Holiday rentals with a sauna in Álvaro Obregón

Carlos was a great host. He was friendly and helpful, responsive and responsible. He gave us a lot of useful information beforehand. We had a great time in Mexico City and loved our place at Icon Condesa. It's clean and modern and in a very convenient location at the edge of the Condesa neighborhood. It has a ton of light and great views. (Hint: Keep the shades down during the day.) We loved having two bathrooms. The pool area was never crowded. After long days walking all around Mexico City, we loved coming home to our clean, cozy apartment.

Very good place, easy to access and our hosts are always attentive and support you in everything.

The accommodation is very well equipped, its location is good, has nearby supermarket, pharmacy restaurants etc, is spacious The only thing we didn't like was the building staff, I'm not friendly, it's a whole roll to check in or make use of the ameninades. I recommend it

A nice place, with easy access to the Marquise area (which was the place where I went every day). The bed is very comfortable and the place is very clean. The hostess is very kind and attentive.

I loved this apartment! Great neighborhood, very walkable, close to many restaurants, cafes, and shops. Convenient to public transportation. I felt very safe walking around any time of the day or night. Jaw-dropping views. Do yourself a favor and have breakfast on the roof. The staff was very helpful and polite. I peeked into the gym but didn’t use it, looked pretty good, same with business center. Excellent value.

Had an amazing stay! My only complaint is not with the flat itself but with the amenities. One of the reasons we chose this location was bc of the gym/sauna/steam room but the sauna and steam room were never hot enough. Other than that, thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Oh and the staff were very helpful and friendly!

The location was ideal. The apartment is near to historic town and important touristic places. The apartment is safe and clean.

Intentionally decorated, plenty of hot water, comfy beds, easy to use TV, walking distance to great spots. You must try Choza!

Raul was super-responsive and helpful. We enjoyed using the buidling's amenities: Pool (good for lap-swimming), hot and cold tubs, gym, and roof deck. Amazing city views! Lots of street/traffic noise, but it didn't bother us too much, since we're used to it. Everything was comfortable and clean.

Maja was super sweet and responsive. Her apartment was extremely spacious with balconies, a rooftop, and everything you need for a long term stay. The bed was really comfortable too and the shower had a pretty view of the city. Highly recommend her place!

Highly recommended. Better than pictures especially the sunrise and sunsets from floor to ceiling windows. Felt very safe and walkable to mall, street venders, and restaurants. Sunlight was exquisite. My entire family was in awe. Extremely accommodating and responsive host. 10/10!

Overall, we had a great experience during our stay. The place is beautiful and within walking distance of everything. The host was very responsive and friendly, addressing all our needs. The only downside was that the smalwr room was quite noisy. Since there were three of us, we had to take turns sleeping in the smaller room, as it made for a sleepless night for whoever stayed there. However, this seems to be due to the way buildings are constructed in Mexico, so it’s not a fault of the owners. I just wish we had known beforehand. That said, if you’re traveling as a couple or can sleep through any noise, this won’t be an issue. Building,itself has great gym,rooftop. Coffee shop,pharmacy,grocery stores - minimal distance 2-10 minutes away by foot

Great stay and wonderful location right in the heart of the Condesa neighborhood. Road noise was a bit rough for the first couple nights but got used to it fairly quickly.

Big and secure building complex with security and good amenities. Clean and spacious apartment. Our plans changed the day before we arrived and Maria was very helpful and accomodated out changes last minute.

Undoubtedly the best thing about this accommodation is being able to have the support of Mrs. Consuelo. She helps to maintain cleanliness, cook, go buy things, whatever I can help and also has a beautiful attitude that makes the stay super enjoyable!! This plus is not common to find and is absolutely valuable. If you are looking to wash this site! I recommend it, just take into account that the jacuzzi and value have a separate cost. Lucero was kind in explaining and the truth I didn't read all the rules and details, to keep that in mind in your budget! Other than that it is a large space to share and pet friendly (our dogs loved it) Very responsive and almost immediate communication! Thank you for everything! Blessings

The perfect peaceful sanctuary for us. We could not have asked for a more gracious host. After we moved in, they contacted us to provide cut flowers to decorate our new home. On departure day, we were invited to do a late check out which made our transition day absolutely smooth. The home has a clean and welcoming ambience, is very private and from upstairs has a stunning view of the mountain ranges surrounding the town. The sunsets were amazing.Great restaurants within walking distance and at the road intersection right next door you can catch the mini bus into town on the hour for 10 pesos. We would love to return. AN EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE!

My stay at this home was simply spectacular! From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The impeccable cleanliness, modern and cozy decor, and every detail of the space demonstrated exceptional care and attention. The location was perfect, close to everything we needed, but quiet enough to enjoy a good rest. The communication and treatment was incredibly kind and attentive, quickly answering any questions and making sure we had everything we needed for a perfect stay. The home had all the amenities imaginable, from a fully-equipped kitchen to a super comfortable bed. We will definitely be back and will recommend this place to anyone looking for an unforgettable experience. Five stars are not enough to describe how wonderful everything was! The house is very nice and cozy at the same time, its spaces are perfect for relaxing, playing in the garden, swimming in the pool or jacuzzi in addition to having a very nice terrace that connects the whole house. if you want to eat or have more breakfast outdoors outside the terrace is very comfortable because you go straight from the kitchen to the outdoor dining room and have a very nice space the staff of the house is very friendly and help you in whatever you need at any time. ( in truth at any time) we will definitely return
