Holiday rentals with a pool in Amizmiz

Our stay with the children was excellent thanks in particular to the quality of the villa's services, including air conditioning and the pool. The villa is very clean, a pool specialist and a gardener come to maintain the exteriors every 2 days. Communication with Abdellatif was excellent, he was super responsive every time and accommodating. I recommend it without so much as a second thought for a quiet stay in a beautiful setting. We'll be back for sure.

The apartment hosted by Mhamed and Oumaima has two storeys - the ground floor with the kitchen and the living room as well as one more room, and a second floor with the two sleeping rooms. On the ground floor you can go out in the private garden with a private pool. It was not very warm in January, so we were not able to use the pool and also had to use the A/Cs to warm up the apartment. The house where the apartment is, has also a beautiful garden and a large pool, which can also be used in the warm months. In front of the building is enough place to park your car. Within 10-20 minutes driving you can reach every spot in the city, so it's quite well situated. The nearby supermarket Marjane is 3 minutes by car or a 12 minutes walk. Mhamed and Oumaima were perfect hosts - very kind, responsive, and helpful! Thank you Mhamed and Oumaima for your hospitality!

What to say about you dear Host dear Aziz! Your availability, your kindness has touched me and my family immensely. Your welcome , the activities and restaurants you have organized for us yourself have charmed us. You are a host who takes care of the guests. Not to mention your riad which is more than perfect, 3 floors with bedroom and private bathroom on each floor .. Max comfort with a minimum price. The house is exactly as pictured, see better in real life. It's very beautiful, nice and cozy. This house has so much charm. My Friends and I felt out of place. I celebrated my birthday there, we had an unforgettable time. Really a big thank you to Fatiha, who was exceptional throughout our stay and very kind. Super fluid communication, great help, and great tips. She did everything she could to make our stay a success. And all this only in writing. Exceptional. Thank you again, because my very first stay in Marrakech was a great success. I recommend it!

went to anouar’s house with my family and we fell in love with the house with the bedrooms with the garden and the children loved the pool , it was a clean house everything was good we felt home , the place was so peaceful the surroundings were nice and safe and there’s some activities to do there . Anouar was always present for our request and we really appreciate it . We’ll definitely go back there .

Thanks to Youssef for hosting us. I was in this house with my husband and two toddlers ( 3 years and 8 months) and the place was well suited. We were really able to rest during our 4 days there. Very beautiful and well protected residence. Youssef is very responsive and kind. Thank you 👍

We stayed at the place for a week. Everything was ready when we arrived facilitated by the presence of Rachid and Hossine to give us the key. Ilham the owner is very nice&reactive. We did not meet him but he was helpful and responded very quickly when I had any questions. The apartment is located in a quiet residence&donne on the quiet street. The pool was accessible and maintained but we did not test it. Small toilet kits were made available to us when we arrived in the orange tree of Morocco. Very nice little touches!! Clean linens and soft towels in the bathroom. The apartment is functional. It has what it takes to make a little cooking for two. There are very good shops & restaurants nearby at reasonable prices. We did not use the kitchen much&washed outside to enjoy moments of interaction&-sharing in the evening during Ramadan. Thank you Ilham.😊

Great location, the apartment is really very well furnished, all the children's furniture available (crib with blanket sheet, high chair, bathtub...) it's really a plus! Easy to access, and very secure, very kind caretakers. The apartment itself is very beautiful, I think the photos are not honors. Quiet building and tranquility level, that's fine. The apartment does not overlook the main road. Cold pool, too bad not heated but we were lucky, it was very hot, the children feasted. A stone's throw from Marrakech train station and several restaurants. In short, what else to say, apart from recommending it to you.

Located inside a private estate the accommodation was very comfortable with access to the pool from the terrace the parking space in front of the residence and the proximity to the medina the accommodation was perfect. To be repeated without hesitation.

I had the pleasure to stay at Younes’s a very clean and quiet place with cozy rooms and nice view. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a good place.

A very functional apartment with two bedrooms and many amenities that allow you to be perfectly independent. Located in a secure residence, we are perfectly quiet. The location, outside the center, allows easier access but it's best to have a vehicle to get there. Parking in front of the building allows you to park without problems. Mohammed was a very responsive host. Secure check-in with the lockbox was perfect.

The best Airbnb we have stayed at! The villa was even better in person, it was stunning. Hamza and Fatima were incredible at making sure we had what we need and made amazing food. Ahmed the driver kept a group of us 7 girls very safe and went above and beyond for us. Thank you to Afifa and Jean-Claude who were great at communicating with us before arrival to ensure we had everything we needed. Would recommend to all!

My sister and I had a great chilled stay. The house is so cute, cosy and functionel. The place is far from everything (in a tiny village ), but that was expected and we had rented a car to feel free... But it is so nice to deconnect (even when the tv or wifi sometimes bugged its just nice to read or enjoy the views... chilled countrylife !) Host was always quick to reply and they even bought a yogamat for us ! A lady cooked wonderful (chicken tajin with vegetables and salad) food for us one evening. We enjoyed the view, fireplace, sun beds, pool (still chilly at this time of the year which was expected!), the garden with turtles and a cute social cat... We drove to the local market (fridays) and up to the atlas mountains to sightsee a bit(we had lunch reservation at the stunning Kasbah Ba Ourika hotel). We hope to be back !!!

Beautiful place and amenities. Staff was great and the host organized really good team for transporting us everyday. Marrakech is beautiful. Villa is a distance from downtown but the peacefullness makes up for it.

Beautiful villa directly on the golf course, so perfect for a golfing stay. The cook and babysitter were absolutely perfect, which greatly enhanced the quality of the stay. In addition: - a car is essential for getting around, using only taxi transfers is very quickly too expensive and too restrictive - the subdivision is unfortunately unfinished with many abandoned villas in places, with just the cinder block walls. So it can be very ugly, while some areas have beautiful villas. - unheated pool so too cold even for children (we were warned) Overall an excellent stay and excellent service!

what a fantastic villa. the rooms and gardens are beautiful. The service and the food was also exceptional. But it was the extra touches, like the sports facilities, the rooftop bar and the use of the party speakers that really made it for our group. i would thoroughly recommend this place

It is a great house, it is worth spending your holidays in Marrakech. We would go back again

A brilliant stay in a great Moroccan property- very tastefully and locally designed and we were very well looked after by Nezha, the lovely housekeeper. The house is great, big, spacious and very private. We hung out by the pool and had a few days there as well as day trips out to the mountains or meals/ trips to the Souks. Communication with Filip was great and he heated the pool and set up for our two year old well. I practiced my French speaking with Nezha and she cooked great Moroccan taglines, salads as well as chicken and fries etc. There is nothing outside the villa compound which has a great tennis court and nice flowers everywhere as well as Turtles which the kids loved. It is c30 mins from the Medina but the recommended driver from Felip was a great help with that and airport transfers. The resident Tortoise in the villa courtyard was also a big hit. Overall a great experience and well reccomended.
