I really enjoyed staying at this hotel. I like the style of my room as well as the hotel. The staff is really friendly, warm, and helpful. I felt welcomed in this hotel. So when I return to Hoi An, I will definitely stay at this hotel.

Amazing spot, away from town but you are surrounded by stunning water logged fields and close to the beach.

I've stayed one month and i've been satisfied with everything ! The room is really inviting with the ambiance lights, the antique wooden furnitures, i prefer that than ''cheap modern'' hotel to be honest ! They cleaned my sheets and the entire room at least 4-5 times a week without any notice, they just did everything when i was out for a city or beach trip, so it was definitely a big pro ! The bathroom offer hot water for more than 3 minutes when i compare to some ''5 star'' hotel in other cities that i experienced. It is remote so you definitely need to consider renting a scooter, they offered me a rent for 3 millions VND for the entire month. The thing i didn't considered at first and you should be aware, yes it is remote but there's a lot of music during the day and sometimes at night from Coconut Boat buisness around. Hau has been quick to respond everytime i had a question on Airbnb and their family has been friendly with me all the time i've been there.

The room is perfect, with a hammock, everything is very neat & clean, the food in the cafe is excellent and the gardens and Oceanside relaxing areas are lovely. We extended our stay by two nights we loved it so much !

fantastic place, would definitely return. lovely view of the river from the balcony. walkable to the town, in 15 minutes maximum, but far enough removed to feel like a respite from the hustle and hustle of hoi an. the check in was excellent and so many help tips, I think Hien saved us a fortunate with her advice! I've never had such a thorough briefing on check in, and it was much appreciated..all the staff we do kind and friendly, it felt like a home. and lastly, what a fabulous breakfast..cannot recommend this place enough

This is a beautiful boutique hotel in a great location. You can walk through the old town or along the river from the hotel. If you want to go exploring further they have bicycles to use. The manager Anh was able to book our tickets to Ba Na Hills and all transfers in a private car. There are plenty our tour options to chose from as well. The included breakfast is an absolute treat, including beautiful Vietnamese food, pastries coffee, tea and some cereals. Anh really amplified our stay as she could organise anything we needed. The pool is great for a swim anytime of the day. We can’t wait to come back to Hoi an and Little Town villas again.

I really liked the hotel. The room was clean and cozy, the staff was very polite and hospitable.

Highlight of our stays in Vietnam. The host was kind and very helpful, letting us switch rooms after the first night when we noticed geckos and moths. The second room was perfect

We had a great stay and would definitely recommend Peter’s place! It is a bit of a walk from the old town but was still very easy to get around and walkable. Our room was clean and looked like the photos and Peter was very welcoming

I highly recommend Alsahar to everyone. The room where I stayed was very large and clean, with all the comforts. The location is ideal for a style like mine: close enough to the old city to be able to walk there in about twenty minutes, but outside the chaotic area, in a neighborhood that is definitely more genuine and less touristy. There are bicycles available for the laziest ones 😉 Among the best that can be found in Alsahar I have to mention the staff! The guys are very competent, very kind and always ready to help and give advice. In Alsahar you feel like you are at home

Can’t recommend this place enough! The property is outside of old town, which we loved as we found it very hectic there. The area is peaceful and the locals (and local pups) were so friendly. We really enjoyed our morning walks through the rice fields, seeing everyone start the day. Coffee shops in walking distance, delicious restaurants and a market not far away too. If you don’t feel like walking, the hosts provide free bicycles, and can help with motorbike hire. Or you can just order a Grab which we found reasonably priced. The room itself was perfect. Spacious, comfy bed, really nice shower, and plenty of room to relax. Everything was spotless and cleaned daily. Oh and the breakfast was delicious too. But the best part of our stay was the staff, I can’t stress enough how lovely they were. Friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. They also gave us recommendations for things to do, and can help with booking activities. We would come back in a heartbeat. Thank you!

The accommodation was close to My Khe Beach, so I was able to move around like I was drinking on foot ~ ~ There are many amenities such as restaurants and marts in front. (The laundromat and pharmacy were on the main road, so it was good to use) Most of all, the staff was friendly, so it was really nice that they took care of anything they needed at any time, such as bottled water and snacks. ^ ^ The pool was as pretty as the pictures, so it was nice to take pictures, and we stayed with the kids, and the kids had fun in the pool! The room was bigger than I thought, the bed sheets were soft, and they cleaned it every day, so it was easy to stay. There was no noise, and the air conditioner was cool. It's an accommodation I want to visit again next time:)

I have been traveling around the world for a few years now. And I have stayed in several different airbnb places so far. And this studio was by far the best I ever stayed. First of all, great location, close to the beach. Yet the neighborhood is quite peaceful and quiet. That was a pleasant surprise. Also very close to all the restaurants and shops. There is even an excellent restaurant right downstairs. The room was modern, clean, and spacious. Very happy with the room. And another big positive: great host and staff!! All in all, I would love to come back and stay here again.

Really great place to stay

Absolutely worth the price. I'm not sure why it's so cheap and so quiet there. You can easily walk to Old Town and there are numerous restaurants and cafes in the neighborhood. The path along the river is just two blocks away. Basically: the location and price is perfect.

The location of the accommodation was difficult to find. It's also under construction at the entrance. But I met a friendly Grab driver and arrived well. It was warm water, so I swam so well in the evening The kid liked it a lot. The dresser in the room kept opening by itself, so I put paper in it and didn't heat it up. After checking out, I was waiting for the sanding car, but he kept taking care of me. I was wondering what time I had a hard time booking... I was impressed by the staff, and the car came and took the water. Thank you so much for your thoughtful consideration. ^ ^

We loved our stay here. The host is very nice, super helpful and attentive. The rooms are very clean and exactly as shown in the pictures. The breakfast is delicious, especially the Pho Bo and the smoothies. The homestay is in walking distance to the old town and you can use the bikes for free.

Lovely hotel, it's true the people who work here are exceptionally friendly and helpful. The room looks exactly as pictured. Even though it's on a main road the soundproofing is really good. If you keep the door closed its very quiet inside the room, I had a wonderful nights sleep.
