Beautiful apartment with warm decoration and very well-equipped whether it is in products and kitchen equipment. A favorite for the terrace away from the noise of the city. The apartment is well located in the city center where you can do everything on foot. Beautiful discovery of the city of Hoorn which is very charming and from where you can visit Amsterdam as its surroundings. Thank you for the very clear instructions and hospitality.

Fabulous location in Amsterdam! Apartment is on a wonderful street with an incredible street market and the Food Hallen just down the road. Walkable to all the sights, canals, and Vondelpark. Linus was incredibly responsive and friendly and willing to allow us to check in early and store our bags on the checkout, due to a later flight. Beds are comfortable and the apt is updated with really nice finishes. We will most definitely stay at this Airbnb again upon our guaranteed return to the beautiful and energetic city of Amsterdam.

Amazing apartment - amazing location!

The apartment is a lovely, very well furnished place with excellent location that can be also used for longer stay. All the available amenities are there to help you feel at home. The communication with Boris was excellent, very friendly and helpful. Also, the "cheat sheet" with written explanation for apartment usage and things to do and see in the area was also excellent. The listing will definitely be kept in my favourites list for any possible future long term stay when I will be in the area.

The home was really nice. Well-done remodeled and tastefully decorated and well organized. It feels home. The location was great. Quite and beautiful and easy access to the supermarket & restaurants. The host was amazing. She accommodated our early check in and late check out. Answered all of our questions. And even provide a high chair did my baby after I requested. It was a lovely family stay. The perfect host and a great place to stay in Amsterdam for a short business trip. A beautiful, spacious apartment where you can watch the sunrise right from the bed, and morning coffee on the balcony is just wonderful. I would gladly return again!

I've been to Amsterdam several times! All the others stayed in a hotel! This last time I opted for an apartment! It was sensational! I got to know a part of Amsterdam that I didn't know, with residential neighborhoods and I was able to live a few days like a local! It has everything in the neighborhood, supermarkets and restaurants! I will definitely be back...

This is Airbnb as it was intended to be. A kind and helpful host, wonderful house and all around great experience. We traveled with 5 adults and 2 small kids. Sorin’s house was perfectly appointed for everyone to have a great stay. The kids loved the playroom, back garden and all the fun toys. The included bikes (including a cargo bike) made exploring and trips to the train station easy and fun. The house is very comfortable and spacious allowing us to spread out and also spend time together. The neighborhood is very quiet and seems very safe. If you are considering this as an option within easy striking distance to Amsterdam, do it. The train is an €15 round trip.

Our stay at Mark and Paula's house was excellent. The house is very well-equipped, and you'll find everything you need for a pleasant stay and more. The location is perfect and very well connected to public transportation, as the train station is just a few blocks away, along with the tram and a bus stop right at the doorstep. In just a few minutes, you can reach different destinations. On the other hand, Mark and Paula are always attentive to ensure you enjoy your stay and are very willing to answer any questions, address concerns, or solve any issues that may arise. In our particular case, we are very grateful because they allowed us to enjoy our stay with our small pets, which makes it invaluable. They deserve 6 stars. Thank you very much for everything. We had a wonderful family holiday staying at Nicole's house. The location was perfect for exploring Holland especially with the 15 minute train journey into Amsterdam. Haarlem is lovely too with lots to see and do. The house was perfect for our family with lots of space. My daughter especially enjoyed the trampoline while she was waiting for everyone to get ready for a day out! I would highly recommend.

Fantastic and functional house, with a garden equipped with amenities above expectations. Adequate value for money. Rob is always helpful and courteous, very friendly to welcome. Extremely quiet residential area and in line with our expectations, especially logistical ones, compared to our vacation program. Appropriate proximity services are present. Recommended experience!

Marion's place in Haarlem was nothing short of a cozy and magical home away from home. It was perfect for me and my two girls! After looking at multiple places to stay in Amsterdam, we decided to take a chance on a new town to us, Haarlem. This was the best decision we ever made! It's like the Brooklyn of New York City and just a 15-minute train ride from Amsterdam Centraal. It's a short walk to the train, beautiful strolls along bricklaid roads to coffee shops, restaurants, and shopping and is right next to the sought out windmill landmark. Their home is like staying in a magazine with their authentic Scandinavian design. Hosts were flexible, communicative, accommodating and really went above and beyond what we could have hoped for. If you are wanting to visit Amsterdam, take a chance on this quaint, neighboring town and enjoy Marion's place!

I really enjoyed staying at Willem's place. It was well appointed, in a safe neighborhood, and a within a short walk of just about anything you could need. Willem was a fantastic host and I would definitely stay here again!

If this place is available, rent it now! It is the perfect Amsterdam home base. It's in a nice residential area & is right on the bus line to Centraal Station (comes every 10-12 mins) and a short walk to Jordaan & 9 Streets area. The apartment is better than the photos--there are homey touches throughout. There are several flights of stairs up to it, but it's worth the hike. The first floor has a 1/2 bath, fully-equipped kitchen (w/ spices & all necessary equipment) & a large living room (w/ piano & cinema w/ retractable screen). The next floor has 2 bedrooms w/ comfortable beds & an amazing bathroom w/ tub & shower. The roof garden is very relaxing, w/ beautiful sunsets & comfy furniture. We watched the Dutch team's victory over Turkey in Euro 2024 on the roof, & hearing the whole neighborhood celebrate was an amazing experience. We felt like we saw the real (not touristy) Amsterdam. Finally, the host was very proactive, helpful & patient w/ my questions. Highly recommend!
