Chalet of dreams! We had the most perfect stay at Lina’s place and it exceeded all expectations. Pristinely presented and amazing facilities. Only 15 mins drive to Kitzbuhl for skiing and it was then the perfect place to unwind with friends for a relaxing evening. Hot tub/pool/sauna were all amazing and such a joy to use after a day out. The chalet has everything you need and more and Lina is incredibly hospitable and thoughtful. Highly recommend to stay here, we loved it and really hope to come back at some point

Peer is a fantastic host—warm, welcoming, and incredibly informative! He was super flexible with our late arrival (traveling with two babies), provided all the necessary information about the house, and was always happy to help with any request, like an extra heater. He also gave us great recommendations for local places to visit and eat. Peer’s house is even bigger than it looks in the photos! The living room is huge, the garden must be amazing in the summertime, and the surrounding views are absolutely breathtaking. This was my first holiday in the German Alps, but as a complete package—host, house, location, and atmosphere—I don’t think we could have found anything better! The village has plenty of great spots to try local cuisine and family-friendly attractions. If you love walking, there are beautiful trails right on your doorstep, and within a 30-minute drive, you can discover some truly stunning places and scenic routes. Would we recommend it? 200% yes!

Katharina has a nice place in a good location and is very responsive. The fact that this seems to be her primary residence makes it a bit difficult at times to know what you can and cannot use, but she was a very reasonable and understanding person when miscommunication occurred.

This was a completely unexpected surprise during our trip! With the company of adorable little parrots and Julia’s furry friends, this place is a paradise for animal lovers, and the kids absolutely loved it! The property is located in a very quiet and peaceful town, away from the hustle and bustle, yet close to supermarkets and restaurants—perfect for those traveling by car. The house feels like a fairytale cottage—cozy, clean, and equipped with everything you might need for daily living. It has a private entrance and a lovely outdoor courtyard. Julia is an incredibly responsible and caring host, warm and full of love, and her family is just as delightful as her. If we ever return, we will definitely choose this place again. Highly recommended to everyone!

Our time in Waltersberg with Georg and his wife was incredibly beautiful. The former calf stable has been converted with so much attention to detail and high quality, the garden is simply delightful and the view over the meadows into the mountains priceless. Georg and his wife are the warmest hosts you can imagine. You will be greeted at night and fog on the village road, so you don't have to look for the house for long and take it to the car on departure with a guest gift and say goodbye warmly. In between, there are days when Georg discreetly offers his help, advice and excursion tips, but otherwise you are completely undisturbed.

We had a wonderful weekend at Arno's place in St. Johann! Check-in and communication were totally straightforward. The apartment was clean and exactly as written. Arno gave us good tips for the area. We will be happy to come back!

We had a great stay at Mariola's place. The property is in the small town of Raubling in a quiet neighborhood, just a few blocks from the main road and near several markets and a great bakery. Raubling is near the foothills of the Alps so you can see tree covered hills nearby. We took day trips to Munich, Lenggries and Neuschwanstein. The property was large enough for our group of six and we made use of the indoor pool and sauna.

Super nice and nice apartment, great quiet location and nice area. We will be happy to come back down. Was nice and clean and pleasant.

We had a fantastic time at this lovely house in Austria! The location is really ideal, close to the highway, which made it super easy to drive there quickly. The house was really in top condition upon arrival: clean, tidy and cared for, something that is clearly due to the fact that the owners do everything themselves. The beds were of excellent quality, so we slept wonderfully every night. The house has everything you need for a comfortable holiday. What really made our experience special was the owner. He was present on our arrival and very friendly, he gave us many useful tips on where we could go locally for food, activities and other attractions(guest card). This made sure we were really able to make the most of our stay. Already with all a top experience! We can highly recommend this cottage for those looking for a comfortable and well located place in Austria.

Like last time, everything's great. Love the view from the balcony. There is everything you need in the apartment. Cozily furnished. The lake terrace is great. Have often sat there. Shopping in the neighboring village of Krün or Kochel am See. This is our second time staying here and I'm sure we'll be back. Great. Best regards to the dear landlords

Great holiday despite the rain! The apartment was super nicely decorated and very dog friendly. Regina, the owner, was incredibly kind and helpful. We were able to take great hikes right from the apartment, and Regina gave us helpful tips for activities. Except for a few small things, the apartment was well equipped, and the arrival and departure was completely uncomplicated. Despite the rainy weather, we made the most of our stay. We will be happy to come back!

We enjoyed our stay to the fullest. The chalet has everything you want for a winter vacation. The chalet was also great for the children - totally child-friendly, super equipped with enough children's chairs, beds and even a few toys. Catherine was a great hostess and took great care of us. Clear recommendation - and we will be happy to come back :)

A very special house characterized by ancient charm and discreet modern comfort. Our scattered family from DE, GB and ES met for a week in Advent and had plenty of space for 3 generations plus dog in Stadlerhof. The house is respectfully renovated without compromise on comfort, but still has many original features. All spaces are lovingly decorated, have comfortable beds, are well heated and the large bathroom is even equipped with underfloor heating. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need and more. Josef himself made a lot of potting in the house, drinking the moments together over coffee from handmade cups, while you lean on the handmade warm tiles of the oven, I will remember for a long time. After a beautiful family pre-Christmas, we agreed – the house, renovated with artistic flair and lovingly maintained, we will be happy to visit again. Thanks Josef and Resi!

The apartment is an amazing place to spend a wonderful holiday in Going. The accommodation is perfectly located. It is super clean and neat, well equipped and very stylish with a gorgeous view. Communication was very easy. Jessica was very welcoming and supportive. All in all a fantastic place to stay. We highly recommend.

Clean accommodation, very beautiful, modern. Peaceful in the heart of nature. Breathtaking views of the valley. On our side we were there for the winter, skiing. I retained the address and why not come back for another season, or in the summer. Thank you for this wonderful stay, I recommend it 100%

There were four of us here for a weekend skiing. Elevator easily and quickly accessible by car. Great place and good value for the money.

This was our family ski trip and this was an easy and affordable stay for us. We love the town and the location of the stay wasn’t a bad walk to get to restaurants and where we needed to go. We brought our car, so parking was easy as well.

Very well maintained accommodation. Beautifully furnished modern and very clean . Elke and Marcus are lovely we meet Marcus who arranged food for us as we arrived late and all shops were closed and even gave us a lift to pick up our food .. any questions they answered over what’s app no issues at all. We spent a nice extended weekend at Vero and Christoph's place skiing in Seefeld. Vero and Christoph are very friendly hosts and the place served our family of 5 very well.
