Nine miles to Airport, only 2.5 miles to the Convention Center. Free on street parking and easy to get an Uber. Licensed host. 1,600 sq. ft house has wood floors, two bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, a fenced in back yard and a washer and dryer. No smoking. No parties. One pet with pre approval. Perfect home for 2 to 4 guests to experience Columbus.

House is the original on the street, dated 1904. The house was completely refreshed and rebuilt adding an additional 2200 sq feet for a total of 3500 sq feet. 6 beds and 4 1/2 bath. The house is a relaxing Oasis in the city. The backyard has a gas Fireplace, cedar pergola and pool house with changing room. There is a natural gas grill and heated shower. The pool and hotub with another large firepit feature with seating. You really must see to appreciate this 5 star private backyard.

My wife and I bought this house at a sheriff sale. We didn’t buy it with our brain, we bought it with our heart. “How stupid was that” We couldn’t continue to watch this unique house continue its march toward too far gone to fix.
