Holiday rentals with lake access in Alt Empordà

One of our best stays! Very coquettish accommodation, cozy, fully equipped kitchen. We particularly appreciated the setting with a view of the pond, very quiet in the evening anyway for the period (fall). A plus for the Lidl which is a stone's throw away!:) Thank you Joëlle!

A few very pleasant days spent at Sandra and Sylvain's. Very comfortable and tastefully furnished farmhouse. Thanks to Sandra for her responsiveness during our exchanges and to Elodie on our departure (and for the rousquilles on arrival😊).

Thank you Denys for hosting us so well in the fisherman's house. We loved the quiet of the area and were able to observe dozens of water birds including the beautiful pink flamingos. I recommend this location to recharge and be as close as possible to nature.

Welcoming, clean and functional accommodation. We had a nice stay and took advantage of walks along the beach and in the surrounding villages.

Accessible accommodation with private parking which is very convenient. The house is cozy with taste, tidy up, functional all close to the pond, the place is very nice for a short walk, very close to the Lidl, the port to go strolling, this restoration because many good little restaurants are worth a visit. What's more, the hosts are very kind, available if you have any questions about the listing.

Laurent's apartment was perfect for 4 people for a week. Everything has been tastefully refurbished and quality products, which is rare in the ski resort. The location is ideal, 2 steps from the center, the free shuttle passes at the entrance of the residence, which avoids taking the car or walking with ski equipment. There is even a garage available as needed. We'll be happy to rent again.

Here's a suggestion for your review: A big thank you to Julie for her availability, responsiveness and kindness. She put us in touch with Francesco, a member of the condominium, who took care of the handover of the keys and the inventory with great professionalism. The apartment is absolutely superb: the view is magnificent and the environment is absolutely quiet, perfect during this holiday season. Very well equipped and particularly pleasant, it offers all the comforts you need for a perfect stay. We can only recommend this place and thank Julie again for everything. We had a great stay and hope to come back soon!

We came to discover the Christmas market of Port Barcares. The accommodation is very well located, close to the port. It is well maintained, we had a pleasant stay.

An amazing place with a beautiful atmosphere.

We were very well informed by Philippe. When we arrived, a person from the concierge drove us to the apartment and showed us around. It went very well and we had a very nice stay. The apartment has a very nice view of the canals.

You are not aware of how beautiful the site is until you arrive and see it with your own eyes, I prefer not to spoile but it is worth it. We were an end of rain to be quiet and enclosed with the fireplace as a family, and nothing further, since we arrived we did not stop to browse and visit things and be with the animals and in nature, despite the mud and rain, that we were already prepared (important, it is a rural place, dress accordingly) And they were super attentive with us, we were very comfortable, looking forward to coming back.

Great location: Isabelle is adorable, the mobile home very clean and well located, very quiet read at the entrance to Caramany which is well worth a visit. I highly recommend it.

A cute little place in a beautiful, peaceful location on the lake. A bread van in the mornings and some evenings there was pizza or mussels in the square. 2 lovely pools, table tennis and direct access to the lake. 15-20 mins to several beautiful beaches. We absolutely loved our stay!

The house is incredible, super quiet and cozy area, the super attentive host at all times and made us feel at home, in photos it looks beautiful but in person it is even better, we will definitely repeat.

Better than the pictures! Very neat, space for 30 people, was well stocked with bathroom supplies, bedsheets/towels and accessories for the activities. Great place to spend a few days with a big group with a focus on outdoor activities. We particularly liked the jacuzzi, soccer field and padel court. Super responsive host, great property for hikes and views. We also really liked the firewood oven and grill. Would definitely recommend and go again!

Julie’s house is the dream french style vacation home. Warm, spacious and cosy. Very clean with lots of facilities and utilities. Very bright upstairs with great big terrace that could easily seat six people with two tables. Has the sun practically all day and was able to sit out in January which was a pleasant surprise. It has two pristine bathrooms one upstairs and the other downstairs. The kitchen was a dream to work in with absolutely everything you could possibly need. It’s literally a 3/4 min walk to village centre. Would highly recommended and would love to have stayed longer. No communication problems with Julie she was very friendly and happy to answer any questions you might have.
