Luciano was so responsive and helpful! He helped to help arrange to have our clothes laundered. Our stay was almost two weeks and it was a perfect place to call home. Walkable - with a large grocery store directly across and a market across the street. The view Of the city was breathtaking and a beautiful sight to wake up to. It was wonderful to have a pool on site during a hot Belém day! Would definitely return- and recommend!!

It was super quiet. Fully furnished and brand new apartment inside. It was recently renovated with everything new. Good and comfortable bed. For the amount paid, it exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend it for those who want a quiet place. Inside the condominium there is a grocery store, fruit shop, laundry and the neighborhood is very quiet. Anyone who says otherwise is because they don't know the place
