Lovely home and walking distance to everything!

Amazing place to stay at such a reasonable price! Very old home with necessary remodels, cozy with antique charm. Had just what we needed for a weekend stay.

Me and my family had an amazing trip, most definitely a memorable one. House was very spotless when we walked in and the frozen lake behind the backyard was very beautiful.

Great location, short walk to town and to a small local beach which our kids really liked. House is small but was just what we needed. The washing machine broke on first use but Brittany was responsive and arranged someone to come and fix it the next day. We had a great time!

Had a blast! Would definitely book here again!

Debra and Greg are great hosts. The little red house was the perfect space for our mother/daughter girls weekend. The house was clean, the couches were extra comfy, and we appreciated the extra towels in the bathroom. Check in and check out was very flexible and easy. We would definitely book with Debra and Greg again.

Great stay, loved the front patio with garage door. Didn't like the fact that we couldn't open any windows for some fresh air. Even if we could, there were no screens on the windows. Very well stocked. Had everything from hair products to condiments that others left. Plenty of towels, linens and blankets. Old small kitchen, but large remodeled bathroom...the place met our needs.

Melissa was a great host! The property has tons of character, was clean, and decorated not only as a high-end cottage, but also for the holidays. Melissa made our stay comfortable and kept open communication for any needs of the group, area recommendations, and other information we needed for a great stay. The house had everything a family could need including a fully stocked kitchen, and plenty of linens / towels / beds for even the largest of families. Everyone in our group enjoyed the property, the close proximity to Boyne Mountain, Boyne Highlands, Nubs Nob, and the entire Boyne City / Petoskey / Harbor Springs area. We will be back, and can’t thank Melissa enough for a memorable stay to complete our Christmas break!

The apartment in Downtown Suttons Bay was the perfect getaway location. A half block walk and you are walking down the main street in Suttons Bay for local shopping and dining. Central location for wine touring and cideries. Quick access to the Tart trail, and other outdoor activities in the area. The apartment was clean, kitchen was well stocked and we had all the amenities needed for a nice getaway. We would certainly stay at Frank and Cheryl's place again.

We enjoyed our stay at this airbnb. The beds were comfortable and we all slept great. Even though the home is located on a busy road, the living spaces face away from the traffic and noise was not a problem. For our group of friends, the living room provided a nice seating and gathering space to chat and have a glass of wine. There is a beautiful, safe and walkable neighborhood right behind the house and we enjoyed going for a walk every day. We would definitely stay here again on our next visit!

This was our first experience booking and staying at an Airbnb, and I hope all our future stays are just as wonderful. The location was fantastic—close to everything Traverse City has to offer. Andy's place was amazing and comfortable! This was probably our favorite stay on Airbnb! It was exceedingly clean, and it had everything we needed! Andrew was extremely friendly and WE WILL BE BACK! Look no further- it was super close to Bear Lake and a short drive to Crystal Mountain. I cant say enough about the cleanliness and hospitality! A+!!!! Thanks for everything, Andrew!

This place is such a gem! It is a couple blocks to the public beach and marina at Lake Charlevoix and also walking distance to the downtown area, which is a quaint beach town right on the water. Beautiful sunsets and the fall colors were amazing around the lake! I had a conference at Boyne Mountain and it was an easy 10 minute drive. Brenda's place is exactly as described. It had everything needed in the kitchen including stove, refrig, coffee pot, microwave and all the dinnerware and utensils needed. Bathroom is off the cozy living room and there is a small table for eating or working. Wifi was fast. The bed was comfortable and the shower is right off the bedroom. The front porch is adorable and arriving at night, it was lit up with christmas lights. Responds quickly, easy check-in, super clean and she added little touches that made you feel welcome such as mints on the table and a welcome bag. We are talking about coming back next summer already!

Our stay was great… The condo was extremely comfortable, and the building was very quiet. This was our first trip to Traverse City… The downtown area, all within walking distance, was lit with Christmas lights and filled with energy and excitement. We used this location for four nights as our base for daily snowboarding and skiing at Crystal Mountain… About 45 minutes away. We will definitely look at staying here again! The condo was exactly as advertised. The location was perfect and easy to find. Instructions provided we’re very informative and helpful. Check in and check out went very smooth. We really enjoyed our stay!

Our stay could not have been better. This was hands down the cleanest Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in! My two little kids, husband, and I spent the weekend at this beautiful condo. Location location location- traverse city was right out your doorsteps with all the amazing restaurants, parks, and the bay just a few steps away. The Airbnb has everything you would need for a multiple night stay. We can’t wait to come back!

This is a beautifully designed condo with lots of spaces for a group to be together (large table, kitchen island stools, and sitting area). We loved the location of the condo because we could walk to restaurants, shops and family who were also staying in the Village. Accessing the unit is a bit complicated but the directions given are well done and easily followed, but you need to have those directions available to you for your first time into the unit - after that first time, you will be fine. Also it is important to note that even with the elevator, everyone staying in the unit will have to negotiate a single flight of stairs with suitcase, either up a traditional staircase or the metal spiral staircase. We would highly recommend this unit.

Lovely little condo and it is the first door closest to the parking garage. Then only up half a flight of stairs and you were there. Only downfall was parking - the lot out back has less than 20 spaces, some of them handicapped. So we had to pay the $20/day to park overnight in the garage next door. The back parking lot was also not plowed well at all so walking thru on your way to places was a bit treacherous in December. But, all things out of the owner's control. Everything inside was pristine and beautiful. p Plenty of extra blankets and pillows too!

We had a great stay at Spring's place! You can't beat the location and everything was clean and easily communicated. Would love to stay again some time!
