Holiday rentals with lake access in Alpine County

This was a great place for a snow vacation for a family getaway. We had plenty of space, the amenities were great (hot tub and sauna both working fine) and the location can't be beat. It was within walking distance of the lodge and shuttle to Bear Valley ski area, but also private and with an off-in-the-woods feel especially in the winter. It's got all the basics you need and the host is very responsive to questions.

Really loved the home Chris has, makes it feel like you’re at your spot. Really cozy and like a vacation should feel like. Hot tub is really clean and works amazing while outside looking at the snow. Heated floors in the bathroom is a game changer. Everything was clean and never was missing anything from kitchen materials or extra towels or pillows. 10/10 recommend the place. Will be coming back for my future trips to Tahoe!

Cory's place was absolutely perfect. Location was great. We loved the open floor plan kitchen and the hot tub! Bedrooms were a great size. We fit 8 people and a dog comfortably. Would definitely stay here again!

We Came Down To Lake Tahoe For The Weekend And Pal’s Home Was Such A Pleasure. So Much Space And Enough Beds For Everyone, Lol Very Nice House, And Loved All The Ammenities

The accommodation was a unique experience. We left Brazil to spend our first Christmas in the snow. The location of the house was perfect, the house was carefully decorated for Christmas and the weather was perfect, with plenty of snow so we could make our first snowman. The house had all the features for an excellent stay.

We had a great family vacation at Lena’s place. The house is at a good location, close to Sierra-at-Tahoe ski resort and the south Lake. Inside the house, it is clean and all as described. Will definitely come back in future.

Stayed here for a ski trip, convenient price/distance ratio and let us avoid the crowds of South Lake on a very busy weekend. Place was a great size, slept comfortably. Had everything needed to cook some small meals, and while appliances were dated they did the job just fine. Recommend bringing salt, pepper, oil etc as none is provided. Coffee filters were though! Courtney reached out a few times to make sure we were satisfied, very friendly and had great recommendations for the area. Would gladly stay at any of her properties again.

Amazing location steps from lift. Very nice place and a legitimate private apartment. Ed is a very accommodating host and gave me transportation to and from the airport at a reasonable rate. I would definitely return.

Our family of four came for a ski weekend and had a lovely stay! The location was perfect in terms of quick access to Bear Valley Ski Resort, and the kitchen was sufficiently equipped for us to be able to cook and eat all our meals there. We definitely appreciated the extra sofa bed in the living room and the extra set of doors between the bedroom and living area, which allowed for our toddler and infant to nap in separate areas. Overall the place felt cozy, and Jason was friendly and communicative. Would definitely come back for another stay!

Great location if you are skiing at Bear Valley. The house has a great setup for families or larger groups with three bedrooms and a bunk bed in three levels.
