Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Amelia

Beautiful place, very kind hosts and accommodating. The breakfast was a brilliant extra which we didn’t expect. The village is lovely and has a playground only 5 minutes walk and a little shop for groceries. Great location up in the hills. We would recommend and stay again. Thank you for all your help.

We spent 5 days in Fabio's villa. Beautiful garden for our 2 year old daughter and our dog, all fenced and safe. The house is very close to many other villas, but privacy was absolutely not lacking. The railway is across the street, many trains pass, but the villa has spectacular fixtures that make for loud noises. At a 5-minute walk there are amenities and the sea a little further away, you need a car to reach Santa Marinella and the beaches. The house inside is small but there is everything you need, tidy and simple. Fabio was a helpful and kind host in all our requests and needs. Thank you very much, we hope to be back soon.

Piero was very responsive. The property was very well equipped and located on beautiful land - surrounded by vineyards and open space across a valley. It was centrally located for our daily trips around Umbria and surrounding regions. It was very easy to get there from Rome airport. Loved the ability to buy / taste their wine which was wonderful. We would definitely stay there again in our travels through Italy.

the house was clean and welcoming, Francesco's information was clear and ready to answer our questions. We had a very good time at the accommodation, yes Francesco. Maybe in the future we'll come back to get away from the chaos of the city.

I was looking for a place where I could unwind, read, and enjoy a relaxed morning coffee. Cristina and Enrico’s place did not disappoint. Stunning views in every direction, and the terrace is the perfect spot to relax. The kitchen makes you want to cook, and the neighborhood is friendly and helpful. Also Cristina and Enrico were so helpful, recommending great bars, restaurants and activities, and they were always available. Would come back anytime!

Place is great..... Waking up in the morning and enjoying that view is priceless. There was everything in the house, especially in the kitchen. I think it is strategically located 20/30 from all the main attractions in the area.

Paolo is a great host and his place is first class. He met us at check in, explained everything about the apartment, and had good recommendations for sightseeing and restaurants. A 5 minute drive from town it is in a very peaceful location with nice views of the countryside and easy parking. It was perfect for making short day trips to many of the surrounding beautiful walled villages of Tuscany, and was the perfect setting to come back to at the end of the day. The apartment has very comfortable beds and is beautifully furnished. My wife and I found this a perfect place for our 5 days of exploring the beauty of Tuscany. Highly recommend.

I had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful property, and it was a great experience from every point of view. The apartment is exactly as described in the listing: clean, cozy and equipped with all the necessary amenities. Spacious apartment with a private outdoor space. The pool was refreshing at the end of a hot day. Eliza and her mother were friendly and helpful.

We stayed at Cristina's place for a week with my husband and our two young children. What can I say? Everything was perfect! The house is beautiful, inside and out. Internally, everything is chosen with great care, well-furnished and everything is very clean, so that it makes it so welcoming that we feel like we were at home. The exterior is also really nice, from the terrace to the garden, we used it little but only because out of season, it would only be to come back to relive the house even in the summer. Cristina was fantastic, very kind and helpful, she gave us a lot of tips and suggestions as well as pampered from every point of view while also giving our children a good experience. So I would say that everything was really perfect, to be sure to repeat.

We spent 9 days in Carla's amazing home and beautiful surroundings. The home is fully equipped and everything you need is present. The location of the house is indescribably beautiful. From the terrace you can enjoy breathtaking views over the valley and the surrounding mountains. The pool was clean and tidy, and perfectly met our needs. Carla was always reachable via phone and Airbnb messaging for any questions. Through this way I would like to thank Carla for this unforgettable holiday and the nice communication. A beautiful house in the outskirts of Rome in absolute calm on private land; you can reach an excellent piazza Cavour parking in the immediate vicinity of the historic center in 30 minutes, and there is also public transport accessible nearby . The house is spacious , and the view of Rome is breathtaking . To be absolutely perfect, we just missed the internet (broken due to bad weather), and the description would also benefit from being more accurate (a single room with double beds and not two as the photos suggest, and the heating to be paid in addition while not clearly shown on the French translation of the listing ). Claudia was very accommodating and offered us the heating costs in compensation for internet concerns... and she was always very responsive!

I must also add their property management company is fantastic, we had the pleasure of meeting 2 lovely gentlemen. Top service from everyone. Thank you :)) The day we arrived my first thought was ~ what an immaculate property! The outside has such stunning views of Todi and the surrounding hills, the pool and gardens are truly beautiful, you can tell everything was done with such thought and care. The gorgeous kitchen and outside wood burning grill were our favorite part! Evenings with the sun setting were truly special. Their home is exceptional. We will treasure our week long stay :)

Couldn’t fault host nor house! Perfect place and perfect host! Had full family of six (14, 17, 19, 24 years old) and plenty to do and see. Highly recommend Bracciano Castle, eating in Travignano, walking up to the national park behind the house, swimming in the lake…and more. We intended to go to Rome, but we were glad to not to have to drive….and left it to do on our last day. It wasn’t long enough, but we had a good day in Rome and the train is very easy from the airport. Giorgia and Bechara were great. Very clear with everything and very warm and welcoming. Would love to go back.

Andrea's house is even more beautiful than in the photos. We had a wonderful weekend in a spacious villa of very recent renovation with bright windows (equipped with mosquito nets!), a relaxing patio and a bucolic garden with direct access to the lake. We relaxed on the loungers to listen to the water thaw. The interior is tastefully decorated, the kitchen is very modern and equipped with everything. Andrea was extremely helpful with all kinds of times and tips. The house was extra clean and the beds were very comfortable. Discovering the beauty of the lake and its surroundings was a surprise. We will definitely be back!
