We are so happy we chose to stay here! The apartment is exactly as shown in the photos—bright, cozy, and beautifully designed. It had everything we needed for a comfortable and long stay. One of the highlights was that it’s located on the top 5th floor, and we absolutely loved the high ceilings—they added so much space and charm! Another detail that stood out was the window in the bathroom—it’s such a nice touch and made the space feel even brighter and fresher. The hosts were incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to answer our questions, and we’re so grateful for their hospitality. The neighborhood is newly built, peaceful, and perfect for walks—the streets are beautiful and quiet. On the ground floor of the building, there’s a place where they make amazing Pho Bo and Pho Ga. A 10-minute walk away, there’s a modern shopping mall with a big supermarket, and the area is full of charming coffee shops serving fragrant and delicious coffee. We absolutely loved our stay! ❤️

The accommodation was really great. I spent a month here and it is equipped with everything you need for a long-term stay. The internet is fast and you can work from home. Hot water and good water pressure. AC is brand new and super quiet. Bed is super comfy. There is also a gym and co-working space in the apartment complex. The host was always available and responded immediately to minor complications and questions. Super well located in a small mini town in Hanoi and there was everything you need in the vicinity. Supermarkets, restaurants and spa and you can walk a lot and enjoy the nature and surroundings. I liked it very much, also because it is quieter here than in the city center of Hanoi. Thank you very much for your hospitality and I would definitely come back!

the best building in Ocean park 1. close to restaurants and shopping. the rooftop pool and view is amazing. the gym has all the stuff for a good workout. the apartment is perfect for single occupant or a couple. the projector is a nice addition. has a nice little kitchen that has a pot a pan for cooking. underground secure parking or street parking if you have a car or motorbike. the host always responds quick and check in was extremely simple. Will definitely stay again if I'm in the area

The apartment is nicely quiet and therefore perfect for people who do not want to have hustle and bustle every day. The host is very kind and quick to respond. We felt comfortable. The only flaw in the bathroom has mold, which was not good. The humidity there is very high in Hanoi. That's the only thing that was really a minus. Otherwise very satisfied.

Deciding to book an apartment in Vinhomes Ocean Park 1 instead of Vin 2, 3 area is right so peaceful and full of everything. The apartment is lovely, the lake view is very chill, it is worth spending the weekend with relatives and friends. Super supportive host. An apartment to choose for your trip.
