Apartment holiday rentals in Altmünster

We stayed at Riki’s and her family’s home for about 6 nights. The house was cozy and warm, and it provided us with everything we needed. Riki was generous, warm, and friendly. We’d be happy to return.

My friends and I had a great time. The host is very friendly and the views from the location are wonderful.

Very clean and spacious apartment. Hans was the most proactive and responsive host I had to date on Airbnb.

There were four of us (2E/2K) on the alpine pasture for a week, the location is great, you live very secluded below the Zwölferhorn on a private forest road. The apartment is very nice and cozy. The terrace with the great view of the mountains and forests and the barbecue area (wood, lighter - all there!) are the blast. In addition, there is a heated basement where you can dry clothes and shoes in both summer and winter, and a bike/ski cellar. Ideal as a starting point for trips around the Fuschl, Wolfgang and Mondsee, you just have to know that you have to go down the good gravel road every day and up again in the evening. This was no problem for us and you will be rewarded with absolute peace and deer and rabbits in the garden. And the short morning sport on Zwölferhorn is an 11 km lap with 20% incline - from that one or the other is a big favor :-) and you can easily use it for the sunrise upstairs. We will be happy to come back!

Cute apartment in Mondsee, very close to the central bus station, so easily accessible by public transport! We had a great time, enjoyed the balcony and the location to go hiking, swimming in the lakes and explore the region.

The forest house is an exceptionally beautiful place to relax! Our apartment was cozy and clean, the surroundings are wonderful, the deer graze right outside the door, so to speak. From there, many hiking trails and great views can be reached quickly by car. Ariane and her whole family are really friendly, accommodating and likeable. We will come back someday 😊 thank you so much for the lovely stay!

Good place to stay to visit the local area. Easy walk to the lake and free parking at the apartment. 3 flights of stairs and a tiny toilet may be challenging for some people. Otherwise it is worth staying at Ulrike's apartment.

A perfect stay! We absolutely enjoyed our stay in the apartment. The location is ideal – quiet but still close to everything you need and with a fantastic view. The apartment was spotlessly clean, tastefully decorated and equipped with all the amenities you could want. Particularly noteworthy is the extremely hospitable communication: Beatrix and her husband were always available quickly and provided us with helpful tips for the area. We felt like at home and will definitely be back.

Recommended apartment! Very nice apartment, very well equipped and tastefully furnished. Drinks and milk in the fridge to welcome you was very attentive, thank you! However, the access to a private bathing area mentioned in the listing is not available.

We spent six weeks at Barbara's place, if we had any questions, she responded in a short time. It felt like a real home! Comfortable furniture, beds, fully equipped kitchen, bath and shower in the bath, huge terrace, very quiet neighborhood <3 The furniture and accessories are also demanding and nice. It felt good to live there for a few weeks. Close, walking distance to Spar and Billa. And the neighborhood is really amazing, the city, the mountains and lakes, with a lot of waterfalls, walking paths, it's unforgettable! Thank you Barbara for being such a good host!

A wonderful stay, using the apartment as a base for day trips. Lots to do or see a short walk or ferry ride away. Johannes and Kathi were eager to meet us with a golf cart to check us in and out. The location was ideal, the place was spotless, hosts were responsive.

Ann is extremely cooperative and easy to communicate with. The apartment was clean, quiet, functional, and everything was there to live independently. I would like to highlight Ann's love for animals. I was there with my 6 month old dog to IHA Wels, and Ann took touching care of both of us and recommended the best walks in the area. It was a win to meet Ann and spend a few days in her apartment. Anytime again! Highly recommend!

The accommodation has a solid location for accessing the slopes in Schladming, approximately 25-40 minutes away. The place was clean and looked just like in the pictures. The best part is definitely the privacy and tranquility it offers. Waking up to the view of an alpine stream in the morning is a nice bonus. The host was very responsive and tried to be as helpful as possible.

The place was very clean and cozy. The bathroom is freshly renovated and also in the kitchen there was everything you need. By car, you can easily get to various hiking parking spaces.

Jacqueline's rental was nicer than I expected! There were lots of windows to look out at the amazing mountain view! The place was pretty large, with several couches for sitting and reading, a nice little kitchen and a very clean bathroom. I didn't have time to use the nice hot tub or wood stove, but if I had stayed longer I for sure would have done that! The apartment was decorated nicely and she also had some coffee, tea and snacks available. Jacqueline was so friendly, and I felt welcomed and could ask questions as needed! I highly recommend!

A great place to stay! We stayed with 5 people for a relaxing weekend and felt very comfortable. The apartment was just as described and very clean!! The jacuzzi, the steam showers and the view from the balcony are of course a great luxury. There are a few beautiful lakes and hikes in the area. All in all great and we would like to come again. :)

We had a wonderful stay at the Birken Suite! The 4 days of "relaxation " for us were perfect and the apartment really offers a lot of privacy. Fresh eggs were delivered to the door every morning – a lovely touch! Breakfast could also be booked. Surroundings is quiet, ideal for forgetting the stress of everyday life. The hot tub has enough privacy, which made the stay even more enjoyable. There was nothing missing in the apartment overall, everything was great! It is beautifully decorated and decorated. We had an absolutely wonderful stay. From the moment we arrived we were blown away by the breathtaking views and the exquisite attention to detail throughout the property. The peaceful surroundings were ideal for relaxation, yet the location was incredibly convenient—just minutes away from historic Salzburg. Despite its proximity to the city, the area was tranquil and serene, providing the perfect balance of convenience and calm. Christian, Sara and husband were fantastic—extremely responsive and attentive to every need. Their hospitality was impeccable, and their warm welcome made us feel right at home. The apartment was spotless, and the level of cleanliness and care was evident in every detail. Not too far from Hallstatt. If you take a car, there won't be much inconvenience. The grocery store is also close, so it's convenient to buy things. The hosts are responsive and helpful. If the weather is good at night, it's good to see the stars. There's very little light around. However, the area itself is very expensive, so that's the most burdensome. You can hear the noise from the next room. This part was also a bit of a pity. Google Maps also tells you weirdly when you get there. If you go in front of the tractor repair shop, there is a destination in the back of it.

The apartment is exactly as shown in the pictures and the interior is stylish and luxurious. We had a great time in the apartment and would definitely recommend it. Keep in mind that the walls are very thin so if you plan on having some kind of gathering better chose another Airbnb. Aside from that it was absolutely perfect and the host Tamara was super helpful.

Absolutely recommended! We were on site for a few days and felt very comfortable at the place. The kitchen is very well equipped. Unfortunately, we were on site out of season and therefore can't mention much about the area, as much was closed.
