This home is very roomy & open. Large open kitchen, dining room & living area with it not be crowded & easy to move around. Loved the room with the pool table, lots of fun. Back yard was great & the hot tub was perfect. It was the perfect get away for us & we relaxed.

We love this Airbnb!! It’s our second time here and we will come back every time we are in St. Augustine. The place is so clean and tidy. Perfect for the two of us and our two dogs. Very dog friendly with the area in the backyard for them and some nice lounge chairs. The beach is walking distance and we take our dogs there in the mornings! And for the cherry on top, Taco Shop is less than a minute walk across the street! We will be back a million times :)

We enjoyed staying at the Cape Ann Ranch while we spent a weekend skiing at Sunday River. Barry was very accommodating and let us arrive a little earlier than expected due to an incoming snowstorm that change our plans a bit. We had a great long weekend in Bethel.

My daughter (10) and I had an awesome time at Rock’n Rowdy Ranch this weekend! Sue welcomed us at the gate and showed us all around the house. We happened to visit on the coldest weekend of the year, and while there isn’t central heat, they had plenty of space heaters and a fireplace to keep us warm. We absolutely loved the animals all day and night and would definitely recommend a golf cart, morning feed, and horseback ride. We’d love to come back in the spring/summer when we can do the water activities too. Sue was a great host - always available via txt for any questions! Highly recommend to any animal lovers!

The process was easy from beginning to end. The cabin was even more beautiful in person and was very cozy. Live the decorations and the history bwhind it. Christine and Bill left very detailed instructions and the place had pretty much everything we needed and more. Would definitely recommend this place!

We had a great time at Kris’ Airbnb! It was a very peaceful and relaxing getaway. Close enough to downtown Galena to shop, but far enough away that you felt like you were still surrounded by nature. The space is cozy and the amenities were welcome, especially the hot tub. There were just a couple supplies that were absent that would’ve made the visit a little simpler. For example, there was no charcoal for the charcoal grill, and there was no propane tank for the outdoor fire table. There was only a single mixing bowl, which made prepping large quantities of food challenging. Overall, we had a fantastic time, but we did have to go out and acquire some of these supplies to fully enjoy our stay. We’d happily stay again. Thank you Kris!

very comfortable stay, clean, lots of space. pool was perfectly heated, clean water. nice outdoor space for meals, relaxing. 2 bikes ready to go, 2 kayaks in good condition. such a quiet neighborhood, quiet neighbors. close to everything. kitchen well stocked, gas outdoor grill. will return for sure. host was easy to communicate with, quick responses. highly recommend.

great place for a week getaway with the family. kids never saw beach before, and they've enjoyed this greatly. Victoria was really nice, extremely helpful. the house is great. room for everyone and more. it was a great experience. thank you.

Great place and location. Kids can kayak, fish or swim in the pool. Restaurants are in easy walking distance and the house was spotless. Would highly recommend.

Osmara was a super host in my opinion. She was very responsive to all emails and even went out of her way to make our stay comfortable. She was flexible in our checkout to our late departures which was very appreciated and helpful. The place was spotless and very cozy. The location was walking distance to many restaurants and the beach and pool is right outside your backyard. The place is a gem. I will be back and would highly recommend this place. We spent one month at Andrea's home in Florida. Loved the layout of the place. Large open living space in living, dining and kitchen. It was nice to have a washer/dryer. The caretaker for the house lived close by and was very efficient and easy going. Would stay there again!

Ryan responded very quickly and straightforwardly. The house is very well equipped and furnished and very clean. Within 10 minutes walk there is a small supermarket with almost everything.the pool is excellent for cooling off.overall a great place. We had a great time. Thank you Ryan.

We travel with service dogs & it is rare to find a place to allows dogs and is so well cared for. Samantha also decorated for Christmas, which is why we were there … to visit with family for the holidays. What a thoughtful host. Even the way the home is set up was done with ‘guests’ in mind. We look forward to staying there again!

Great quiet place to stay.

I have stayed at this home many times and it never disappoints . All ways very clean and check in and out very easy . I would definitely recommend this home .

We loved it here, this was our first time to PSJ but won’t be our last!! The house was amazing, very roomy and had everything we needed!! The golf cart was an added perk and made getting to the beach and pool easy! The beach is a short walk literally down the street, even though it’s in the bay it was still beautiful! I would recommend this place to anyone. All the restaurants we visited were pretty good but our favorite was Indian Pass Raw Bar, it’s about a 30 min drive but worth it!! If you want something away from the hustle and bustle but still able to enjoy all the beach activities and seafood this place is for you!!! We were not disappointed!! Derek was responsive and helpful as well!!

Made lots of great memories with our family during our stormy mini vacay. Home is very cozy and a 5 minute walk to the beach. Note if you have small kids, you do have to cross the busy road and there are no sidewalks. But it is an easy quick walk to the ocean! Rosalie was very responsive and helpful!

This place is even better in person! The living room is more spacious than the photos show, and the pool is literally at the front door. We ran into a small hitch with the washing machine, but Esperanza had the cleaning crew come and take care of our laundry. The location was excellent: an approx 10 minute walk to the downtown area and 4 minute walk to the beach. Highly recommend!!

Very nice place! Centrally located, big, clean, each bedroom had its own bathroom. And the host was responsive and helpful - would definitely stay again!

My family was traveling from separate states to meet up for Christmas. Nicholas was friendly and responsive from start to finish. The space was beautiful, cozy, and felt like home. The openness of the space allowed us to be together even from the kitchen. But, the bedrooms were a quiet retreat that brought it all together. The weather and short stay didn’t allow us to get in the pool - next time. Beach access was quick and easy. Ample parking and space. We enjoyed our time and would definitely stay again.

Our stay was wonderful. The house was extremely clean and was fully stocked with kitchen stuff and paper goods. The pool was wonderful and the kids loved it. Jaime was very responsive with my questions and accommodating with check in. I would definitely stay again.
