is always making improvements to her beautiful place. We're always sad when it's time to leave!

I loved staying at this peaceful, expansive, beautiful property. From the moment we pulled in and were greeted by Fred and his four-legged property manager Ellie, I knew it would be an enjoyable trip. I’ve been to St. Augustine numerous times, but I’ve never stayed in this area. Though we were very close to some of my favorite restaurants and stores, the house itself is situated on several acres off a main road and it was extremely private and serene. Our hosts couldn’t have been kinder, going way above and beyond to make sure we were happy. The house was incredibly spacious and my family of four was very comfortable. I made a couple of desserts in the kitchen and the cupboards and drawers were stocked with everything a baker could need. I will definitely book this home again and I’m already missing sweet Ellie (the Jack Russell).

This was a nice stop for us and our pup as we traveled through Florida. We had a nice walk on the dog friendly beach on our quick overnight here!

Stayed here a couple nights to visit my sister which lives right down the road for her 60th birthday. We were over at her place most of the day and not at the house very much but it was nice as described, my teenage son loved the privacy of the rooms downstairs. The only thing I had an issue with was the matress in the master bedroom was way too stiff for my back. May need a matress topper for this one. The second night we slept in the guest bedroom and it was very comfortable. Nice place though just a short walk to the shelly beach which my wife loved. Would go again.

This home was perfect for our stay. We were able to walk to the beach, it was a 15 minute drive to St. Augustine, and there were 2 parks South on route A1A that we were able to visit. The house was very comfortable and spacious enough for 4 people. We ate lunches at the table on the side deck. I would recommend taking wash clothes if you use them and chairs for the back yard. We really enjoyed watching the birds at low tide in the canal out back. Overall, a great stay!

Perfect location near the beach, quiet, plenty of room for a group of 9 adults and 1 child, use of an elevator for we seniors and transport of groceries and luggage, plenty of privacy for reading, rest, and conversation with numerous decks, a widow's walk, and pool area. This beautiful home is well designed, spacious, and comfortable. In addition, Jamie and her team of property managers are very responsive, capable, and accommodating. We couldn't have had a better place for a family reunion.

Had a great stay in St. Augustine. Peaceful and just what we needed for a quick getaway

Mark and Melanie have a GEM at St Augustine Beach! The kitchen is so well stocked there is nothing missing. The seaside decor sets the tone for a very comfortable and relaxing getaway! The unit is clean, bright, well designed and the walkout patio directly to the beautiful Pool is a highlight ! The condo complex is securely gated. And extremely well maintained. And they’ve thought of everything , all The beach chairs, toys and towels are included which makes packing for a beach vacay a breeze. Melanie was very responsive and prompt with checkin instructions and local Recommendations. The beach is our favorite with white sugar sand , rolling surf, shells and it Is perfect for daily walks. We’ve stayed at many condos in St Augustine and this is by far the favorite ! We’ve reserved for a return trip next year and look forward to the sun, ocean, and relaxing here again !

We enjoyed our stay . This place was setup to make you feel at home . Location was about a 5 min walk to the beach . Nice and quiet area and very cute . Wendy was a great host .

We really enjoyed our week stay and hope to return next year. Susan was a very responsive host and condo was comfy and nicely decorated with coastal decor. We especially loved the beautiful, private beach…well worth the walk!

Elaine's condo is beautifully decorated and she goes above and beyond with all the extra touches to make you feel welcome and right at home. The kitchen is well stocked with anything you need and it is nice quality. The condo was spotlessly clean with nice towels and linens to make your stay enjoyable and peaceful. This host was very accommodating and quick to respond with any questions we had about our stay. We will definitely keep this condo on our list to stay again when we are in St. Augustine.
